Very unhappy with experience at Acacia Hotel. Was misinformed during the inquiry call earlier. Went there with 9 of my friends only to find out we cannot be provided with food and service I inquired about. I sounded like a broken record because I was asked the same questions over and over again as it seems the person I was speaking with wasnt really paying attention or maybe not understanding : (. While I appreciate the intention to resolve, unfortunately we were already inconvenienced and might be sharing this experience to friends and relatives. I hope you can align your staff about your offers and how to handle difficult conversations.

Clean and excellent food, a perfect venue for all occasions. One of the best hotel in the South and our familys' favorite as we have celebrated several times on this place. I highly recommend this Hotel because with Acacia you can never go wrong. Hats off to the Management and Staff.

Incompetency from the reception up to events. They will wake you up at 3am just to confirm another guest reservation since they can’t find it. No coordination with the booking staff. They will make you wait for 3 hours and yet still with unresolved inquiries. And the only thing they will give you is sorry. Will not recommend. Get another hotel.

Not recommended for remote workers looking for a temporary home and get on with their job. Their internet is very unstable. We had difficulty accessing Zendesk and Slack for the 2 days we stayed! Their IT checked on our room the first day but it did not improve our connection.

We reserved 5 days in the small function room for our class. It was so embarassing for our guests from korea who stayed with the hotel that they were asked to pay for extra person and even charged additional 50 pesos for an extra towel even if they paid for the extra person already. They also did not reserve parking for our allocated 3 slots for the said event and concierge told her "first come first serve basis" and asked her to park across the hotel, our guest was pregnant and was carrying materials for the event. The white board they provided was dirty and broken on the sides. We could see weird particles inside the pitcher of water they provided in our event, it was so gross. The quality of service has changed from 5star to 1 star. Never again we will book with Acacia for any event. Such an embarassment.

I had wonderful here. The ballroom is nice and the food is excellent.

Worst local hotel experience. Make sure to tell your staff Mikha to assist the guests checking in correctly and with customer service. We got to check in 6pm so you should be able to manage your front desk.

Buffet is good and excellent service. I left my mobile phone in one of their restaurants their crew immediately search for my phone and returned it to me.

I really love how they care of their guests especially when there is a special request. They always make sure that they attend to it to the best of their abilities and exceed what is expected. Like the time I just requested for set up of the birthday banner and a handful of balloons, they added more balloons inside the room and made it even more birthday appropriate. This warm service is what keeps me coming back to Acacia. Keep it up!

A very nice hotel. We rented suites a few times for office functions, and two of those times I was part of the organizing committee, which means that I got to stay overnight with them. I can’t speak for the regular rooms (will do this when I make a personal visit), but the suites are really nice, with a central large dining and living room. These open up into the surrounding bedrooms, and a kitchen and utility room at one end of the dining room. Everything is well furnished, from the beddings to the appliances to the utensils and cooking paraphernalia.

A pleasant day for a big event like awarding ceremony at the hotel (Aug 14, 2018). Ms. Angel attended well our needs. Although for points of improvement will be for the recception table to be provided with 5 or 6 folders with attendance sheet for early arrivals of participants, and main dish should have more veggies not just garnishings.

I am simply blown away by this motel. It is beautiful! The staff members are so helpful and friendly. The bed was amazing… Actually enough pillows and they are nice pillows! Gym and pool is top notch! Breakfast was amazing! Nice place to relax with a drink and some Nachos at end of a day as well. Just awesome!

I really love this place. It is so relaxing and it seems to me I am in a different world where beauty abounds. Everything is perfect except the food in the buffet both for dinner and breakfast. The main courses are few and the bread choices are not that plenty. I would rate this hotel better than most 5 star hotels in Manila and Makati except the food selection. But I really like this hotel so much.

