A relaxing place. And a very accommodating staffs.

Bad customer service. Membership is a mode to extort more money out of you. Lots of hidden fees eg weekend fee. Overall unpleasant experience with this resort. Getting a reservation as a member is stressful.

Their rooms are great. Awed on how they designed their bathroom, which is a great idea to lessen messing rhe restroom with water. Foods were okay and so were the personnel in the restaurant. But the receptionist did not advised us ahead that we need to return the plastic card for the 2 towels. During checkout. It seems they were suspicious of local tourist tucking-in their towels in our bags. They could have done an extra mile for customer service, by offering that they will check the towels in our room, but instead instructed my husband to go back and get those towels, return it to the personnel in the pool, for us to get the card and give it back to the check out counter. Such a hassle on our end. Rating custoner service for the front desk people to 5/10. While those gardeners, caretakers were very respectful. 10/10, and so does the personnel in the restaurant.

I love the resort it’s quiet, the music 🎶 soothe for the night. The staff are very friendly. The food is so yummy 😋. I will recommend to my family, relatives & friends.

Thank you for a wonderful service during our stayed. We enjoyed the lavish buffet, the accommodating staff especially Sir Lars who provided us a delightful service thank you so much. Looking forward to go back with my family again.

Best part of Bluewater experience is having courteous staff and servers, scattered around the resort always willing to assist! Definitely a convenient place to unwind! Lunch buffet was excellent too! Please keep it up!

This resort isn't just beautiful but the people that works here are amazing! I had a chance to know one of the servers. Her name is Lety. To say she is the BEST is an understatement. Her treatment with me and my husband is over the top. The place is so clean, lots of amenities and is such a paradise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would visit in the future! ❤️❤️ If I could, I would give them a 100-star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing ambiance… accomodation was excellent. Rooms are cleanand very comfortable… staff are very accomodating. Food was superb as well as the buffet at allegro… but sadly we didnt enjoy the beach in its not available. Hope I can come back.
