The accommodations were simple but very tidy and comfortable.

Not really a top of the top 5* hotel, but absolutely high "value for the Money". Very silent, no roasters, no barking dogs. Extra capsules for ktv (videoke).

The room is kind of good, the resort is also good, there are so many amenities in D'Leonor, they even healed me on my injury from running downhills.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Crown Regency Residences in Davao! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze.

Great place to stay, the staff are very accommodating, Facilities are well maintained, Neat room. Water in shower gives a relaxing massage;) Swimming at night is great. Quiet place.

Rooms are pretty big and clean didn’t smell, It is a bit outdated and can tell the aesthetic is pretty 90s but if your into that you will enjoy this hotel, AC is a-bit outdated and noisy but works,

The rooms spacious enough and beds comfortable. Location is great with supermarkets, grocery stores, eateries around. It's also walking distance to the bar hopping street.

This hotel may not be a luxury five-star property, but for its category, it’s definitely one of the better places to stay.

Absolutely loved my stay here! It’s perfect for solo travelers, offering solo beds at great rates. My room was spacious with a window, and the staff were incredibly kind.

The staff was extremely friendly and went so far as to make sure we had a great time. The quiet hallways were wonderful for getting some rest. The inn greatly exceeded my expectations.

Rooms are quite clean, they have nice terrace at the 3rd floor, they have free water and coffee, staffs are friendly.
Essentials like tissue, soap & shampoo are provided per guest.

Luv the restaurant below… it offers a decent spread at a reasonable price. Worth the money.

Room, AC and Wi-Fi working fine.
Breakfast was okay.
There is a night market just in the corner.
Fridge is working fine.
Toiletries are available as well.

Clean room with hot shower. Affordable rate. Friendly people.

Stayed there for 4 days: May-June 2025. The place is clean and quiet. Air-conditioning runs good.

Bed was just a cheap foam mattress, very hard. Breakfast was tasteful.

The hotel features condominium-type apartments with bedroom separate from the living room, dedicated space for kitchen and dining area.

Very quite area even near the highway.
And very friendly people, but the TV is without Netflix NO smart tv. AC is the best ever what I found the last 20 years.

Went there for the restaurant only, food and service was good. A little more expensive than what I was expecting, but good food.

Eagle's Nest Beach Resort is hands down one of the best hidden gems in Samal Island! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home.

It is a nice hotel to stay in Davao and is at the center. Close to a lot of places esp the night market.
The bed is very comfortable and room is wide for its price. The staff are helpful.

Really good stay overall! The location is super convenient — just a short walk to Roxas Night Market.
