Do not stay here. So unprofessional with their billings. Won't issue OR, only invoices and acknowledgement receipt. Hassle lalo na if you are using corporate accounts. If you request for OR they will issue 3rd party ORs which they did not indicate in your credit card bill. Also, 3rd party ORs are not readily available and has to be requested for a number of working days. Bad service.

Rude security guard. They allow chinese to wear slippers but not me.

A great place to spend your staycation if you ask me! The staff are very hospitable, kind, courteous, helpful and they always put on a smile. Wi-Fi or data is very fast and reliable even in their level 5 basement. The hotel is very clean and secured. We didn't expect our room to be spacious. To all management and staff of Sommerset Alabang, keep up the excellent work!

Me and my wife are extremely satisfied with the service we received from this place! Check-in was a breeze and the front desk personnel were very helpful with our inquiries and requests. The apartment we booked was spacious and it had everything we needed which was definitely a plus. I signed up to be an ASR member and I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for the hospitality!

All the staffs are very accommodating and they are very polite. Right from the entrance, the check in counter, the guards, the room boys & girls up to the restaurants. I have been to some hotels here and abroad but I've never experienced such politeness, accomodation the amminities that I have experienced in Somerset Hotel. It is the best hotel I've ever been. Plus the guys who make "harana" to us… ur the best…

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was in awe when they surprised me with a birthday song! If you or any of your love ones will celebrate birthday anytime soon. There’s no other place better than Somerset!

The buffet breakfast, the staff are very friendly and the service is great. Its walking distance to Alabang Town Center and Festival Mall and surrounded by fast food chains and other eatery.

We told them it was our anniversary and they surprised us with some romantics gifts and themes for our room. They say this was one of the best hotels in Alabang and I wasn't disappointed.

Being newish hotel, everything is fresh and new. Food is not fascinating, but hey, it's ok.

Never stayed in a Hotel this luxurious. Maybe I’m just not used to a fancy hotel like this but I had a great time here and the staff was amazing! The breakfast is tremendous and you have the choice between Dutch cheese, Canadian (maple syrup) pancakes, and so on. I highly recommend to stay here!

I really loved it! We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday and it was truly unforgettable. The staff made it more special by going to our room and singing to her. It was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was so accommodating and courteous. The rooms were beautiful, appliances all high end. Pool was nice — it had a shallow area so my toddler was able to play. We also got roses for Mother’s Day since it was Mother’s Day weekend. The food was delicious. They have everything you need and our room was upgraded so all in all, best staycation. I’m all praises! I highly recommend staying here, it was so worth it. Thank you so much, Somerset Alabang Manila!

This is our first time to stay here and I must say, Somerset certainly does not disappoint. It was a bit hectic during check-in because there was a wedding reception but we were really amazed when we got to our room. Their studio premier room is so spacious that you can compare it to the executive suite of other hotels. The room is tastefully designed, with a lot of amenities such as a washing machine, microwave oven, an induction hob, a full size ref, lots of cabinets and storage places, cutlery, cooking pots and pans and so much more! It is truly like a home away from home.
It also has a kid-friendly swimming pool (which my daughter loves) and a well-equipped gym. For dinner, we decided to eat out and it was such a lovely walk to the nearby restaurants.
The best part was when the hotel staff went to our room, serenaded us and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary.
Overall, this has been one of the best hotels experiences that we've ever had. Two thumbs up for the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable and nice. We are sad to leave but we definitely will come back.

Lobby is nice with Library and Living Room decor and feel. Clean and sharp. Check in FOA was less welcoming and made me feel simply transactional. Only when I called a friend did the staff at Front Desk displayed effort to engage us guests. Breakfast spread was limited but tasteful. Room is small, bed good, linen fresh, toilet neat. Security courteous and helpful. No shuttle to malls. Good stay. Just right for an overnight stay.

Amazing hotel, the staff takes great care of you. Huge rooms! Everyone was fantastic with our kids. The food was great and they make a mean flat white at the breakfast buffet.

