Hotels in Davao with Parking

One of the best values in Davao. Across the street from Escuela Cove and Pearl Farm wharf. About a mile from the SM Lanang mall. The staff are amazing!

During my stay, the staff were friendly and accommodating. My main concern was that noise from outside was very audible from the room, which affected the overall comfort of my stay.

The location is excellent. If you need anything, Abreeza Mall is literally just a few steps from the hotel, making everything so convenient.
Service is great!

This is my new favorite hotel in Davao. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms are immaculate, the pool is beautiful, and the gym is perfect.

We like the room, especially for the price. The small kitchen space was nice for preparing simple meals when eating in. Staff hospitable, facility was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

First, a great hotel. One new negative. Asked for an extra pillow. Only hotel I've ever been to and I travel internationally, that actually charges for an extra pillow.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Domicilio Lorenzo. We booked a Garden View Superior Room with breakfast included and were impressed from start to finish.

We had a wonderful stay at Domicilio Lorenzo. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price.

My wife and I decided to stay here for our wedding anniversary as we had a reservation to a nearby restaurant during the evening.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

Casa Leticia Business Inn is the best so far when it comes to service. My husband and l always chose to stay here, whenever we wanted to visit Davao.

Our stay was wonderful, thanks to the exceptional customer service. Everyone was warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Special thanks to sir KEVEN poolside staff.
For the great service. Very accomodating.
Pool is clean and clear water.
Walang amoy chlorine.

The hotel is in a good location with restaurants and a mall nearby.
Not noisy though it is just beside a busy street.
The room is big enough and clean with the basic amenities.

Easy check — in and check-out policy. The place is clean, food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and courteous. The parking lot is spacious with security guards nearby.

Bed was just a cheap foam mattress, very hard. Breakfast was tasteful.

The hotel features condominium-type apartments with bedroom separate from the living room, dedicated space for kitchen and dining area.

If you're visiting Davao City, this is the place to be. The historical significance of The Big House gives it a soulful, charming atmosphere that modern hotels just can't replicate.

We had a spontaneous dine in their restaurant and the experience is superb ✨ Their crew is really welcoming, especially Jolina who really went above and beyond.

Room has everything I need shy of a microwave, but the 2 best restaurants in town are just downstairs. The hot water gets shut off at night cause of a water pump but im asleep then anyway.

Although the lobby is small, this hotel is great. There are many things to see within 20 min walk, even though it’s not ‘next door’ type of convenience. Great bars and restaurants nearby.

I recently spent an overnight stay at the Dusit Thani Residences with my fiancee to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.

The staff here aim to please! While slightly dated, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness center was clean, modern, and cool. The view of the pool was beautiful!

We cane in for a day tour which included the burd show, lunch buffet and access to the resort. We loved and learned about chocolate making and its history in the chocolate museum.

Can be easily located as it was situated in a highway. Our 3 year old had a great time exploring the place.

I am starting to enjoy this hotel for trips to Davao.

My family needed a comfortable stay near SMX, and Park Inn is the best place to go. It is so convenient since it has a bridge going to the mall and it is so safe. Environmentally considerate too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A great place to stay in Davao City, especially if you're looking for accommodation near the Old Victoria Plaza and Bajada area. The unit was clean, affordable, and comfortable.

This hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay.

It was pleasantly cold when we arrived, which made the stay even more refreshing. Since the place is located in the mountains, the natural cool weather makes air conditioning unnecessary in the rooms.

Our visit to Eden Nature Park & Resort was truly unforgettable. Nestled high in the mountains of Davao, this place is the perfect escape from the busy city life.

Okay price, room was clean but bathroom was half broken. Shower handle broken off, shower head leaking, sink leaking and loose, towel rack half out of the wall.

First Pacific Inn Davao is a the right place for a traveller who's looking for a affordable budget wise place to live.

The photo is not representative of the room I rented. The property is very clean, basic and a great value. The facility is very modern and the pool is very nice even if it's small.

Currently staying here now for vacation.
Located nicely in then city.
Staffs are friendly and well trained.
The rooms are also clean.

Great place for a relaxing overnight with a great staff and foods available till 9pm.
English widely accepted there as owner is a foreigner also.

We discovered this place by accident, after having had a bad experience with the hotel we booked initially. The place is in a secluded residential area.

Our stay was truly excellent. The staff were extremely accommodating, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.

A perfect suited for family, couple and single, very clean and mentained, accomodating staff, w/ breakfast l0/10 recommended.

Best experience, best people, best spot!
Had a great week long vacation and it was the best.
We had the executive room with jacuzzi! It’s so nice.

I got the chance to stay here for 4 days and I like it and would recommend it 👌 😌

Stayed here for one night. The room is small yet perfect for one person. AC is very 🥶. The bathroom has hot and cold shower.

Reception is accomodating.
Clean and affordable rooms.
Strong Wi-Fi.

To wait out the time, this is an ideal option and relatively budget-friendly, but be prepared for noise outside and a shared toilet with shower.

The place was clean and the price was worth it for an overnight stay. Will definitely check in next time once I need a place to stay in Davao City again.

Rooms were decent. With shower, heater, AC, cable TV. Tiny elevator and hallways.

Cheap, descent Wi-Fi speed, lifts available, good AC, cleanliness superb comfort on a budget and location within city centre.

We thought its expensive but all the while it was worth it. My husband loved the steak while I was made full with my pasta.

Haribor Lounge is a great place to enjoy drinks! The atmosphere is amazing, and the service is outstanding. Special thanks to Clito, the bartender HE is the best!

Embodiment of gracious hospitality of the Filipino people living in Ninio and his business. Rooms were spotless and service was immaculate. Breakfast included and it was perfect.

I had a really nice stay at La Vida Hostel in Samal. This is a small, family-run place with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. You can really feel the personal touch from the owners and staff.
