No doubt it's located in a sort of CBD area and just a walking distance from the Ayala Mall, I don't think the tiny room was worth the room rate. Of course if you have to stay in this area of Cebu, well this probably is a good economic option. To be fair, the room was clean and functional with a good toilet and shower. The security at the main entrance was also doing his job well. The staff was also professional and friendly. That's pretty much it.

Very clean rooms, 5 min walk to Ayala mall, water was warm not hot, bed & pillows very comfortable, staff extremely helpful & friendly, good Wi-Fi signal, 24 hr 7-11 convenience store at entrance, very secure, modern television with sky cable, safe in room, hair dryer, no breakfast offered. no big frills but very comfy and clean.

The location is very close to Ayala centre and central to the city. The accomodation is basic but clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the air conditioning is noisy.

This place is very accessable. Small parking space but who needs a car when you can just walk to a mall or easily ride a jeepney or taxi outside the hotel? This place is cozy and the staff are friendly.

It is a great place to stay. The staff are very accommodating and always wear a smile on their faces The room is cozy and cleaned everyday. The linens, towels and tissue are also changed every day of your stay. There is also a mini vault inside the room so you're sure that your valuable items are kept safe (you'll the one who will decide the passcode). The Wi-Fi is good too, no lags during my stay.

Feel it's a regime of the Inn, opposite the shopping mall had been burned closed, the periphery of the Subsidiary functions is not much only a shopping mall, to Cebu may consider other accommodation.

This is from a booking that involves a party of six split between three rooms in Cebu City, Philippines. This is certainly the minimalist's budget hotel where unique, tech-focused trappings and discreet service take precedence over an abundance of amenities and ever-present staff. The room was very clean and featured tasteful and modern decor. The Red Planet app and its straightforward interactions are excellent for communicating with the hotel's staff, and the added benefit of discounted bookings through the app is another plus. Though family rooms would be a nice touch for a place like the Philippines, it is clearly not one of this chain's focal points. Both I and my wife would stay with Red Planet again.

I liked the spacious rooms and the breakfast was satisfactory. The location is great because it is close to malls and other shops.

A very short walk from Ayala Center. Great place to stay. Very accommodating staff.

Overall nice hotel. Clean. Modern. Good Wi-Fi. Only downside is very small room, but good for single traveler.

This place is so accessible, it is near the malls and restaurants. Accomodation is good, staffs were friendly and it even has its own 7 eleven store. This has been my hotel for 2 times out of my 3 visits in Cebu.

I stayed here for 2 nights in a twin bed room. For what it is & how much it costs you can't complain too much. It is small but functional. Water pressure was great with a big rain shower head. I never had problems with Wi-Fi which is often a problem in the Philippines. The only things I didn't like were that the room had little ants in it despite me never having brought food into the room & the air conditioner didn't have a remote so I had to get up every time. If you're here for a short stay than you can't go wrong booking a couple nights here for the location & price.

Comfy. Good location. Very nice and friendly people who work there. Had ants in the room 707 and the soap dispenser was broken. One of the lift didn't work for the duration of my stay (3 days) which made it a bit inconvenient. The Wi-Fi didn't work very well.

A budget hotel with comfy beds and clean toilets. Location used to be convenient (200m from the mall), but now you'll have to walk a bit farther since metro ayala has been shut down from the fire (around 800m from the mall). Checkin was smooth. Lobby was at the 2nd floor. Quite spacious with ample seats. Room was a bit too small but overall a good experience. I stayed here for 2 nights.

Modernly appointed micro rooms reasonably priced for a short stay. Perfectly located across from the Ayala mall with a wide variety of dining options. There is even a 7-11 right next to the entrance.

Economic, clean and in a good place in Cebu city. The bad thing is the air conditioning that sounded too, and the very small room.

The network is separate in the center, near a few large malls. Clean. Everything you need is there. Great staff. No breakfast. Nearby there is a 24-hour shop where you can eat.

Compared to other accommodations in area at similar price, it's pretty good. No breakfast, not a lot of frills. But what they focus on they do well. Clean, comfortable room; best shower anywhere.

Good value for money. A clean and modern hotel with friendly and helpful service. The rooms are very small and there are no coffee and tea making facilities or even a cupboard. The location is good as it is only a block away from Ayala Mall. I have stayed there on a number of occasions and will be staying there again in the future. If you have experience staying in budget accomodation in Asia, you will be pleasantly surprised to find a good reliable water supply to the shower at a steady temperature and all of the room facilities such as TV, fan and Aircon actually work.

