My husband and I had a great stay at Cebu White Sands Resort and Spa. The rooms are spacious. They serve delectable dishes. The staff are all friendly and courteous. They're also very honest. We left something in our room and learned about this 3 days after we checked out. We immediately called them and asked if they found it. Such a relief, because it was kept in the "lost and found". It was returned to us on the same day. CWSRS is indeed a home away from home. 🙂

Went for day use at P1, 500.00 price is too much for limited food choices for lunch buffet plus food was not great… the beach seemed unkempt, not what I expected to see like in their website… staff were nice though and the pool, but I went there for the beach, which was a "parking lot" for boats, they say for island hopping. Wasnt able to enjoy the beach AT ALL. One visit is enough for me. Thank you.

Everything was good from Room, staffs and food, the ambiance very relaxing.

We stayed here for a day from 7am-5pm only. There day use rate includes a lunch buffet and free use of it's facilities. The food was Ordinary and I wasn't amazed it. And some were even bland. The pool though wasn't clean. And the staff was accomodating. The only aspect you need to improve is your buffet selections. It was really a bit disappointing.

Loved the location. It was far away from major malls, but I enjoyed that because I wanted to stay away from the busy, city life. I availed of the day tour which was affordable and I got to see various landmarks in Cebu. Security was pretty tight and all the staff I encountered were friendly. Lots of water activities to avail of as well such as jet skis and island hoping. Definitely recommend anyone to visit this place. Good for romantic getaways or even for family events.

A quite place to relax and unwind. I enjoy the old bldg accommodation which has this wood flooring which for me is comfortable on barefoot. It has 2 freshwater pools, Koi Ponds and sort of bird attractions. Close to neighboring restaurants if you prefer to eat out.

The place is clean and well kept. I like that guards are placed at strategic locations. It makes you feel safe to leave your room to go the lobby or to the pool as it happens to be a good distance from the rooms. It offers breakfast buffet with a good selection of food, their croissant very delicious. The two pools have lifeguards, as well as the beach front. Housekeeping was also very attentive. Overall, staying at the hotel was a good experience and I highly recommend it.

Reasonable price, room has independent Wi-Fi is very good, air conditioning is also very cool, unfortunately the pool management is not perfect, will see some leaves and hair floating, and even children take the shoes down to wash … Breakfast is open-air restaurant, first do not taste comments, just see flies and sparrows to eat a little frightened, it is commendable that the hotel service staff attitude is very good, worthy of encouragement.

Pricey but def value for money. Held our company summer outing here last Sunday and most of my workmate's, including my experience with their facilities and crew were very satisfactory. Their staff were very friendly, attentive and polite. I love their iced coffee topped with vanilla ice cream such that I ordered it twice. The public washroom were air conditioned and had hot and cold showers. Food was good. Beach/shoreline was also good.

We stayed for 7 days it’s a nice place to stayed we are at 7th Floor, room are nice n clean. There 801 lounges are nice n friendly path your back guys you all did awesome. Food are great n expensive but it’s a restaurant do I’m correct or not. Breakfast is good as well but if you stayed there long you’ve noticed there menu every morning is almost the same. Suggestions you need to make different menu as well n I’ve noticed always kimchee/ Korean food a lot of times and all we know most Korean peoples is always check in what about some countries as well? need too rotate. But overall we would stayed again in your resorts peoples / employees are very friendly. To all good job n to the chiefs thank you for taking care of me behalf of all my food allergy.

Great hotel for the price. The beach is disappoint, as other resort have an amazing breeches with amazing snorkelling but not this one.

View is good, but Shawan shallow water, similar to the intertidal zone, can not swim. 300usd/day room type, corner room, there is living room (large floor window surface sea), balcony (corner, 6F naked Sun good). Bedroom two floor atrium pool with floor-to-ceiling windows. Bathroom showers are small, with lukewarm water. A little 逺 from downtown! This price is high!

