This is for the wedding of my sister-in-law last October 4. I was one of the guests. Food: 2/5
Service: 2/5 (No waiters but housekeeping staff)
Facilities: 4/5
Preparation: 2/5 The facilities were amazing. However, aside from those, I would not recommend this for any occasions. Lack of preparation and equipment. The service was really bad. They were not organized and no service at all at the time of the event. This was the worst event service I have ever experienced.

It's a very relaxing place. They have plants and trees, that's the most important thing for someone like me who loves the serenity of nature. Rooms are modern and cozy, specially the bed and pillows! The hot and cold batch is perfect and the toileties… really? They have Korean brand toothpaste and facial wash, free! Aside from enticing swimming pool outside, the rooms have its own jacuzzi. How about that? Above all this, the staff are wonderfully friendly. And it's only my first day in Hotel Seoul.

Very nice hotel to stay with my family got together, especially when you are balikbayan. When I stayed I enjoyed their warm swimming pool it was midnight already and I was able to Kept going till in the morning; it was great I thought I was in America already. It was a great experience staying here especially I have not gone back here in the Philippines after 25 years.

Superior Suite: really spacious rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Love the private pool. Big fridge. :) No microwave oven though : (

Everything is so clean and relaxing The pool is clean and they serve buffet breakfast as well, the staff are amazing and very friendly. Not crowded, perfect for family staycation as well. Fast Wi-Fi and they also have parking lot, we will surely come back to this place.

— “Sulit” when it comes to room size CONs:
— No signal service, lucky to get a bar, but that’s okay if Wifi provided is well maintained but…
— Internet slower than turtles, even Facebook could barely load.
— No roofing/Shade when there’s rain and not enough provided umbrellas.
— Food wasn’t as good as I thought it would be, meat overcooked (etc)
— Too hot (for summer). Place is void of shades or trees. So it’s either too hot or you’re drenched by the rain before you reach the lobby.

It is indeed a PERFECT place to relax. Just had dinner at the hotel's restaurant with its sumptous authentic korean food as requested by our kids (korean fanatics), but youngest sibling wanted pizza and so we ordered and ate on way to our room. Surprisingly, Mr. Lee (the owner) if I get his name right, gave us complimentary drinks of our choice. I was informed by the manager that he loves kids and it is a usual gesture from him. Kamsahamnida!

Room was great, pool was clean and not very crowded. So we loved it. Honest feedback for improvement, need quick and open communication with receptionist and marketing whoever was in charge. There was a mis understanding on booking dates and payment. The front desk do not have access to call marketing and resolve issue while we were there, we had to go back and was very inconvenient for us. We resolved it on our side not an effort from the hotel staff.