Our stay at your hotel was a complete disaster! From the check in to the check out! Let me start first with the parking.
It was already crowded since we got there a bit past 2. So we went down to B3, and when we got out of the car, the place smells like a dump truck! A really horrible smell that would just make you wana leave right away!
Now to our room experience, We got two rooms (503 & 414) we got room 503 first since 414 is not yet available. It took TWO WHOLE HOURS just to get the other room (considering that its already past 2pm check in time)
Room 503 left us with a huge nightmare (specially for my kids! ) when they took a shower and found that the water is dark brown! We reported it right away and was advice to just flush it,
seriously? "just flush it" is the right solution?! After asking for a manager, thank god they gave us a new room. BUT the new room was not good as well. Theres nothing at the mini bar and no water kettle. So, I called again and was told that the we need to request for the items, again, seriously? I dont think we need to request for such, thats the standard items in a room right? And lastly, and finally, check out day! The day that weve all been waiting. It took us 15mins just to get down the lobby since the elevator was so busy. I know there a lot of floks there but you got to have a better system. I hope this message will be taken seriously.

Acacia if our favorite family hotel. The rooms are clean. The location is perfect. But what keeps us coming back is the excellent service. The staff are courteous, super friendly and very efficient. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a perfect stay cation.

Room rates at Acacia were okay. Amenities are okay although the pool is smaller compared to other hotels we've stayed in. All hotel employees were courteous and friendly. Overall, my family and I were satisfied with what the hotel had to offer. We will definitely go back.

Hassle free valet parking and welcoming personnel at the check in counter. Please eliminate the voucher system for breakfast. It's bureaucratic. There are several efficient tagging method if guest is subject to breakfast.

As a traveller for a living, I can say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Everything is extremely clean and tidy. Plus, the service is excelent, from the maintenance (I needed something fixed in my bathroom and the staff were very prompt and efficient), to the restaurant and the room service. The location is very good in Manila. It has two shopping centres nearby and a supermarket. Plus another facilities (inside and around the hotel), like cosmetics, massage, hair salon.

The location is good as it's in a commercial area. We had a smooth check in. Staff were attentive and accessible. Breakfast buffet selection was varied was delicious. We especially enjoyed the relaxation massage that we booked through their spa services. They also had a 10-minute welcome massage in your own bedroom. We had a good stay. It will definitely not be the last.

Awesome hotel. Very quaint and staff are friendly. I was there to attend the launching of CheckApp, an HMO mobile app and the place is grand with good food and spacious is event place. It is very accessible coming from makati and other places with good parking too. I love the look and feel of the hotel too.

Good accommodation, friendly staff. There's also room for PWD which doesn't have tub and an open shower area. Would have been 5 but breakfast needs some variety and flavor.

This is a popular spot for Manila southies. Had the chance to celebrate events here and the place matches the larger hotel chains. It strikes a good balance of elegant, casual, and relaxed; which made it endearing to its patrons. It just has a different vibe from other hotels — it just feels chill.

We had a very pleasant overnight weekend stay at the hotel (March17-18, 2018). The lobby desk staff, esp. Ms Angel, was very accomodating and attended well to our needs. The room accomodation was also very good. Although for points of improvement will be the airconditioning temperature during the early afternoon which is unable to sufficiently cool down the room. We also had a great time using the pool and enjoying the sumptuous buffet meal at the hotel. … Overall, it was a very good stay for us at the hotel, nonetheless.

I often dine at Acacia both for business and pleasure. But I never thought of staying with family too and it was worth it over the holidays! My family loves it and I do so to! Food and service is great! We'll definitely be back!

Acacia hotel is very nice and reasonably priced place. The rooms are spacious and clean. We checked in to executive suite and it comes with a kitchenette with ref mirowave oven elect kettle and you just have to ask the room service for the utensils and rice cooker. We had free access to the pool and gym. We tried their buffet and the food was good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is good for there are numbers of restaurant and malls around. For the price they gave us Acacia Hotel is a great place.

I booked a King Size bed but what was provided is a double bed joined together, is this a five star service. The receptionist at the breakfast hall is unfriendly and always somewhat suspicious, she should not be the right person in the area, she should be friendly and always smiling, but instead she is unpleasant. The dining area is quite cramp most of the time we bump to either customer and staff. The check-in system is slow as compared to other hotel in the area. Required security deposit is to much as compared again to the other similar hotels in the area. It is not worthy 2 days stay and we may not repeat our stay. It is still better on the other hotels in the area.

