Room not well cleaned, still smells cigarette smoke from previous user. Sheets are cheap and uncomfortable. Only good point is that the rate for a 1-night stay includes breakfast for 2 and it's actually quite good even their other food options.

Location is very nice. Price is affordable. Rooms are ok. Has what you need for a quick room or a place to crash while in the Metro. 24 hr stay can get you a welcome drinks and a complimentary breakfast. Dimly lit rooms and hallways. Cable tv. Hot and Cold shower. Towels and toiletries. Friendly staff available even at night. Very nice.

Great location for being there while waiting for appointment at NBI Clearance. The rooms are very clean except for smoker that had previously used it. They have deluxe & premium room with nice tubs & showers. The price is not bad for a short time frame. They have car port parking with room via stairs.

We enjoyed our stay here last May 3-7, 2017. It feels like a real home. I didn't expect, it has a parking in every room. We got a deluxe room. We enjoyed our breakfast too. Love to come back here again.

Im currently checked in at this hotel. And yes the staff are really accomodating. And the welcome call from one of their female staff is brilliant. They also informed you of their complimentary drinks. And the free meal which you can avail anytime of the day until you check out. Bad place. First we were deceived. The picture had another room, certainly more beautiful. When we watched the room we were told that this room is busy but Poobshheli give us another good one. After payment we vezzhaem, in "not very" room, and say return us money, we don't like it here, you promised a nice room. But they said they can't cancel, and the 3 days we paid, we had to live.
Secondly there was a half-day garbage in the hallway. The food trays that people were putting in the hallway were not cleaned. My boyfriend saw cockroaches there.

Noisy due to the 24 hour piped in music. Inflexible with check out time which was 5am despite what was advertised. Seemed to be an hour-rate type establishment.

I do think the target market is a 'love hotel' so it took me a while to feel comfortable, but once I got over that it is an acceptable hotel, especially for its price. I wouldn't recommend it as a family hotel though. Very basic, but the essentials. I wouldn't bother with the complimentary breakfast (except maybe the hot chocolate), and I would warn tall people, the shower is probably too low for you. I'm average height and I could touch the ceiling. I wouldn't bother returning, I think there is probably much nicer for only a small $$ more. And I think there are better areas to stay in Manilla, but I wasn't there long enough to find them. The reception is literally the drive way…

My hubby & I checked-in here for 1 night stay since we are attending a seminar in Manila. Tha place is spacious and a great place to stay. Cleanliness of the room 2 thumbs up! Definitely will visit this place again.

The place is enough to rest after a very tiring day. I think not all rooms are the same, because the 1st room that was assigned to us was not that good compared to the 2nd room we stayed in, our room was switched because of poor Wi-Fi connection but sadly, even the 2nd room still has poor Wi-Fi connection. And, I hope they’ll post a photo of the front of the hotel, as well as the lobby coz’ it’s definitely deceiving. If there is one thing that’s good in here, it totally the breakfast meal served.

Checked in here was a big surprise for me! Booked it because of the great location n best price! The room is so clean n big, security is good, food is tasty and the services are fantastic! Anything can be settled by just press '0' from the room! Hahahhahah…

Its very nice hotel nice room nice service the staff they are very good prople always they call you on the room if you need something they have room service on the room. Bravoo all the best.