I treated my family for an overnight stay here last December and they were very happy. That made me happy in itself. We got a family room and my parents were very impressed with their fancy room with the king-sized bed and terrace overlooking the pool and beach below. My siblings and I stayed in an adjoining room with a double bed + single bed. We had our own television and terrace too. The pool is large enough, well maintained but not deep enough if you want to do some serious swimming. The beach is the reason why this a 4 star rating. I did not find the beach very inviting. You can’t relax when there are men trying to make you purchase an island hopping trip with them. The sand was muddy and black during low tide. Amenities-wise and location-wise, this place is great. The price was reasonable and the service was marvellous. One other thing, in our room, there seemed to be an offensive smell coming from the toilet-even when properly flushed. They should sort that out.

No visitors allowed in your room! If your parents visit you, tell thm to wait at their lobby only. Parochial business model.

Good service, nice pool and good food; but food is a tad expensive when eating lunch if dinner and can only get Wi-Fi around the restaurant/lobby.

4days and 4 night stay was really worth it!
Stayed in the mabuhay building room 504 with a balcony facing the pool.
It was a total relaxation kind of vacation.
Location — very accessible from mactan airport about 20 mins taxi ride. Easy to locate. Easy to get taxi if you need to go outside and explore.
Room — it was very spacious 2 bed, comfty sheets nd matress, daily room service, daily replenishment of mineral water, and toiletries. …
Food is great they serve buffet breakfast which is included for free in the accomodation.
They also hve a resto bar at the 801 mabuhay building which serves awesome menu.
And last resto they hve s the one fronting the beach.
Foods are served in a generous amount good for sharing.
Staff — I m amazed how the staffs here are trained.
They are very accomodating, always smiling, and very helpful! Best service ever! They have also Spa if you really want total relaxation. 3 ponds with omg big kois, andbig pool one near the mabuhay building and one in the courtyard building.
They also hve some species of birds around the courtyard / heritage building. One thing I didnt enjoy was the beach. Always lowtide when I go outside the room…

Also theres lots of the boat infront of the little beach front. But you can hve island hopping you can bargain the price to those boatmen around the beach area.
Tight security.

The room 507 is very big. I like the view of the beach from there. The king-sized bed was so comfortable. I didn’t get a backache at all in our stay. I like the vegetarian egg omelette. It’s so delicious. The cook was very polite and accommodating. The staff were fast in putting away or getting the used utensils from our table. They are helpful and quick to answer questions. I was really happy that they served yogurt which is my favorite. I ate lots of it in my breakfast. They also refilled the glasses as soon as they’re almost empty. I love the body and foot massage. It’s the best massage ever! And I can’t forget the ginger tea. It’s the best tea I ever had! My fiancé and I stayed in this resort for 3 nights and it’s such a wonderful stay!

Had fun during our Company's summer anniversary. The resort has a nice pool, beach, and clean comfort rooms.

Rated it 3 since I didn't enjoy the day use for 900 pesos with 300 consumable on food, yet didn't expect the beach access is not that wide. Pool is good since they have 2 separate pools and mini pool for kids. The staff were friendly.

The room is clean, the service is good, the restaurant price is slightly expensive but good eats, has the child swimming pool, goes out is the beach, the park has attentively maintains.

Nice swimming pool. New clean upgraded shower rooms. There is a refundable towel charge of 500pesos in addition to the day use fee of 1200pesos.

Very peaceful… it's not very trendy but that is why I LOVE this hotel. It brings me back. To old memories of my childhood. The New wing is nice and modern. One of the best hotels in terms of VALUE!

This hotel really shows that it is family owned… in a great way. The staff is friendly and always happy. Everyone is quick to greet you, from the front desk down to the housekeeping staff. The food is excellent and the rooftop bar affords incredible views. Whenever I visit Cebu, I always stay here. It's like a home with 2 great pools and a beach!

Photos look twice better than the resort is. small, tiny place with nothing much to do. forget about the beach, if you want a beach place, don't come here. pool is really small too. rooms are good, 3 to 4 star quality. rooftop bar has nice view.

Good for weekend getaway but expensive.

The family used to have a membership here. The pool is nice (but not deep) and the rooms too, but the beach is pretty small like many of the resorts on Mactan Island. There are some nice places to walk around and sit or take pictures of the trees and flowers. It was a nice experience.

Good choice for business traveler. I love the bar on the roof with live acoustic music. Good food and friendly staff.