The hot water in the executive room bathroom (shower, sink) is not the expected hot temperature. There is also no indicator of which way hot or cold turns in the shower. The A/C temperature could not be adjusted. It is simply too cold. I had to turn off the A/C and it because a bit warm in the morning due this. I would suggest you take your sustainability efforts up a level by using reusable/recycled glass bottles for in-room complimentary water, instead of using disposable/non-biodegradable plastic.

We were actually excited with being able to try the Executive Suite, as we always stay at the Junior Suite, which for us, is already perfect. However, we are completely disappointed with the set-up of the executive suite. We find no logical reason in providing cooking facilities but without providing a single dining table or a single dining chair. What is the purpose of the cooking facilities when there are no utensils and nowhere to eat? The room is so spacious but there is no living room. Otherwise, everything else is okay. We will check in again, but will do away from the Executive Suite.

Overall I satisfied this 11 nights stay. All of the hotel persons were kind, polite and talk with attractive smile. There are many shopping mall including Alabang Town Center and Festival Mall near hotel, and also restaurants and supermarket. The hotel shuttle service was convenient. The breakfast buffet is excellent. below are the bad points during my stay: — for room cleaning the bath tab wasn't cleaned (only one day). — there were 2 apples (seems as welcome fruits) in the room at first day but one of them went bad (rotten).

Hotel staff are all very courteous and accommodating. (Special thanks to Sev and Sunshine of Reservations Dept, Ms Angel of Front Desk/Check In and to Mr IT who fixed my PC's net issues — — thank YOU so much! ) Room: Clean, spacious, very nice view of the metro, fell in love with their King Size bed and super soft, comfy pillows! Have I mentioned a kitchenette that has an induction cooker and a refrigerator?! AWESOME! Food: Buffet breakfast spread is good. Their tapa is my new fave :) F&B staff are everywhere, ready to assist :) Good food and good service — perfect combo to start a day! Venue/Location: You can reach Festival Mall in 10 mins (walk). But of course the hotel offers free shuttle service if within Alabang.

Everything was excellent. The vicinity, facilities, food, and even the personalized greeting over the phone. Those among many others were very pleasing. My only not so good experience was the approach of the guy who delivered the soup I ordered. He was not too friendly. Maybe he was tired already, but he should have at least tried to smile in front of a guest.

1) The room was very dark even when all lights are turned on. 2) There were only 4 hangers; when I asked for more, they could ONLY give me 5 more plastic ones. 3) Nobody answered the phone at 11:20pm in house keeping and even lobby. 4) There were no hand towels; I asked for them and they delivered. But I had to ask everyday. Whoever made up the room should have replaced what I had.

Acacia is a beautiful hotel which is nicely located in Alabang. It is very close to all the amenities needed by travelers. I love staying there because it is clean, quiet and people are very hospitable and friendly. Housekeeping is very good and makes you feel at home. If there's one thing I like to improve, it's the food. There's not so many choices in in-room dining and the breakfast and dinner dishes remain the same. No matter how good the foods are, if it's the same over and over again, you'll just get tired of it. Over-all, I always have a pleasant stay there and will keep coming back.

We stayed in your property last Oct 14 for one night stay as a surprised birthday gift to my son who celebrated his 9th birthday last Oct 15. Location wise, I loved the feeling that even though it is in the urban location, you can still feel that you are away in the Metro since it is surrounded by trees, fresh air, and it is still not congested. I requested a deluxe room with 2 twin beds, the rooms is spacious and my kids love it, my son appreciate the balloon setup you did when we enter our room, they even have a quite sleep. Buffet breakfast is so good, though the space is quite small. One thing I noticed is that when we are having our breakfast there is this group of guest and one of them is celebrating her birthday, your staff greeted her and even sing the birthday song for her, so my son asked "why did they not greeted me and sing for me? ", I am thinking because they are VIP guest, or they purchased a higher room category. Your staff gave us a piece of cheesecake placed in a saucer in our room like around 8pm and even greeted me a happy birthday even I am not the celebrant. I am seeing some pictures in your gallery that your birthday cakes is different from what we had. Maybe they paid a much higher rate or what. Working in a 5 star hotel for a longtime, I really observed a lot in your property, you should treat your guest equally, I don't really feel the hospitality that I am expecting to see in this kind of property.

