My Stay here is absolutely one of the best Hotels I have ever had. The Hospital is Top Notch as well as the food. The Mall is so nice and is one of the best I’ve been in. It is a very nice hotel SOME STAFF ARE VERY WELCOMING SPECIALLY FRONT OFFICE EXCEPT THE GUYS WHO IS WORKING ON THE 8th floor it feels like they does not like to serve or help you when you asked for something like asking for coffee and even asking for extra bottled water one staff even asked me "why sir didnt they give you 2 bottles already"? maybe because they think that our company is the paying our stay and not us? Hopefully we can get fruits and snacks but again overall its ok. Will email Corporate :)

Its been tough for a week to stay alone in the room and they find ways to make me smile by their service. My husband forgot to bring his bagpack with impt. Stuff and they are able to help us. Kudos to the team. We will surely come back to stay and be feel at home with their outstanding service.

The Hotel is in the best location of the town Makati City, area of all the malls which it make more convenient for us when we are in Manila. I recommend this hotel.

Good location, just next to Ayala station and shopping mall. Clean and big guestroom. Spa here also good. There is off peak promotion for 30% discount off for treatment between 11am to 3pm.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is pretty good, didn’t get a chance to have a proper meal at the restaurant. Upper pool deck is gorgeous, there is a sauna as well (no jacuzzi). Overall, wonderful hotel, great central location.

Good exec lounge on 19th floor, better upgrade your room package. It also included 1 set pressing as well. I my case I can bring one guest up to the lounge for free as well. Always got warm welcome and nice hospitality here from the staffs. Convenient location if u plan to stick around Makati, connected to Glorietta mall.

Overall a very good property. Highly recommended. Staff is very cooperative. Bfast and other food options are definitely worth trying. Its right next to a mall and heart of public places so you will never be out of place. Most places near y are at walking distance. Room size and comfort is very good. Daily room cleaning and replacement of towels and water bottles. Roof deck is another place you can spend a lot of time if you dont want to go out. Will definitely visit again.

Favorite place to stay be it for business or vacation. Extremely friendly staff all around: from security (including the dogs), business support staff, rooftop bar, restaurant and front desk. No complaints whatsoever during my countless visits. 2 choices of pillows: soft and firm to your liking. Next door to a few more amenities. Best view from the room would be at the sunrise side :-). Awesome breakfast spread at "flavors. " you could even ask the chef to cook something not in the buffet offerings — such as a really delicious sinigang!

I have not stayed at this property for 6 months as I wanted to try another property. I have done my trials and I guess I go back to the hotel that the staff are trained to please their customers. I could never fault this hotel. Most of the staff were Intercontinental hotel staff. My home for 25 years while I am in Manila. As soon as I checked in Triccia organised for me to attend the VIP meet and greet. The hospitality just began. The rooms is bit small for my liking but I always go back to this hotel because of the staff. I spend 15 days of a month in a hotel so I would like to be relaxed and have the ambiance of home stay. From the bell service/ concierge, security, executive lounge, check in staff… what can I say! I shall return.

The place is smack dab in the middle of Ayala Center that it is a great place if you are with family as most everything shopping rise is within reach. The entrance does get a bit crowded and is small since it is beside the mall entrance as well. The lobby lounge is on the second floor and is great for business meetings as well. All in all, it's a decent place to go.

A true 5-star hotel. This place is agreeably close to SM Makati, Ayala Greenbelt and Glorietta Malls, and other shopping centers. The MRT station is also nearby. The food is great, the staff are friendly and courteous, and the rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. Elevators quickly and easily bring you to your room, and you may also include a complementary breakfast. Tip: this place requires a refundable deposit.

Spent the New Year’s Eve here. Loved their comfy bed and pillows. Had a good sleep. Executive lounge is too small compared to other hotels. No fireworks display so that was a bit disappointing. We were not informed that fireworks is not allowed anymore in Makati. No NY eve mass. Had to go to Greenbelt pa. Kids were not able to join the countdown due to miscomm. They said kids eat free so I thought they get to enter the party for free also. Band peformers were not as good. Was locked out of our room around 2pm. Reception did not inform us that we had to revalidate our keys due to the guaranteed 3pm check out time but a bell man came to our rescue. Customer service and food were great though. So overall, it was just ok. Had better NYE parties in other hotels.

Holiday Inn rooms are nice and clean. My children loves the pool. Food selection for breakfast is ok. Nice location. Good and friendly staff.

Very good hotel in the Center of Makati. Glorietta mall is located next door, Landmark and Greenbelt are in walking distance. Very attentive staff and good security at the entrance. Nice, big rooms, very clean and all the interior is in a good state. There is a pretty big pool on the rooftop which is not crowded and good for a swim. I think the price is more on the high end for a four star hotel in Makati but still fair compared to other options in this nice & safe area.

Positive points From lobby to Flavors and Cintro Lobby Bar all staff are accommodating. Leigh the F&B supervisor is Pro active together with Her Team. Tracy, Our table Server Che today (11-30-2017). Chef Elmer and His team is very courteous especially our request on the Omelette and the Noodles. Jay at the Security Detail is very courteous Negative points Short on the Menu for the Breakfast Buffet (might want to consider reviewing arrangements has been for the Longest time) but taste has been true.

A hotel at the centre of Makati with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants and bars. I had an unpleasant experience at Check In where I had to wait almost 20 minutes to be served despite there was only one person in front of me. The person at the check in counter should have been more considerate. However, I received a personal apology from the Manager on Duty late which was nice. Very old towels well past the use by date.

