This has been our favorite hotel in Subic. We have been staying here everytime we are in Subic for the past 6 years already and the level of service has not changed. The hotel has maintained its clealiness. Customer service is excellent and the facilties are well kept. Food is great and the cozy ambience is what keeps our family coming back to this hotel. The only thing that can probably be improved is the internet connection. But overall, it’s worth coming back to this place.

If you are looking for a place to destress, Mansion Garden Hotel is the best place in town! I've been working from home for 9 months already and I've been wanting to unwind and take a quick break from all the pressure from work and problems around us. Good thing, Subic/Olongapo is one of the cities in the country who has low COVID cases for the past months. And when hotels are allowed to public again, Mansion Garden Hotel is one of the hotels in the area who quickly adapt with all the safety protocols. During our stay, we had a great experience from the moment we entered the hotel up untile we leeave. ✔️ Staff are very accommodating and pleasant

I had attended on my friend’s wedding. The function hall is located at the 3rd building, 2nd floor of Veranda by Cocolime. I had an amazing night with sumptuous dinner. What I really loved about the food that they had served was the coriander prawns since, I do really love seafood. The ambiance is perfect. I also booked a King Suite, Rm. 210 is a pool view. You may request a pool view at the Reception. The room is pleasant, clean, spacious and quite comfortable. The pool area is lovely but it’s a bit cold, they provided towels. The breakfast was good with nice selections: Ham and Bacon, Salad Bar, Chicken/Pork Adobo. All the staffs were smiling and they were attentive, accommodating and so courteous. There’s also a business center at the hotel lobby, spa and café. However, their café is not open 24/7 because I starved around 2 o’clock in the morning but luckily they have a Ministop (convenient store). I had such complete wonderful experience. I encourage you to take time and visit Mansion Garden Hotel because you'll surely get the value of your money and much much more! I will surely be going back and back and back again. See you soon!

12/22/19 70th bday for my dad. Food was good. The place was beautiful. Our party was under staffed, for a party of 150, I saw 4 staffs. People had to wait in line bec the person who's serving has to get refills himself (managed buffet) for the buffet. I didn't see a "manager/supervisor" during our event, just the servers. We were suppose to have unli iced tea but it didn't happen. Guests were eating and no drinks available (they reimbursed us later for the drinks). We prepared a simple refreshment for the guests, instructed to place it near the entrance so guests have access upon arrival. It was not followed. So my siblings had to go around to inform guests it's available till dinner is served. They were apologetic and said they have 2 or 3 other events happening at the same time. Not a good excuse since events are booked in advance (we booked the place July or aug). Recommend? i'll think twice or thrice before doing so. The hotel accomodation is okay and reasonably priced.

This Hotel Is Great And Quiet Because I'm Staying In My Room Great Hotel And Smart Security.

Good location. Restaurants nearby. They have pool too. The first room given to our kids have air-conditioning problem but they were transferred to a bigger and more cooler room. Buffet breakfast does not have that much choices but it can fill you up for the start of the day.

I booked through Agoda. The hotel is still new an clean. Service and staff are presentable. Defently I recommend it.

My husband and I went in for a late lunch, around 1:30pm. Only 3 tables occupied. We placed our order & after few minutes my cheese burger arrived. I shared my burger with hubby since his order was taking a while to arrive. When we asked the waiter on how long more we're going to wait for shrimp fettuccine, we went to the kitchen to check but never came back to our table to give us an answer. We called another server after few minutes & it was the same, also on the 3rd, 4th and 5th time! No one gave us an answer! That's when my husband raised his voice and asked for the manager. The server came only to tell us that my husband's order was not placed! We told her that all we needed was answer! We're willing to wait but to treated like that is totally unacceptable. We liked this place, in fact, we were here last Sunday for lunch too but today's service sucks! We are not coming back and would never recommend this restaurant to anybody! On our way out, we asked for the manager again & she just came back from break & was already informed of what happened and yet did not go to our table to talk to us.

The employees were very courteous. The rooms are new. Sound proofing is not that good. Internet is fast. Pool is well maintained. Parking is just within the bldg. I do recommend this hotel. We were not able to try the buffet breakfast, the ala carte breakfast is not that good. But if you are looking for larger rooms at the same price, try checking coco hotel. The rooms there are not that new but larger. Parking is 1 block away. Though I would also give that place 4 stars.

Very nice place and ambience, good for weddings and reception. Has a classical essence to it. Food tastes exquisite above average but not completely mind blowing.

Staffs were friendly. The pool is clean. The breakfast is good. Rates for additional breakfast is affordable. About 300per head. I did not have any problem checking in since we booked on a week day. I think parking will be an issue if there will a lot of people checking in on a weekend. Will definitely come back.

Ive been in this hotel last april 9 for the second time around and since then, they never failed to exceed my expextations regarding the place and staff's. I always get that cozy warm feeling when I get inside. I would surely recommend this hotel to everyone because My experience was very memorable and unforgetable and i'm sure they will also have a good time here. BTW, I would like to Thank the guy staff who's last name is rommel ignisaban for he did a very great job during the event I attended last time in your hotel. Keep being a nice guy and keep improving!

Requested for a pool view — granted! Nice location, awesome breakfast buffet. Kindly add hot choco and hot tea for drink selection. Accommodating associates. Clean and spacious room.

The best thing about this hotel is their superfast free in-room Wi-Fi clocking at speeds (download/upload) of 40 Mbps! I also liked that there was an adjacent Mini Stop convenience store. I would have given this place five stars if not for the repeatedly inattentive waiters/waitresses at the restaurant who needs to be always called for water refills and to have the tables cleared and cleaned. Doorman should also be welcoming and greet guests when they walk in the hotel.
