I like it here! They're good and have a best tour in the island.

The Tour was an experience to be remembered, the Tour guide Omar, is so amusing and knew very well, the best hospitality, I and my friends was so impressed, Food was the best for an island setting, so impressive, a memory to consider to be back again.

They are so friendly & when you need something likes towels & fix the shower room, they will immediately respond. Also free breakfast everyday, good foods & fresh fruits.

What you see online isn’t always what you get but that’s good marketing on their part. What they don’t promote is that they are a multi-floor facility without an elevator. Granted staff will help you carry your bags upstairs (Thank God! ). If you walk into your room and it’s warm and there’s a portable fan already in the room that’s bad. Most of these hotels keep the rooms warm until guest arrive to save money. Turn on AC, wait about 30 minutes and it will be cool they said. Well 3 hours later we returned and room still warm. Called front desk they quickly sent a person up to look at AC, he said give it 30 minutes it will be cooler. 2 hours later still hot. Called front desk they said we can bring you a fan, I said we already have one meaning you already knew there was an AC problem. They put us in a temporary room in a sister hotel across the street, very cold AC but outside of room and inside smelled of raw sewage. No Wi-Fi in rooms, Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, nice hot mosquito filled lobby, enjoy! Do yourself a favor an book elsewhere.

Fantastic service, well stocked breakfast buffets, staff where always there if you need anything, infectious smiles from all staff throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. It has a room service facilities if needed. I would've given 5 stars if only the hotel had a lift/elevator. So not suitable for wheelchair bound guests. But I would definitely recommend to families and friends.

If I could rate Ipil Suites El Nido 0 stars I would. I have never stayed in a hotel where there were blood on the towel. It would have been forgivable as an accident but my family and I stayed on two different floors and both rooms had blood on the towels. Aside from the clogged drains that flooded the bathroom, their hot water was broken. The staff told us that we had to wait till the morning because there was no maintenance to fix it. The Wi-Fi is so slow even when it’s only accessible in the lobby. The view from outside is all construction building that no one will appreciate. The attitude of the staff is very unfriendly. From the moment we first checked in, we received uninviting tones and nasty facial expressions. We had to get a refund because we could no longer bare the disgusting rooms and terrible service of the staff. When we were leaving, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the staff was collecting a payment for a mango juice my sister drank in their breakfast buffet! Don’t call it a breakfast buffet if not every food and drinks is included in it or post a sign that indicates it’s additional. This hotel almost ruined our entire El Nido vacation. Go elsewhere. Also, do not be fooled by the pictures and services/accommodations listed on the brochure, it’s FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. You will just be disappointed. You can find much better hotels for cheaper price around the area.

The location of Ipil Suite is in Palawan. It's very close to a beach that unfortunately only allow ships that for tours. Other than that, other beaches are +20 min. Away. The tours on the other hand was the most enjoyable thing in my trip. Every worker was very nice and their food was perfect. The activities include diving, going to a beach, kayaking, nd a lagoon. The Suite is also surrounded by a lot of stores and restaurants so you can buy souveneirs and eat local food. For the rooms, theyre okay. The a. C. Works really well. But in one of the rooms thr floor tile was lose and could easily be removed. In the room I was staying in, the shower was clogged many times. This made it hard for two people to take baths in limited time. The TV was fine. They had the usual channels and the sound was pretty good. Sadly, the rooms were not sound proof. The service was pretty good. The workers are friendly and made us feel at home. They always had a smile on and welcomed us. Overall the hotel is good, but not the best. I say you should go there and stay for a few days then possibly move to a new hotel to check out the stuff there. I give this Suite four star.

It's good but I was expecting a better service considering the price of the accommodation.

Pretty small Rooms and old hotel. Despite This the hospitality is not lacking, but it is not enough.

We were welcomed warmly by the staff when we arrived at the hotel in Puerto Princesa. Welcome drinks were served while they were arranging the documentation requirements needed before check-in. Their staff carried our bags as we get up the stairs of the hotel. Our concerns were addressed immediately like an extra towel and an extra blanket. Their rooms and restrooms were clean and conducive for relaxation and stay as well. … The breakfast was delicious and they were attentive to refill the rice and viand when it is nearly finished. I would somehow appreciate a fresh milk as a creamer for the coffee, next time. The facial cream of my colleague has been left in the room, and they were kind to return it when we got back from El Nido and checked-in again at their hotel before our flight back to Manila.

Its very cozy and affordable rate, l like their breakfast menu. Staff are very friendly.

Sometimes your room aircon is not fix, sometimes your next door is a makeshift construction yard and the banging of hammers will stop only at 11pm after the carpenters most awaited overtime. The food is good but don't eat too much avoid the stomach flu.

We were overcharged, promised to put the money back in our account but never got a phone call or email back about it.

An Alright accommodation by western standards, 2-3 star. Poor air con in the rooms (it doesnt cool below 27c), quite noisy (you wake up every night more than a few times). Friendly staff.

It was really enjoyable staying here. It's close to everywhere you want to go. Even blackouts, you still have at least a fan to ease you a bit. No curfew and the staff are really nice.