The staff was always looking after our children, and everywhere we went they were always greeted by their names The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and modern. Well stocked kitchenette. Excellent location within Alabang. Walking distance from Festival mall and not too far from Alabang town center.

Nice hotel with complete amenities. Love the design and the art pieces. The pool looks very relaxing, and the food during breakfast is superb. Downside is that its pretty small, and it gets cramped when there are a lot of guests.

Very nice hotel although we didn't check it here but my brother did show me how lovely the rooms here. We will definitely stay in this hotel on our next trip to Manila.

We enjoyed our stay there. Kids loved the pool. Our room was spacious and had a sofa and kitchen. The staff were all very helpful.

I stayed here 10 days. Have good and not good point. The environment is good. Safe and comfortable There has supermaket and mall and bank in the around. And the people is kind ^^ They don't have smoking room. If you want to smoke, should go out. And the menu of the restaurant is not too much. But the taste is good. The hotel fee is not cheap than another hotels.

I choose to stay in Somerset properties wherever I could when I am traveling in China on Business trips. Recently, we were invited to Alabang and were pleased to find out that there is a Somerset property there. We stayed in a Studio Premier for 2 nights and were not disappointed with the room. However, the one thing that really got me to give only 3 stars is, I have to pay for extra bottle of drinking water (PHP25) and an extra bottle of shampoo for my wife (a tiny bottle is not enough for 2, we were traveling light and could not hand carry bottles of shampoo and conditioner, PHP? did not bother to ask)! I have stayed in properties where the management would advise to keep ourselves well hydrated and offer to provide additional drinking water in our room. A real turn off.

My entire experience while staying at the Somerset Alabang was excellent. Hotel lobby is a true delight. Service ia good and the personnel is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are spacious (or maybe my house is just small) and the bed is very comfy. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. I would surely suggest this hotel to my friends.

I am staying at Somerset for 10 days. Yes, I agree, the room is clean and equipped. But my biggest disappointment is that there is no Shuttle service around Alabang area. I have stayed in Crimson, Parquee, Vivere and Acacia. They all have 24 hour very reliable and efficient Shuttle service around Alabang. Somerset is owned by Ascot and yet apparently they neglect to research on this. Food — I caught the Flu on my first night so I thought I'd order Room Service and asked for Pork Sinigang. And what a huge disappointment that was. It was delivered to my room uncovered and bare as anything. No set up, tastless, no veggies, and the rice was soggy. Even Parquee which is a lot cheaper, served Room Service with a much better quality and presentation. Mind you, I was more lenient with my review of Parquee because they are cheaper, but Somerset, owned by Ascot, you might expect better quality. Dont even get me started with the breakfast buffet. Due to my disappointment, I didn't even bother going there for breakfast on my second day. I just cooked my own breakfast. Yes, there were flies and yes, there were not much to choose from, and the omelette was as dry as… dry. Again, Parquee's breakfast was better, even Vivere's was better. The other review dated January asked for a better breakfast buffet, and the Management responded saying they will make improvements, but I don't see that it has improved at all.

Rooms are tidy and spacious. Staffs are very accomodating and courteous — specially the restaurant manager. Limited breakfast selection but everything tastes really good. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and co-workers. Customer service at its finest! ❤

The best hotel. Very high end, spectacular guest service and the appartments are amazing. Located in a very wealthy business neighborhood.

Brand new hotel, all the equipment are new and nice, fancy… but the service here just bad… when you ask for something, if they cant do or dont want to do it… they will make you repeat like 5, 6 times so that you will just give up. Most of the time they don't know what they doing, and have a lot of mistake. I guess because they are new, but for now it's just a 3 star for me, when next time come back I will re-rate them.

Very nice hotel, great location next to malls and plenty restaurants. Staff were really nice and very helpful, rooms are top quality. Breakfast room is small but good selection with a nice made to order options on eggs. Gym and pool facilities are very good too with the gym having a large selection of equipment and free weights.
