Nice and cozy place to stay.

At a first glanced the place looks nice and clean. Love the design and decoration of the room. The door lock and safe was low battery though. At check-in and throughout my stay the staffs were very nice and kind. My attitude toward this place changed upon check out. The two ladies at the front desk made a comment in their language expecting I wouldn't understand. The bellboy nicely suggested, "sir have a seat while they check on your room. " Then the one of the lady staff commented, " he is not a sir he is a maam. " Then the two ladies giggled and talked more in their language. To the owner, if this is the kind of professionalism you want representing your establishment then it is very low. Every guest should be treated with the utmost respect regardless of their race or language they speak. I have nothing but good things to say about your business until this incident. I will not return to such a place.

I had the best experience in this hotel and now I'm planning to have my wedding reception here. The staffs are very friendly and attentive to the guest needs. Ilang foods pod super lami as in busog key q. Ila rooms ky super limpyo and spacious. I highly recommend st. Mark hotel jud.

I'm a repeat clientele. Location is perfect right in the heart of Cebu city. Just beside a Catholic church. Rooms are decent for the price. Breakfast is excellent-bacon and egg station are mainstays.

Its a great experience staying @ st. Marks hotel. The staff are service oriented, the place is accessible to cebu city and of course their food the taste is so good. Its highly recommended to my friends.

Cheap, spacious rooms in a very busy street corner. Not really near much but not bad for what you get with what you pay. Also the included breakfast is pretty good.

The best hotel in Philippines by the experience. I had a very good breakfast every day with lots of options. However, we ordered hamburger to our room in the evening and it wasn't good at all, couldn't finish it. the rooms are clean and big enough with a lot of amenities. the best part for me is how helpful the staff is. I forgot my phone in the taxi on the way to the airport. Even though they didn't have to and I was in another city already, they checked the camera footage, found the taxi driver and held the phone until I came back to the city to pick it up. I stayed one more night in the hotel that day as a 'thank you'.

All you can eat pancakes for only Php98, Yummy Pancakes although refills take longer than usual but so good for its price.

Clean and nice hotel with roomservice and good Wi-Fi! However, the breakfast buffet was expensive and not very good. It was hard to find breakfast cafes nearby and therefore you had to go for their breakfast.

Good location. Nice staff and good breakfast. Though some supplies in the room are incomplete like face towels toiletries and complimentary coffee. We have to call the front desk to request for those things. Thank you for our 2 nights stay!

In the hotel's early years my then fiance and I rented out rooms in this hotel so we could be near the church for our wedding ceremony. The place was new and some floors were still being constructed but even then service was exceptional. I had very good experience then and even now when we rented out a room 4yrs later the look and feel was the same. Still one of the best. Not too big hotel yet one of the most well maintained hotels in the heart of the city. Hotel quality bed definitely satisfying, clean and quality interiors. Very pleasing employees down to the housekeeping and food is delicious. I like the simplicity of the hotel not too crowded and the location is peaceful and near church, restaurants and public transport. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel is great! They changed my room 2x and eventually gave me a superior class of room just because it was more secluded and it was less noisy in the morning when guests leave. Their staff is polite but not overly polite and not overly friendly that makes you feel uncomfortable. I love them! Whoever trained them props to them! The beds are super comfy, so are the pillows. They offer amnesties for the bathroom: soaps, shower gel, toothbrushes. Anyway, made my stay very pleasant.

Great value. Modern clean rooms only smaller than much more expensive places. P100 taxi to major malls. I'd stay there again.

This hotel has a nice rooms (with terrace). Staff were accomodating and helpful. The hotel location is good although there are lots of homeless people living around which somehow scares me. The only complain I could have is the foul odor coming from the air condition. It might need cleaning. But we had a nice stay in this hotel.