My stay with Acacia last October 14-15, 2017 was extra special. Thank you for the surprise (My birthday), special thanks to the crew that are on duty that time specially Kath/Cath (wasn't able to get the full name. Also to Kate Remolacio, for my 2 times in a row event in the grand ballroom and thanks to Colleen as well of reservations for assisting me in my room reservation. Thanks for the warm welcome. The last feedback given by me is taken in good sense, improvement made during breakfast time where seating reservation and egg preparation was done nicely. Keep up the good work. Improvement can be made if there is electrical socket by the bedside as most read their phones by the bed but the electrical sockets are hard to reach or none. Inside the rooms, would propose the electrical sockets be made with multiple socket plugs.

Check-in takes a while considering they already have around four counters. I also had quite a negative experience with one of the staff from your transport arm. I was inquiring over the phone about the cost of airport transfer. At that time, I was reaching for a pen so it took me no more than 5 seconds to respond again when she hung up on me. When I called back, instead of just apologizing, she was reasoning out that I wasn't responding so she hung up. For God's sake, you are in the customer service industry, the tone by which she responded was very unrefined, truly unacceptable and it's not as if I was rude to her in any way, it just took me a bit of time to respond. I think her name was Mara, if I remember correctly. Even if they're just subcontracting for you, I think it's only right that you also check the way these people are trained because at the end of the day, their services will also reflect on Acacia. The rest of the staff though were very friendly and accommodating. I ordered my dinner in the room and the meal was promptly served.

If breakfast can start at around 5:30am especially for functions that needs to start early. In this way, organizers will have time to eat. Very good experience with the banquet staffs and events people. They are very helpful and made a few impossible things possible. We also love the free shuttle. Over all experience with the staffs are very nice. We will definitely go back here!

I would like to express my thanks on making our anniversary stay as memorable as possible. We appreciate the little something the staff has coined in for us, the balloons and the room set up, and the latter part of the day, there's more, a delicious cake, which was too beautifully presented we don't wanna eat it! Overall experience is okay for a Business Traveler. Wi-Fi is fast. Have not tried their pool though, my trip was short. Breakfast is okay too, just their coffee takes awhile to be served. Maybe coffee should be self-service to avoid the wait, I don't mind. And they don't have dinner spoons for those who want to eat rice-properly.

I have my 2 day seminar here ambient of venue is fantastic window curtains are electronically open that luminate the room that level up the dinning experience but the for the restroom soap dispenser is not work also hassle in the entrance because you still have to open your bag even you pass the metal detector.

Had a seminar here. Ballroom is very cold and large. Can fit about 300 people sitting down. Bathroom was clean but some stopped flushing. Their soap smells like artificial banana. Its not for everyone. So I used my own soap. Food was 2.5 but Hotel food is relatively low. Security. Its fine. They have a metal detector but would open your bag.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Acacia. The experience was horrible from check-in to check-out. Except for staff at the counters, all the rest were giving sloppy service. Housekeeping was painfully slow, taking more 30 minutes before they can deliver request for amenities. Your concierge was not giving your hotel a good impression. Making the experience worst, one had to line up for several minutes for breakfast! The breakfast prepared was even more horrible! Fruit plate with fruits submerged in water. Empty stainless dish pan in the buffet area, Empty pitchers of juices with no one in the staff giving a damn to refill. So, I decided to check out early as that whole experience made us mad, and swore that hotel was just nice on the facade and rotten in providing service! Worst hotel experience for me. Grrrr…

