Among the Marriott hotels we’ve been to this has one of the best service. Check ins are convenient and efficient. Rooms are very clean. Parking is abundant.

Rooms are always dirty, with hair everywhere. Sheets pillowcase are wet, they are not dry. I didn’t complain to them because my husband ask not to. But this is the second time I visited this place and it is not clean.

Executive lounge staff Randall is unknowledgeable, very incompetent, not pro active at all. He was not able to help me with my concern regarding my queries of my bonvoy app. He has no suggestion at all. Very slow and no prompt action or solution. I dont know why he is in executive lounge if he cant answer bon voy quiries. He should be working as an operator instead.

Stayed there with family. Very small windows, lack of ventilation, seat and table in a 4ftx4ft enclosed room, stuffy. Weird design (concrete design painted with tacky gold rope pattern). Very dark pathway too as we arrived at night.

We recently stayed at W Clark hotel and resort for 1 night stay. I did try to reach out to the hotel several times by emails, facebook messenger, asked agoda to reach out to the hotel on my behalf and even asked my cousin who lives in the Philippines to make a phone call to arrange after making the booking late 2017 for an airport shuttle shortly after we arrived into Clark international airport. We had no pick up from the airport, I couldn't reach out to the hotel as my mobile phone wouldn't let me. So we spent over 600 pesos for a jeepney taxi to take my family to the hotel and he got lost and he wasted so much time asking for directions (well over an hour which the journey should have taken 10 mins) to find the hotel. Reached out to the hotel after my cousin made a call and they finally picked us up less than a mile from the taxi refused to move after I tried to direct him. We got there and at first they didn't even have note of the booking and for the 6 of us was just one room with 2 double beds. I argued and told the receptionist I booked 2 rooms and showed her the booking we made on the agoda app. And then innocently found the emails. I was disgusted. Rooms were ok, floor was very dirty in our room having only just giving us the key without prior cleaning. No coffee or tea set up just mugs and kettle with 2 bottled water. Fridge was included in room which was a nice bonus.

Check-in was rough. I booked through Agoda, and the front desk didn't have my reservation for 4 rooms! Took about 25 minutes to get checked in. Once in, it was ok. Rooms were relatively ok and spacious. Some issues — outlets are not standard for Philippines, so the Mrs couldn't use her special hair dryer. Beds are quite stiff. Not firm, stiff (no padding at all). They give all small towels (like hand-towels), and no regular size ones for shower. The water pools in the shower because the drain isn't in the right place. Staff are friendly, and the restaurant food is OK but not great. I probably won't stay there again.

Not a nice place to stay, lonely, miss managed. Give look of a cheap hotel.

This is not regular hotel, no breakfast option. Internet is pathetic. No food option nearby if you are vegetarian.

Filinvest took over the holiday inn mimosa hotel. They so far retained the same facilities, including the popular buffet in the mekeni restaurant. Though they will be making a lot of changes to the place. When we were there (Mar 2017) they already tore down the many nice cottages around the hotel. We were told the new owners plan to put up a mall in its place. We were also told they will start renovating the hotel come April 2017. Hotel rooms were ok. Wifi signal was very strong and fast throughout the facility. Hope they renovate the doors to the bathrooms since it affords little privacy to users because the doors have slats. Great for kids because they still have the play area and swimming pools. Staff have managed to keep the place clean and working despite the hotel's noticeable age.

It is in the heart of Clark and the various golf courses are located within 10 to 20 minutes.

Upscale hotel, price is only half of what you would pay for a similar room in the US.
