Davao Hotels with a Parking

We like the room, especially for the price. The small kitchen space was nice for preparing simple meals when eating in. Staff hospitable, facility was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

First, a great hotel. One new negative. Asked for an extra pillow. Only hotel I've ever been to and I travel internationally, that actually charges for an extra pillow.

We stayed for 5 days. Everything is neat and clean. You don't need to ask for housekeeping they will initiate.

Everytime my wife and I come here, the experience is always amazing!

Stayed there for 4 days: May-June 2025. The place is clean and quiet. Air-conditioning runs good.

Location isna little off the main road and hence there is no public transport to the airport although it is near.

The location is a nice walking distance between two major malls.

The check-in was so fast. Carol De La Cerna at the front desk was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She made the whole process so easy for us. It was a fantastic first stop in our stay.

I checked in here before my flight—it’s conveniently close to the airport, and some attractions which was a major plus.

I will always make time to eat at he Misto restaurant at the Seda Abreeza hotel as the food is simply outstanding.

We booked a 1day staycation for a couple with 1 additional bed as our daughter was spending her work annual leave with us. She is an OFW (Oveseas Filipino Worker) and loves the sea.

We celebrated our anniversary here last April 12, and our entire experience was truly unforgettable.

Place and rooms are clean. The hotel staff is also accommodating. Parking area is found at the back of the building.

Clean and Nice place. Near the city center. The only problem is their internet connection is not stable.

In 3 days and 3 nights staying here at Acacia Hotel, my experience was great, from friendly staff to the foods, all great. Special thanks to the staff who always maintained our room cleanliness.

Everything went well. Except the noise on the upper floor. Staying at 5th for two nights. Staycation, that is. Unfortunately, late at night, somebody or someone seems to be having fun.

My friend and I stayed here before our trek up Mt. Apo with Mt Apo adventures. They arranged the stay and this hotel was lovely! The staff made the place.

The front desk staff, including Paul, provided outstanding assistance, including guidance on parking. All interactions were courteous and efficient.

I'm only staying one day, so I can mostly review the room itself. Bed is very comfortable, AC works great. Room is sufficiently clean, and I haven't seen any bugs. The electrical outlets work.

Love this hotel even though they do not have an elevator. 10 minutes walk to the Mall (sm lanang). Lots of eateries outside the hotel and laundry service. Service is great.

Overall, this resort was great, there was a swimming pool, ziplines, skywheels, fishing, and many more amazing experiences.

You can book for reservations or simply walk-in for a relaxing staycation. The spacious nature park has lots of amenities for various activities. You can also buy food and souvenirs inside.

I recommend The Bourke hotel is good for staying here in Davao. Near to downtown and so far, the staff are very friendly, very accommodating, helpful and happy. Very approachable to any request.

A friendly, chic boutique hotel in an excellent location for walking. The rooms are very comfortable albeit there is a little wear n tear showing. Big TV with Netflix. Large comfortable double bed.

Whenever work gets really stressful and I feel like binge-eating, this buffet is always my go to place. It’s a perfect escape since it’s located in the Baguio district. Food never disappoints.

A day trip today. This is the first time here. It was nice. Some of the playground equipment and cages were a bit worn. I enjoyed my day.

Stayed here because I need to attend to a customer in Davao. Room was clean but no towel prepared when I went in. But the staff was quick to give me one.

A decent sleep-and-go hotel. I chose to stay here for its proximity to the airport. The room is spotlessly clean and well-lit.

The safe and the mini fridge didn’t work BUT overall a great stay!

The place is located near to SNR, mcdonalds, 7/11 and not too far from SM ecoland with many good restaurants just around the vicinity.

Very accessible from the airport if you are visiting from the other parts of the country, a very affordable place to stay with newly renovated rooms you will for sure enjoy your stay here at grand

Nice safe Hotel. Its a little loud at times in the hallways. Breakfast was cold, or barely warm. Parking is ok. A/C can barely keep up with the heat of the day.
Staff are polite, and kind.

Luv the restaurant below… it offers a decent spread at a reasonable price. Worth the money.

Stayed here from November 7–9, 2025. The room was perfect for me. It's a bit smaller than what you’d typically find in a four-star hotel, but I actually preferred that.

Wife and I had a junior suite for 2 nights and overall it was great.

Its a value for money establishment.
— check in time was fast, once your infront of the staff the overall process was approx 2 minutes.

Very quite area even near the highway.
And very friendly people, but the TV is without Netflix NO smart tv. AC is the best ever what I found the last 20 years.

The hotel itself is nice, but it really sets it apart is the staff. They have been nothing but fantastic since I got here. Everyone is very friendly, and they are truly a pleasure to be around.

The hotel is located in downtown Davao. It has modern, luxurious vibe and is frequented by casino goers, jazz enthusiasts, and groups/companies/families for large-crowd gatherings.