Acacia Hotel is located in central Alabang location across from McDonald and IHOP. With more than 50 restaurants walking distance and a complimentary hotel shuttle that will take you to local areas. Airport ride is just a short 15 minutes away. Pros — hotel is rated 4 stars and they placed me in a huge suite on the 15th floor with beautiful view. Their breakfast buffet is overwhelming with selections of all kind. The food, beverage, and service were all excellent. Bathroom amentaties and beds are very comfortable. Especially their pillow and sheet, it is worth mentioned since they are at excellent quality, Their cleaning crew is efficient with excellent service in all aspects. I would definitely come back to this hotel with the kind of quality and service provided.

Very nice hotel with large clean and comfortable rooms and great breakfast buffet. Located in the upscale Alabang area around Manila and near two large shopping.

Good clean and huge rooms. Breakfast is fantastic. Only concern is that the bathroom tiles are not naade for bathrooms and are actually dangerously slippery, to the poibt that they places a cautions sign in the bathroom?!

Check-in and check-out were hassle-free experiences. The hotel is located along Commerce Avenue, a very busy street at anytime during the day and hours before 21:00 — — be prepared to navigate around the side streets if you're coming in from any direction. The rooms are quite big, and so are the bathrooms. Breakfast is amazing, but I feel a bit let down by the dinner buffet. The salmon sashimi is sliced small, the beef short ribs at the carving station were just loaded with fat. Another downside, especially for business travellers like me is the small working space on the table, and the nonfunctional electric plug receptacle beside it.

I hesitate somewhat when giving Acacia Hotel 4 stars. Just as others have written, the staff are outstanding. They greet you warmly and take extra steps to make you feel comfortable. On the morning I arrived, the city mandated a partial power shutdown because of scheduled maintenance; consequently, I couldn't be checked in because systems were down since there was no electricity. I had just finished 19 hours of travel time, so wasn't in the mood for walking around the neighborhood. I ended up hanging out in the lobby for about 3 hours until power was restored. Long story short, since that first day, I was plagued with glitches with the room and repeated requests/complaints could not resolve the issues. The place is beautiful, the buffet is delicious with a big selection, and the staff are great. Although some things went awry, I'll give it 4 stars for now. I will have an opportunity to stay there again and determine if I'll need to change my rating. I want to love this place, but will have to wait and see.

Excellent service, convenient location for the local offices. Even better surroundings to go out and eat between local, and commonly found fast food.

The location is fantastic. Fastfood, restaurants, Supermarkets, Malls are within safe walking distance. But there are 2 main problems with Acacia. 1 is their buffet venue is small. On my 2nd day, I was seated at the lobby for breakfast since the area is full. Not that big of a deal until you notice that food prepared at the lobby lacks choices compared to what is served at the buffet venue itself. (lobby is at the g/f while buffet venue is on the 2nd floor) 2 is you have to really check your room. I booked my two night stay for a king sized bed but ended up with two single beds pushed together to make it look like a king size bed. I woke up in the middle of the night to a bed that has a gap in the middle. If guests paid for a king size bed, a 5 star hotel shouldn't substitute it with 2 single beds pushed together. I was told by their housekeeping that this is a common practice with Acacia if room is not available.

I haven't yet stayed here, but I have visited here twice for dinner. I find the the hotel beautiful and trendy. I particularly appreciate the service and ambiance of Acaci, their restaurant/cafe. Dining is a nice and relaxing experience even if there were other diners and the place was almost full. Staff are pleasant and attentive. I almost never had to wave to them to request something; they seem to anticipate my needs. I look forward to actually spending a short staycation here sometime soon.

A relatively new hotel here at Alabang area. The place is very cozy and I can say at par with the other high end hotels around the metro. Since other facilities are still under construction (bar, spa, etc) you may to visit the nearby establishments for such services since all are walking distance from the hotel. The pool thou for me is a bit small for a hotel of this size. Whats best about the hotel is that the staff are very friendly and approachable. So if you guys are going to the south of Manila. Acacia Hotel is definitely a place to check in. =).
