Spacious rooms. Hallway feels like a dormitory/hospital in a good way. Clean and basic accommodation. Cheap rates. But no in-house room service or resto at the moment.

Clean room. Good service. Helpful receptionists. Convenient located with malls and stores just across the main road.

This is more of a business hotel as opposed to being a family hotel. It's perfect for when you need a place to stay at, after work. The rooms are immaculately clean. The fixtures are all new. Parking is easy if you're early. But it doesn't have the standard hotel perks you're expecting, like fridges or electric kettles in the rooms, it doesn't supply you with toothbrushes / razors / slippers /robes etc when you check in, no breakfast buffets either. They will always give you 2 bottles of water and more if you ask. You're not that far from Molito, if you need anything though (Protip for convenience stores, always bring an eco bag so you're not lugging a brown paper bag). The entire staff though, would be the most polite and accommodating people you'd find this side of the south. Front desk folks always have a sense of urgency, the housekeeping folks even greet you and nod during their smoke breaks. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs to travel for work, and anyone who needs a staycation day or two.

Great spot, really clean, really good basic amenities and I will stay there again. My room had as view over a nice green vacant block which is nice for Manila. I would recommend for a one or two night maximum stop over. Fantastic warm water in the shower with great water pressure. Very clean. Nothing fancy though, only towels and toilet paper, you bring the rest. Bed and sheets were all new white and crisp, air condition worked well. If you are doing a shopping trip in Alabang it is perfect. We walked to Molito in about 4 minutes.

Check in was smooth. There is still no restaurant inside the hotel though it is near Alabang Town Center. The employees are well mannered and trained, full of courtesy. I overheard an irate client but still entertained with full respect. Bravo!
