It was such a good experience, all of the staff was so friendly and approachable a highly recommended place to spend a family vacation.

It was clean, friendly environment. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff was provided what we need immediately.

All staff in front desk are pretty and smiling face. My room is clean with complete amenities. Food are delicious specially your pansit and the breakfast tapa.

When I checked in at around 4 am, the lobby was already clean, the people were nice, and everyone was smiling. When we arrived, the room was clean. We will return here again.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are very well maintained. All of the staff were kind, always smiling, and greeted guests warmly. You can really tell that they are well-trained in customer service.

Value for money. Rooms are very elegant.
Frontdesk personnel and services could be improved and needs proper training.

The hostel is situated near Circuit Makati Mall, making it an ideal choice for those who want to explore the area.

I booked this place primarily for its location, and it did not disappoint—it’s just a one-minute walk to Ayala Circuit, which was my main priority.

Perfect for what we needed as a stopover. Good location. Very comfortable bed, good shower, nice linen, Good internet. Fantastic, attentive staff. Great food and entertainment downstairs.

Used to gatekeep this place back in the days. Decent for its price, just dont forget to request a non smoking room. They are sisters company with 1898 and Filing Station.

The room was pretty clean, the ac was good, shower and toilet where pretty nice and clean.
The room was small but compared to the price I paid it was great value.

I just tried it and they did not disappoint. It’s a budget hotel; but Customer service is 5-star! Room and amenities are clean, excellent location with easy access to points of interests.

I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Sogo Macapagal. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest.

Was honestly not expecting much and thought it would be just another old, run-down, creepy hotel—but I was so wrong.
The hotel’s main asset is the building itself: a 1930s Manila Art Deco landmark.

We stayed for 3 days. I like the location cause its near to US Embassy and training centers, walking distance only. The staff are very warm, courteous and they greet you with a smile.

Great Value if you don’t have a budget.
Bed and linens are nice and crisp.
Not that quiet event at the 7th floor. You can still hear jeepneys downstairs.
Bring earplugs.

I'm thoroughly impressed with my recent stay at GiHotel Ermita! This budget-friendly hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Really lovely staff, clean room and lovely pool. They were so understanding and let us check out later since we had an evening flight. Super easy to get to the airport from here.

This hotel was a surprise for me. I never thought I would find this one when I was searching for the closest hotel from the Five Star Pasay Bus Station.

So first what I didn't like. The shower was pretty cold. The pillows were not good at all. The couch definitely needs an serious upgrade. That being said this place still gets 5 stars.

It has everything we needed. Our stay was comfortable and some of my things were left at the unit but Ms. Joanne, the owner send it back to me… thank u so much for the warm accommodation.

Generally in between average to standard hotel, spacious rooms, toilet with balcony worth the price to stay which is also within the city proper and near the Quezon Provincial Capitol.

Just went to the restaurant and it was great. Live music, not overpriced food, and accessible.

Checked in here 4 days ago and got 2 bedroom for the family. The rooms are well lit, and cleaned. The only thing I don't like is that we didn't have enough toilet paper.

This motor inn is surprisingly good. They have a good size room, nice bed and pillow, Wi-Fi router in the room, ample lights, and clean bathroom. The room I got is very well maintained.

The rooms were fine, we didn’t spend much time in them except to sleep. The resort was exactly what we were looking for! Quiet, friendly staff, beautiful views and a great pool.

This hotel is the perfect place to rest and relax while enjoying the area. It's right next to the Donsol whale shark visitor's center and dive shop which make it very convenient.

I would have given it a 5 but there was no ref nor restaurant in the hotel, which is understandable to preserve the quality of the hotel.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The Wi-Fi password and name given with your keycard at check-in didn't work in our room.

The free breakfast was delicious. And the hospitality was great. Highly recommended.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Accessible. Walking distance to Calle Crisologo. Breakfast is delish 😋 complete with coffee or tea. Affordable rates also. Ample parking space.

Excellent bang for the buck!
Both room & bathroom are clean.
Even when you look in the corners.
On the highway but still no big noises.

1. Service: The staff are very accommodating and very enthusiastic in providing the service.

The view of the Mayon volcano from the balcony is beautiful and the rooms are nice. Plus, Ferdinand is so kind and helpful, even driving me to the immigration office when I needed to renew my visa :)

Loved my stay here! Owner is very nice and helpful.
