This place was all it looked like and more. We had a group of 6 people and we booked the villa. It IS the entire house (in the photos it looks huge… it is) with four floors all looking out onto the beach. Each room is pretty big, two have a shared bathroom (the smaller one is noticeably smaller but still comfortable with the same size bed, a dresser and TV — it is the only room without a balcony though…) the master suite on the 3rd floor is HUGE with its own bathroom. The pool is private and only for use by the villa guests (totally private with large gate/fence around it). It also had a beautiful backyard and grill (we didn't need to cook so not sure about it's working condition) but it might be convenient for families or other people wanting to save some money. The view at sunset is spectacular (see photos) and can be seen from all of the balconies. The villa has a great rustic vibe going, with the stained glass windows and winding staircases — it has a real charm. All 6 of us were sad to leave and would 100% book it again as our top choice in Boracay. I can't speak for the regular hotel rooms or ammenities, but the villa was awesome. The staff were also really friendly and would help us out with anything we needed — food, towels, locking our door, etc… if you have the chance, book it! There is also a friendly neighborhood shop 1 minute away where you can load up on drinks, water, snacks, etc… for cheap.

We loved our stay here! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The place is quaint and cozy. The room felt spacious and comfortable. They don't provide indoor slippers and their robe is petite, but they have mats, beach towels, and umbrellas you can bring to the beach. The beach is just a very short walk away. There are shops close by for food, meds, supplies, etc.

First class crab and Aligue rice at first class prices! This is an expensive treat for a special occasion. Good service and friendly staff. Recommended if you feel like splashing some cash.

Place was great. Only 3 mins walk from the hotel to stn 1. Hotel. Staff and food were amazing! Very good place to stay.

This is our second stay with Hampstead and the service was beyond 5 stars to be honest! Reservation was done smoothly and all arrangements were perfectly attended by the staff. We stayed for 6 days from 16th July — 21st July 2017 and felt so at home with their warm hospitality. Kudos to the staff especially Ms. Honey! Our suite room was superb and food was great as well. I could not say more. See you again soon!

Comfortable large rooms and friendly staff!

Thank you Hampstead for giving us a stress free and super relaxing vacation at Boracay :) We will definitely go back! The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, the staff are friendly and really accommodating, the FOOD is uber delicious! Even their breakfast, was really sumptious. No need to go around the area, to scout for delicious and affordable food. Highly recommended: Kare-Kare, Burger, Bagnet, Liempo, and their seafood pasta! :D.

I stayed 3 nights at the Hampstead Boutique Hotel and highly recommend it. I would have stayed longer if I could. The exceptionally-friendly and helpful staff is what sets the Hampstead apart from other hotels. My room was very clean and the air conditioning was ample. The location is perfect for station 1: close to the beach but not on the main street, so it was quiet and peaceful. To walk from the lobby to the beach takes less than 5 minutes. The front desk has complementary beach towels, mats, and umbrellas to use. The hotel restaurant was great. I recommend the chorizo and crab pasta! My only criticism is there were only 2 towels in the bathroom but I'm sure the front desk would have happily accommodated my request for more. I can't wait to come back to Boracay and stay at the Hampstead!

Been to Boracay for several times and this place by far is the most welcoming, beautiful and best stay I had. The hotel itself is a gem, not to the mention the friendly staff who always greet you with a warm smile! Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Hampstead Botique hotel this vacation is one for the books :)

Very good hotel, although they need to upgrade their breakfast options.

Totally a BAD DREAM! Please take some times to read on this. I'm always impressed by the good & friendly hospitality of filipino. But my experience of staying in this hotel had totally ruined my holiday and my expectation. Me & my friends decided to spend few ten thousands pesos to stay in the "very very over-rated' villa, to start our new beginning of year2016. The villa was on the top of hill, without any help, we carried all our luggage up to the villa followed by a very disappointed feeling after we saw the dirty private swimming pool (with sands, leaves & even hairs! ), the water wasn't clear enough to see the bottom of the pool. Our original plan to have a pool side BBQ seafood dinner ran off, after we find out all the BBQ equipment was rusted. The villa was made up of 4 different floors, with no water supply! (can you guys believe that happened in a high class private villa?! ), 9 of us need to take turn to use the small bathroom on first floor (the only one with water supply). We are in the holiday mood, & didnt make any complaints on these. BUT the worst thing happened at last and this totally ruined our trip and make us mad on this 'over-overrated' private villa. We leaved our luggage on the reception after we check-out. Few hours later, we back to the hotel to pick up our luggage, we been told that we have stained their towels and bed sheets (seriously?! ), & they are charging us at 13000pesos and threatened us with a very very rude attitude.

Stay here few days ago… room is clean with friendly & helpful staff.
Breakfast set are awesome.