Clean and nice room, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is soooo goood. I highly recommend this hotel, They also have a nice pool.

We had first booked a small bungalow opposite the hotel (TaraO). The hut was so tiny that there was hardly any room for the backpacks and we immediately hit the musty smell. We could not have stayed a night here!
We were happy to upgrade and took a room in the hotel itself. This was far away from luxury but absolutely OK. Wi-Fi is not working. The breakfast buffet was plundered, the fruit tasted awful.

Decent place for stay for few days. Excellent location though, i. E. In middle of the most happening place in El Nido.

First of all my apoligies with my grammars. I am Filipino as well but residing now in Australia. I did wrote this in english so that the people from other countries will at least understand it. I would like to share my recent experience during stayed in this place. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and all was regretful Be careful when checking in to this hotel. Don’t leave any valuables in the room. Bring all your valuables if you can. My wife lost 100$ in the first day of stay. We didn’t complain on that day because I told to my wife that she might just spend it and doesn’t remember. And this is a 3 star hotel and I think the staff wouldn’t do anything to ruin a business. But in the second day my son’s gold ring missing in his bag. Before we’re going out of the hotel I told them that do not bring any jewellery with them. Coz they might drop or loose them on the water. So my son get back to their room and leaved it. He didn’t put it in his luggage with lock due his rushing instead he chucked it in his backpack. At the end of the day when we got back to the hotel and check his ring and it’s gone. We reported it straight away on the reception and called the manager. I also told them that my wife lost a 100$ on the first day as well. They said they gonna conduct a invistigation and reported it to the police. The next day the other manager had a chat with me and told me that they will conduct a invistigation.

One mode is standard room. It is middle because it is the ground floor view of kitchen lol! But good it is not expensive for the location and it moves to the city, so have to just sleep here.

Nice hotel with big rooms and good staff.

Staff are very accommodating. They respond to your request as quickly as they can.

One of the WORST hotels that we've ever stayed in. Notified the hotel ahead of time that we had several senior citizens with us and were not told that there is NO ELEVATOR and all our rooms were booked on the FOURTH FLOOR. No AC except in the rooms — the "AC" in the dining area was mediocre at best because one side is open to the elements. A few unfortunate members of our group (over TWENTY people) could not make the hike up four flights of stairs and had to be moved to an even WORSE and smellier location across the street (and we were charged MORE for smaller, worse rooms)! Staff were NOT knowledgeable about tours or what was at different locations. There were ants and spiders in the rooms. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed because the stink coming up from the toilet smelled so bad and made me gag. Some rooms did not have AC (or the AC didn't work properly) and we had to switch rooms. Several rooms did not have hot water — on the second day several rooms didn't have ANY water! We asked the hotel staff if we could be moved to a nicer (but smaller) house called the waterfront which was owned by the same people. We said some of us were willing to sleep on the floor and pay MORE just to get out of that horrible hotel. The Manila office was supposed to call back to let us know and we never heard back from anyone. Wifi was only available in the front lobby and was so SLOW it was basically pointless. Also, their towels were damp.

Nice staff (courteous and polite) and the free breakfast was so good though the free Wi-Fi was so slow…

Dump, no internet when I asked on check in if they did, but not available and would not go there ever again.

Very loud, bright, and small rooms, no way to darken when it's between 6am and 6pm. So loud it felt like my bed was alongside the street on the curb/gutter. The door to the patio was likely the biggest reason since it had gaps you can almost fit your finger through. Staff was friendly, food was average. Shower was only warm, but I didn't need it hot since the power for the city of El Nido was out every night. Had to take cold showers to keep cool as the air conditioning is not powered on during outages to keep load on the backup generator low. Conveniently located near the beach and a short walk from anything exciting or good food. For the experience I would have expected 1, 500-2, 000 pesos per night, not the 3, 000 charged. At least the staff was friendly :)

Compare to the others, it's a decent place to stay. The tour service is handy, and everyone is nice and helpful here.

Clean and daily change of towels. The food in their restaurant is also good.

Ipil Suites El Nido The location is great in El Nido town. We stayed two adults and a child in a room which was big enough for us with big cabinet, Tv, fridge, balcony and big bathroom. Everything is clean and give they give you coffee as complimentary plus there are big bottles to refill cold water or hot water. The breakfast is a buffet with a few Filipino choices, bread, juice and you car order omelette or eggs. There are Tours in Ipil Suites and we did Tour A. The guides in the tour and the staff in the hotel were very friendly with us and they even let us leave our luggage next day there even we weren´t sleeping there! Ipil Suites Puerto Princesa The hotel is small with a pool and it´s very close to the airport, just 5 minutes walking distance. They even have shuttle service to go to the airport as complimentary. The room is little bit small with a queen bed, cabinet and bathroom. The pool area was great! And the breakfast ser ved on the top of the hotel is a mix of Filipino choices with coffee, juices, omelette and eggs. The best in the hotel is the internet connection was working great in our room, strong enough to do our online working. The staff is very polite and friendly.

Great Service Staffs! Nice and relatively new rooms! Great tour packages offered.

Good when compared to the rest of ho (s) tels around.
