Totally a BAD DREAM! Please take some times to read on this. I'm always impressed by the good & friendly hospitality of filipino. But my experience of staying in this hotel had totally ruined my holiday and my expectation. Me & my friends decided to spend few ten thousands pesos to stay in the "very very over-rated' villa, to start our new beginning of year2016. The villa was on the top of hill, without any help, we carried all our luggage up to the villa followed by a very disappointed feeling after we saw the dirty private swimming pool (with sands, leaves & even hairs! ), the water wasn't clear enough to see the bottom of the pool. Our original plan to have a pool side BBQ seafood dinner ran off, after we find out all the BBQ equipment was rusted. The villa was made up of 4 different floors, with no water supply! (can you guys believe that happened in a high class private villa?! ), 9 of us need to take turn to use the small bathroom on first floor (the only one with water supply). We are in the holiday mood, & didnt make any complaints on these. BUT the worst thing happened at last and this totally ruined our trip and make us mad on this 'over-overrated' private villa. We leaved our luggage on the reception after we check-out. Few hours later, we back to the hotel to pick up our luggage, we been told that we have stained their towels and bed sheets (seriously?! ), & they are charging us at 13000pesos and threatened us with a very very rude attitude. Beside than that, they said we lost one of their door key, hence, they need to change the whole door lock on 1500pesos (SERIOUSLY?! just for one missing key?! ) Its was so ridiculous to believe that they don't have any spare keys in such a high class villa! Furthermore, there's even No 1 manager on duty. We settled all the fees beside than the lost key penalty. But believe it anot, the security locked the front door, and don't allow us to go, unless we pay everything they asked for. Oh god, we are so helpless and don't know what to do beside than giving them all the 'penalty fees' they asked for. The exact feeling was we have been robbed by these 'friendly staffs' that welcomed us so nicely on the first day. I'm not a demanding traveler, and I never write any single bad review on other hotels I been stayed. But to avoid more bad dreams happen in the future, I really hope to disencourage people to stay in this place. Management or the bosses should really feel bad and apologize on their way on threatened their 'valued' stayer.
