Fine hotel at the center of Makati. Just across the Greenbelt. The room are specious and tastefully decorated.

They let us wait, after almost an hour, this Karla person who was supposed to talk to us never showed up. She should be fired or better yet, magsara na sila.

The place is very modern. It looks relatively new. We attended an event where they served their resto's best cocktails and the food selection was great. The service is also great except for one or two forgivable hiccups from what I think are trainees (thus not perfect). It is nonetheless great service overall.

My husband and I celebrated our 11th anniversary at Raffles Makati together with our 1 yr. Old daughter. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we check in to our check out, front desk Allen was very informative and she was good at remembering all my requests. She was terrific with her job. Butler Karlo was also very helpful and awesome, he's a star! Paolo from the concierge team was also someone to remember for being excellent at what he does. Over all, my family is extremely satisfied with our accommodation. The room is perfect, the service is excellent and the amenities are wonderful. Raffles Makati is truly recommendable to colleagues and clients. Thank you, Raffles Makati! We will definitely come back.

The staff members are very accommodating. The only problem is the food: they do not offer rice in the menus.

Great ambiance! Love the open veranda upstairs where you can see the city view and friendly people you can meet and talk too. The band downstairs plays hits from the 80s and 90s that you can dance swing to. It defines has genuinely a good vibe.

Raffles is arguably the best hotel brand in the world and this is one of their best. Enjoy afternoon tea like it used to be or the awesome gym and spa facilities. Two pools and staff that makes you smile.

After an initially rocky start, the team at Raffles and Fairmont Makati delivered a wonderful getaway for my fiancée and I over Christmas and our anniversary. Their service was world-class. Always available, always happy to help. Simon and the team at the concierge desk made us feel right at home in helping with all preparations. Thank you to Aubrey, and everyone else who helped make our stay such an enjoyable one. We wouldn't hesitate to return to any of the Raffles properties.

My experience in preparation of my stay at Raffles Makati next week has been awful. I have already decided I won't be staying at a Raffles again. This was to be a special occasion for my fiancee and I. Instead it's been stressful and annoying. I'm sure others have a wonderful experience. I personally do not appreciate being fleeced for every dime they may charge. 5 star hotels the world over provide exceptional service without demanding (nonfunctional) payment in advance for tiny charges, blaming customers for this payment service not working, or demanding payment for every minute a customer spends in a vehicle. I am astonished. Absolutely astonished. Not only have I had far superior experiences around the world, I've had superior experiences in the Philippines. Now I am coming into my stay with a bad taste in my mouth, and I am afraid it will taint the entire trip which I was so looking forward to. I am deeply disappointed, and if after the trip is complete I feel I've wasted my money on this hotel, I will never forget, and I will never forgive them for ruining this very special holiday and anniversary experience for us. Raffles Makati is a luxury hotel featuring boutique full-service suites, private residence suites, and is connected to the Fairmont Makati property. I have had the pleasure of staying in both the hotel and residences suites at this Raffles property (and at the Fairmont) and can wholeheartedly say that this is the BEST hotel in Makati for either short-term or long-term stays. The Junior Suite is tastefully styled with a touch of old-world classic charm with a modern touch. The room has a separate dining and living room area which is easy to use as a work / small meeting space. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. The 1BR & 2BR Residence Suites I stayed in are nicely decorated (albeit not as stunning as the hotel suites) and well-designed for longer-term stays. The large bathroom, full kitchen and in-suite laundry are essential for when I am staying on extended business trips. Internet connectivity is fast making it easy to connect remotely to my office. Guests have access to both a private Raffles pool and to the Fairmont pool and fitness facilities. The Raffles pool area is like an oasis that I look forward to going to after a long day at work! And while the rooms and facilities of this property are indeed top-notch, it is the amazing staff that makes this hotel exceptional! Everyone from the butlers, to the front desk staff, to hosts in the Writer's Bar, always greet you with a friendly smile and address you by name.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of Makati across the street from the Landmark Mall. Every room is a suite. Large bathrooms with shower, bathtub and double sinks. I've stayed here twice it is by far the best hotel in Manila. The service is exceptional. The employees are kind and helpful. Feels like home. They have a wonderful afternoon tea service at the Writer's Bar. And a great restaurant and rooftop bar at Mireio. Close to Landmark, Glorietta, and Greenbelt mall.

Everything about this hotel is superb… From the front desk, the bellhop, to the housekeeping staff and the guards, they are all courteous, accommodating, and attentive to the needs of the guests. We were booked in a Fairmont king room but was upgraded to a Raffles 2-bedroom suite at no extra cost! It was a very pleasant surprise and the suite really exceeded our expectations. The beds and beddings are comfortable, the rooms and bath are spacious and clean. And the views are spectacular. The hotel staff really made our stay memorable and very pleasant. Special mention to Cyril and Jeffrey at the front desk who took care of our needs and made sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Truly world-class.

Love the rooms, they are very spacious. Big bed and huge bathroom. Great for an extended trip as you don't feel like you are boxed in. Only a 5 minute walk to shopping centre. The staff are very friendly and always available to provide any help you need. They only. Downside is it can get a bit noisy from the water being used in the adjacent rooms when they are using the bathroom.

It doesn't have a roof top bar per se (its half way up approx), but nevertheless a very pleasant place.

Just a few miles away from Airport. Every working person you encounter shares a nice smile n greets you. Food is amazing and so are the rooms. Very neat n clean! Can give 10/10 on hospitality. Would definitely recommend everyone.

Had lunch at Spectrum. Wonderful courteous staff. Great welcome! The food is good, nice ambience, good setup. However, Expensive place for lunch and it feels like 2.5 hours is not enough to eat the food that you want. Hopefully this place will lead the way to be the first to extend the lunch hour so people can enjoy happy family meal together without having to rush. Not so relaxing experience but good enough.

Luxurious and comfy bed but pity the pool is abit dirty when we visited… otherwise great 5 star stay.

This controversial structure situated behind the Glorietta Mall is being managed by ALI Makati Development Inc. The five-star hotel is basically one of the most iconic hotels in Makati, and with its spacious rooms combined with luxury interiors and amenities, it is indeed a great experience. This is also where a member of the well known family in the Philippines, Ayala Family, usually enjoys his breakfast at the Spectrum. It is that secure!

Awesome Sunday brunch at Spectrum. $100 is free flow Veuve champagne, Singapore Slings and an amazing food spread of seafood, roast pig and everything else you could want. Chill crowd, great service, good live music. Reservations recommended — you can make them by email.