This was my third hotel in my three week visit to PI! Probably would have rated this hotel a 5 star but the main buffet needs some tweaking. During the past 15 months I’ve visited PI a total of 9 — 10 weeks. Staying at Discovery Primera, Fairmont, Shangri-La and the Conrad. With the exception of the wonderful staff at the Excutive lounge and office of the Conrad. The Holiday inn and suites Makati by far has the nicest group of employees I’ve come across in the past 15 months. Special shout out to the young person that checked us in. Who handled a very RUDE Korean who thinks the world owes him, because of his nationality. Handled it extremely welll and very professional.
The doorman’s and security staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Now going back to why only a FOUR star! As I mentioned good hotel with great staff BUT the main restuarant with buffet needs improvement! I booked with the breakfast package included but had my nephew come by to eat breakfast with me. The cost in comparison to the fairmont or Conrad is much higher with a limited menu. The food over all is good but for the cost the value isn’t there.
The biggest issue I have is during dinner service. Again the cost 2000 pesos. Wow. Food was good but again the selection was limited. But most of all the drink policy. For the buffet that cost 2000 pesos you get a choice of either ONE SOFT DRINK or One ice tea! THATS IT. Oh BTW it’s an 8 ounce glass.

What makes this place unique is that the floors are secured no one can just go to your floor from other visitors unless you have access through the lifts, but what is also good is the security you feel inside the rooms and comfortable way… but the most important is the staff from the concierge to the front desk and security, they are all very cordial … so in a sense you feel like your at home or in the office setting and thats very comforting to be around the building… I have stayed here the pre opening days until now and I continue to make this place a priority of where I stay in Metro Manila…

I used to stay here in 2015, it's quite good. Location: Very good, in the center of Makati, near by restaurants, shopping malls, entertainment points… Service: Room is small, just a bed and toilet. Wifi is not stable, need to authenticate each time to use. Staffs — receptionists, house keepings — are friendly. The most impressed thing is Breakfast, foods are delicious and various.

I was there last September 30, 2017 for a staycation with my daughter and we had a great time at the Holiday inn & Suites Makati! Great location, superb staff, good food at an affordable price! The bed was very comfortable you wouldn't want to get out of bed! Will definitely come back!

The hotel is very very close to the mall. The service is good and the rooms have very soft beds and good pillows. Typical urban view applies for its rooms. Staff are quite friendly too.

What a beautiful location. The staff was always in the know and so kind. The hotel room was perfect. The food in the restaurant and lounge was delicious. I will stay at this hotel when I return next.

We stayed there for 3 days last week. Staff were very attentive and accommodating, service is very good. My kids love their pool. They need to improve their check in though and open other counters if a customer is taking long to decide. Overall, we are very happy and will definitely stay there again.

Great location with friendly staff. However, the recent stay was less than perfect. I could smell some chemicals from towels and shower gown. Especially when my dresses came back from the dry cleaning, it smell literally yucky!

As an American who has lived here for about 10 years, I went to their Restaurant and it blew me away. The beautiful buffet was out of this world. The ribs and the Sirloin melted in my mouth. The desserts were awesome and as I started drinking the coffee I noticed I never put cream in it. It was so good it waasn't needed. I have never like coffee without cream. All in all I give it 100%. BTW, The service was great. Intelligent, friendly but not over bearing waiters and waitresses. Wow!

I inquired and requested for a quote for a function room. The banquet officer responded by enumerating a series of rates while citing each of the package inclusive. Did she expect me to take note of everything? So I requested a formal quote to be emailed after our call. Lo and behold, she didn't take me seriously and did not send the email at the requested time. So I had to follow up the next day. No trace of inquiry so I had to repeat the event details to the next banquet officer. Is this customer service right at point of sale? Whoa…

Okay so stayed there 5 nights cant complain about the hotel great location very comfortable and for most part good service hotel car excellent very prompt just make sure if you have a meeting leave at least 2 hours before as traffic is horrendous. What I didn't like and I thought was very POOR when I checked in the guys at the counter said would I like to upgrade and have breakfast for an additional 2000P which I thought was fair and reasonable what he didn't inform me was that was a daily charge so you can imagine my surprise when I went to settle my account I was in a hurry so I didnt get a chance to speak with a manager but the guy that I checked out with didnt seem t care which tell me I dont think I was the first to get sucked in. So what I am saying make sure you ask the question as they wont tell you! SO THAT WHAT VERY DISAPPOINTING and probably stop me staying there again as there are plenty of good hotels in that area.

If you like a well connected hotel with excellent business centre and gym, Holiday Inn would be just great. Connected to the Mall, you can practically get all the things you would need effortlessly. The hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly reminding you to sign up for their affirmity card membership. You would not be disappointed either at meal times as the food is just wondeful. However, during the busy morning peiod, the number of tables seems limited due to the large number of guests coming to eat at the same time! Try it if you have not done so.

Holiday Inn Makati is brand new and is directly in the center of Makati, the financial center and it is also located in one of Manila's largest shopping malls.
So far so good, but: it is felted permanently due to possible attacks — very uncomfortable, the rooms are nice and useful, but many things still do not work. There are no unit price and performance.
I want to ask not again and again during my holiday in what extra costs and what included. The next time I take another hotel with an asterisk and the same price and incl. The ubiquitous extra costs.