Even the window air conditioner, lived so many times red planet, this is still the first, too noisy.

Is a small, cheap, clean hotel with no breakfast and restaurant. We stayed there just for one night because must do something in Ayala. It is clean, but one of the worst hotel we stayed in Cebu. I don't know how to explain, the room is ok, but the mix not. People who loves to eat in McDonald would like this hotel. McDonald is a 'fast-food', this here is a 'fast-overnight' hotel. Same the people at the reception like robots. Better you go to 'airbnb' and rent a nice condo in Cebu for bit more money, you can prepare your own breakfast at least and have bigger room. If you are hungry early morning, only 7/11 near by, Ayala cafes open mostly at 10am, some at 9am.

Amenities are limited. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean but there are a lot of ants. We requested to change rooms because ants came out of the walls to eat some cashews that we left on a table. In the new room, there were still ants roaming around. This place has free internet which was a definite plus. Also it was very close to Ayala Mall. They charged us extra 100 pesos for dirty towels. The provided 3-1 body wash, soap, and shampoo smelled really bad.

Stayed on the hotel for 2 days and I did not regret it. Discount prices using their app is really amazing. Also the app is innovative as the hotel does not have any phones so you'll be using the app to talk to the reception. 711 store beside the hotel is a plus.

Good place for a single person on a quick short stay whether business or holidays. Because pricing is really low you'll notice a lot of foreigners walking to/from their rooms with local Filipino girls. This is also located right next to a KTV bar. So not recommended for families with young kids. Amenities are really basic. So dont forget to bring your own toothpaste/brush or get it from the 7/11 next door.

Staff is very accommodating. Prime location for a budget traveler. Near everything and easily accessible to all modes of transportation. Rooms are small but well equipped. Bathrooms are large and clean. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Affordable rates. Ample parking. A little walk to the mall. There's also 7-Eleven beside the building for those midnight sugar fixes. What I like about their rooms is that they always have hair dryer. Thank goodness for it!

Very convenient to Ayala Mall… Literally just off the street. Rooms are small though but you get what you paid for. There's a 7-11 just across the driveway which is a plus cause of the fact that there is no restaurant on-site. Cebu Lechon House is just around the corner… Very tasty and authentic Cebu!

Red Planet is a great hotel for practical travellers. Its concept is simple: comfortable bed, great shower, sufficient space for people who pack smart and dont bring too much. It's not your typical hotel — with all the services and a wide range of toiletries. It's more comfortable that a backpackers hostel. Don't expect toothpaste/toothbrush (bring your own) but the basics are there: soap, shampoo, a clean towel. Walking distance to Ayala mall — — a big plus!

This a comfortable modern clean hotel at a reasonable price close to Ayala, mall and Mango sq. Would have given 5 stars but internet very poor for room. Wifi in lobby good.

Wow… aircon is very noisy (very low quality! ). leakage restroom… room is smaller than other red planet… but. I like metro mall and seven eleven^^

This hotel is perfect for people who want a comfortable but affordable hotel. What I like about this hotel: 1) awesome bed 2) rain showers that are better than many of the more expensive hotels in Cebu 3) reliable internet (we were on the third floor) 4) fan option for those who dont want 24/7 aircon 5) 2-minute walk to Ayala mall. This is a basic hotel. There's not much room for huge luggage. There's a small hanger space for ur clothes and two side tables.

We booked the room for 3 days and 2 nights, but utilized it only at night coz most of the time we were out during the day. During this period we developed rashes, we highly suspect that its from bed bugs (spotted blisters) it was so itchy. My husband had lots of bed bugs bites all over his back obviously because he was sleeping without any shirt on. Succeeding feedbacks would be: -sink water too warm (hot) -no phone in the room -no fridge -incomplete toiletries (there were only 1 soap 1 shampoo & tissue paper). I mean, should have provided guest with toothbrush and toothpaste (at least)

Location wise, it's perfect — just near ayala mall. Rooms are clean with contemporary designs. Huge wall screen t. V. Compared with its room.

Noisy night. Shopping center near the hotel. 7 — Eleven at the bottom of the hotel convenient for water and coffee in the morning.