First off the location is great. There is lechon available at a nearby street so when you check-in you can walk to your first lechon meal at Cebu. Second, the room. Very well equipped and decorated. They have a small fridge, a lamp, an electric kettle, a blower and iron. Third near places to visit. Places good for buying pasalubong and experiencing the night life in Cebu is walking distance. Bo's coffee, Kfc and Handuraw pizza (a must try pizza here) is just 5 mins away. And along your walk you'd see a lot of other good places to drink and eat. About 12 min walk going to shamrock, titay's and Larsian bbq (I don't recommend going to this place) The nearest Catholic church is the Redemptorist Church that is just across the hotel. The staff and hotel services are great. All of them have been very helpful. The hotel has breakfast buffet too, it is cheaper to get the room package with it rather than paying for it on the counter. 5 stars for you St. Mark. =)

Love the Buffet Lunch… few choices but all are my favorite… chicken adobo, crispy pata, fish fillet, chop suey… the soup was utan bisaya which I personally love… fruit and salad section was also there… for desert, there's halo-halo (which I did not really like because of lack of ingredients a halo-halo lover would expect) … the beverage selection is also good — the four seasons and citrus are not powdered mix.

Loved n loved my stay in Cebu because of this hotel. Staffs were all great, helpful and kind though some struggled to speak in english. They gave us a 5 star treatment. The room itself is clean n very calming. Perfect for foreigners who would want to feel being at home, sleeping in comfortable bed and use clean and shinning toilets and towels. The breakfast buffet is great too — would be even awesome if there were more international spread.

Nice hotel. Halo restaurant buffet is good. Very small parking area. Location is in the center of the city. Traffic situation is very bad in peak hours.

Value for money yet affordable if you booked in advance. The hotel is clean, service is very good, and accessible to a lot of establishment. I recommend this hotel especially to families traveling.

I got married last April 26 and we chose St. Mark to be our location for the dress up since it's not crowded outside. I like everything about this hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. We're still planning to come back. Thank you St. Mark. ♥

Nice lunch buffet at Halo. Great food to choose from, including Rico's Lechon. Place is quiet and good for those who want some privacy.

Considering the quality of the rooms, the price is quite affordable. The bed has memory foam on it which makes sleeping so much relaxing! Good Wi-Fi in the room and very clean and modern bathrooms. Their buffet breakfast is superb. I can't believe that they have this "Eat all you can Pancakes and Rice Cakes" every afternoon for only P99.00. Has a Condotel feature which is great for would be investors.

My family dined at the halo restuarant yesterday june 18 to celebrate father's day and at the same time 6th bday ot my daughter. We love the pasta, I ate 3 plates of pasta bolognaise and roasted beef is so tender and delicious. The sliced of cake given to my child was also yummy chocate moist cake. Some more choice of food in the buffet and improvement of the service. Overall value for money and good food.

We capped our daughter's 11th birthday with a dinner at your restaurant. Had so much fun listening to the band, requested our fave songs and sing along with them. The food was great as well as the variety of desserts in a very reasonable price. I will highly recommend St. Mark's Hotel to friends. Thank you!

The food was not that great. Only the price matters. The place is very secluded that I almost got lost. Too small.

The hotel is good and clean. The employees are friendly but the hotel reception were a little ugly details. The bath room is very small and there is no space to put things. I was washing my teeth and inadvertently gave to a vessel that was in the lavatory and broke. The hotel claimed it me and nothing cheap, 3' €40. My flight was not leaving until 8 in the afternoon and did not leave me a room to shower me, if I wanted a room had that pay x 3 hours €19. And that I was housed there several days.

Definitely a piece of Heaven! I love the fantabulous breakfast buffet!

What I like about the place: 1) very near the redemptorist church 2) varied food options (the hotel has a restaurant and cafe and 5 mins both ways are food places 3) bathroom is big 4) very comfortable bed 5) located in a quiet section of the city but still accessible to public transport place needs improvement in: 1) stability of Wi-Fi connection 2) something to stop the water from the shower area from improperly going to the toilet area.
