Year 2018, an 18th birthday was being celebrated on December at this very hotel. WEEKS BEFORE THE BIG DAY we asked if our decorations is okay, we showed them every detail of our design from floor decorations, wall decorations to ceiling decorations. They said we could do it and it's okay. So we signed the contract and the date was set. On the big day itself castle peak hotel didn't allow some of our decorations to be put in the ceiling and wall, so almost everything ended up on the floor. Some of the decorations stayed in the room where we slept because they won't allow us to bring it on the venue. Note : these decorations was shown to them before the contract signing and they were informed where we will put it and also they agreed and said it was okay. That's the reason why we signed the contract. If it wasn't okay they could've been honest about it and no big deal, we wouldn't sign the contract. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone to endure this kind of nightmare, especially when it's a very special day where you are supposed to enjoy it not to endure it. it's a good place to sleep but not a good place to celebrate 18th birthdays. We learned it the hard way. Take it or leave it. It's up to you.

Electric outlet besides my bed is not working so I cant charge while using my phone on my bed. Very slow internet connection. Food okay You can hear hotel crew using radio frequently outside the room.

Good and Clean Hotel, Staff are all accommodating, love their buffet food, should try massage spa and my son like the rooftop bar where you can enjoy watching city view while drinking, near shopping malls nice place to stay for a vacation.

The best hotel i've been to. Very open and WELCOME to LGBTs. They are friendly and all the staffs there are approachable. The breakfast buffet was a 2 thumbs up! A must try for a great experience!

Easy to book online, I booked through a third party. Receptionists and Security were very professional. Room service was prompt as well as Housekeeping. Rooms were comfortable. This Hotel also has a great stone massage at their spa. Bar was also great that included free video karaoke for friends.

There are 2 restaurant in side. One at the first floor, one at the roof top. Nice place for sightseeing.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and the service and security out front was amazing nice clean rooms comfortable bed excellent deal. My only issue was the swimming dip pool. It had way too much chlorine in it, and it made us sneeze so we didn't spend much time in it and our skin itch.

Castle peak is been in cebu for such a long time with good location less than 10 minutes walking distance to ayala mall or landers super store. They have a small gym and have tables out side where you can see the guests having a beer or just taking fresh air. The have a lechon eat all you can buffet. Castle peak have managed to stay in the game because there are lots of hotel around here but because of good service and very very good location a lot of foreigners stop there. I didn't take time to talk about air con cable TV hot shower 99%of the hotel have it. Its official. I am putting up pictures of phone and website. Enjoy.

I've been staying here, time to time from the past years. First, it's within the budget allowed by the company. Ayala and SM are just 15 to 20 minutes away. Rooms are clean and the housekeeping is doing a good job in cleaning the room. Tip: upon booking please ask for the room in the new wing or they might put you in the old wing which is older.

Nice hotel with a restaurant next door. Big spacious rooms with entertainment. Good for business travellers. Offers buffet breakfast that has a nice spread. Its a 30min drove from the airport. The hotel is centrally located to nearby malls Robinson gallery and SM Supermarket that are 5 min drive. Equipped with jacuzzi at the top floor, spa and a roof top bar. Overall a nice place…

This is an ALL GENDER HOTEL in F. Cabahug, Cebu City. The staff are all friendly, honest and sensitive to the needs of their clients and customers. The food is soooo good and buffet breakfast is served at wide array of dishes. The place is very clean. I highly recommend this hotel for people of all walks in life.

Great place to meet for business, average food and prices. Level 9 bar and karaoke is good place to take a spouse or date. Rooms ok, well priced. Well services location with nearby covienience stores, hairdressing salon, laundry, eaterys…

I don't understand why it takes a long time for each deparment to answer the phone (front desk and room service). The bath tub is dirty — they didn't clean the plastic rug (anti-slippery) hence dirt is coming out. Overall, room is great and spacious. Staff is friendly, amenities are okay.

Good service, only one thing I don't like u only have one CR in 9th floor shared female and male, hope u can put other CR for female only.

I love Castle Peak Hotel❤. It's clean and very well — organized. The restaurant also is very tidy and all the foods are absolutely delicious! I enjoyed also the gym. Eventhough the pool is not big I enjoyed to swim too. I checked in for 2 days only… then I realized I want more and let my sisters and son to come. That night… we sing in a karaoke bar and got drunk because we really enjoyed all the foods and drinks.

Personally had a great time with my family here. Nice ambiance and the breakfast buffet was spectacular! Staff were kind and very professional. Nice rooftop bar — great view with smoking area — and the beef quesadilla was delicious. The menu items seemed fairly priced. Although the rooms were good value for money, they didn't quite feel complete compared to some other nice hotels that had rooms at a similar price point. But, they truly make up for it in ambience and service (and breakfast). Will definitely return when the opportunity presents itself!

All your staff are very accomodating and special thanks to Mam Rachelle for providing us with the best service. I never felt you were after of many more heads and profits, you were always after of providing excellent customer service to your customers. Indeed, we are a very satisfied couple and hoping your hotel to have many more clients.

Our room was on the small side but was not claustrophobic. As for the shower area it was too small. The water hits the shower curtain causing it to sway and stick to you while you shower. The water also gets everywhere when the shower curtain sways. Staff were friendly. Service was good. Rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. Function room was also good. Also the art work in the rooms are nice. But one thing they should improve is the soundproofing/dampening of the rooms. I'm a very light sleeper and was on the 6th floor and I could still hear traffic sometimes enough to wake me.

Place is nice and staff are polite and accommodating. They give good and adjustable deals like when we were not able to avail of breakfast because we left the hotel early (which was supposedly forfeited already just like in other hotels because it was not their fault anyway) they adjusted the room rate. Two thumbs up for that. Food is also yummy. Hotel rate is low yet you get awesome service. If given the chance to get back to Cebu, I will defintely book there.

1. All hotel staffs are very friendly. 2. Room is clean and spacious (superior) 3. Little far from downtown but only P350 taxi ride from Cebu Mactan airport 4. Affortable dinner buffet (around P450) & generally speaking, foods are great (mostly Japanese dishes) 5. Nice & quite music… and able to listen while enjoying meals (sometimes)

I can recommend this hotel because of some features I find it convenient. The room itself even if its only standard one but its spacious enough for you to stay comfortably and it is well — kept. I like the big mirror and the little couch you feel like a princess. The staff are approachable and professional and the view of the city at the rooftop where the bar us located is breathtaking. Next time I visit Cebu I will stay here. Keep up the good work.

Poor air-conditioning. Our room had a split-type aircon unit but it was really really hot. The staff was also very unfriendly (especially the receptionists). We wasted some money staying at this hotel.

Well located hotel, clean and cheap. Pool only to the splash or cool, but not to the swim, as too small. Great roof terrace and bar.
