First they somehow lost our confirmed reservations? Then we had to wait 2 hours for our room, we did wait at the pool and were able to eat drink and swim and the staff there were amazing! then when we finally get to our room it smelled of urine badly and then we went to draw a bath for the baby and the water was a disgusting brown! the breakfast buffet was amazing along with their wait staff!

We really enjoyed our 8 day stay at one of their Gold Room Executive Suites. In the same floor is their Executive Lounge which we enjoyed their buffet breakfast and on the early evening they served hors devours and cocktails. All their staffs are very attentive and courteous. Also close to everything, like shopping malls and markets.

Food is great, they have good service, waiters were available anytime you need them.

As to be expected of a 5-star hotel, the staff are all very polite. The place certainly looks very new & clean of course. I like the modernly-furnished room. Quite different from the other 5-star hotels, of the same price range, that I've been to.

Very accommodating staffs! Our room is superb! We got deluxe room only but it’s spacious! We love everything about it! Highly-recommended hotel! And take note, the cost of our stay is really affordable! Plus, they have given us complimentary drink w/ sides as we celebrate our Anniversary here, not all hotel do that.

Great staff! Especially housekeeping, my shaving cream exploded in my bag during travel and housekeeping girl basically came to my room and saw my face after I called them and said “Don’t worry sir, you go have a drink and I will take care of this mess for you” now that’s solid!

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended to anyone travelling to Manila. They have an in-house doctor and nurse to checked my daughter when she was not feeling well. Great service! Everything is on point and the staff are amazing. Thanks to the whole Fairmont team!

I'll give it a 4.5. I've stayed here for 4 times. Each time they give us fruit platter. The hotel staff were nice. Guards, in front we're no that "maliksi" in terms of guests, or I think they prefer to assist more of foreigners (just my opinion). The guard near the elevator and on the 4th floor connecting to raffles we're good though always with smiles and greetings. Concierge, lobby staff, pool area staff and pool lobby staff were nice as well. A bit off for me now is the noise outside the room don't why, but I guess it's the first I encountered it during the stay. The beds are comfy, pool is nice. Orverall, still a good stay for me.

5stars is too much for this hotel. I stayed here for 3 days the hotel room is suck the room is smelly and dark and they didn't do the housekeeping job well and towel is no different with budget hotel towel. I won't stay here any more. Don't recommend it for my friends and family.

Strategically located. Very near Greenbelt, The Landmark, Glorietta, and SM malls. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I stayed at room 623 and it has good view of the landmark.

200 pesos for a Sarsi? You gotta be kidding! We came here to drop off a package for a friend who's checking in. We're having a hard time booking a Grab car willing to pick us up and get us out of here. So while waiting in the lobby, we decided to order the only thing somewhat reasonably priced on the lobby bar menu — some ice cream for 100 pesos a scoop. I'm not sure if maybe they forgot about us, but it feels like we've been waiting quite a long while for the ice cream… The ice cream finally arrived and it was really good, though I don't know why they couldn't give you the entire strawberry and not just half of it for P100…

The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. We like the floor to ceiling windows. Service is excellent. The people are courteous and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool. It’s not crowded and is well-maintained. Since the hotel is just next to Landmark and Glorietta, it was very convenient for us. We tried the lunch buffet at Spectrum, choices were limited but good enough. The carving was very scrumptious. One thing for improvement is the TV cable. Hope they could shift to HD. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Fairmont Makati has never failed me, awesome friendly staff, spacious room with high ceilings love the rain shower, close to the shopping malls, safety & security top notch! Caren duty manager, Michael Bell manager, Tristan Concierge manager & their entire staffs made a huge impression during my stay there which I will always & forever remember! One of the finest hotels in Makati if not in the Philippines. Food here is always the best! Fresh, healthy amd delicious. I hope they expanded the parking since they have a few slots only.

This hotel feels like you're in Shangri-la hotel, though smaller, the whole ambiance is very relaxing, staffs are always smiling and the amenities are at par with some 5 star hotel. It's connection to landmark mall and other big commercial establishments is a plus factor, their parking is a bit limited but that's it, the food is great, gave it a 4 star and will definitely comeback and recommend this hotel.

This service hotel gives you not only access to its own amenities, but also access to the facilities in Raffles, its sister hotel. Staying here has always been a treat. The pool service is at par with the other surrounding 5 star hotels. The room service is top notch for this residential service hotel. Everything is taken cared of.

We stayed for our 5th monthsary. It was amazaing. We stayed in Fairmont Gold which has access to club lounge. All the staff are friendly: jeffrey and matt. Christine our room attendant also helped us take a photo in the hallway. The Director of Rooms also welcomed us and we are very thankful for the welcome amenities and letter. The room was perfect. Had a separate shower and bath tub. The master light control at the bed side was something we explored. Coffee maker in the room. Nice lounge in the pool. Though water was freezing cold. So love it!

All aspects are well and good except for the security guards posted at the entrance of the hotel. I participated in the W2W Talks: Fathers for Daughters:Building Next Generation Business Mindsets yesterday afternoon.
I together with my colleagues came in on our service vehicle which was a Mini bus and the guards couldn’t be courteous enough to assist as where we can get off of our vehicle. They even held us at the driveway and told us we can’t get down until they coordinated the sane with the hotel or whosoever is in charge.
We cane there expecting to be greeted or assisted inside in a pleasant manner since this hotel is not just some hotel but it is Fairmont. To our dismay we were treated like some beggars or illegal aliens who weren’t allowed to get inside another country.
I hope this merits your attention to improve the hotel’s image in the minds of first timers to the place.

Awesome! But main problem is I have to picture the channels in channel 4 so I know those channels. Please fix this problem and make a channel book so it will be easy. Also want to add a classic video game console for me to play. Add a SEGA Mega Drive and a sample game to play. Like Sonic The Hedgehog 3. Thank you! :) :)

Very nice hotel. Great staff who are always friendly. Rooms are large with massive bathrooms. The buffet is amazing, best breakfast I've had in a long time. Bed was large and comfortable. Only criticism is that the carpets are a touch fatigued and could be replaced. Over all, best hotel I've stayed at in a long long time.

We had a whole day seminar in one of the function rooms of the Fairmont Hotel. The facilities are great, the staff very attentive. Our chicken lunch was a bit dry (over cooked) but the taste was good.

Five stars for making a lovely wedding reception for my cousin! Very friendly and proactively helpful staff. Very nice pool area and rooms were awesome!

Excelente place, it have a magnificent decorations, they take every little details as a masterpiece that complement the whole place And the staff locals ones are the best. I love the friendly way they approach and take care of you, noticing that even when they don't understand well what you mean they always smile and try to make you happy. Wonderful time there.

Very lovely hotel. Staff are incredibly welcoming and service-oriented. Things to improve are… The phone in my room was not working. They never bothered to fix it while I was away during the day. It was a huge hassle. Navigation can be quite tricky with raffles around. Also lots of Chinese guests are very loud and can be quite an annoyance during your stay. Despite these, I still think it's one of the best hotels you can stay in. Just some hiccups here and there but can be fixed with improvements to process and people.

I was part of the secretariat of the Manufacturing Summit 2017 yesterday. The venue was generally okay; the staff were polite. There was coffee, BUT, I couldn't understand why there was no water inside the venue nor at the buffet area. First thing in the morning, I already asked for water from the staff and he came back with one (1) glass of water 20-30 minutes later (could the kitchen be that far? ). Inside the venue, they served water but it came few and far between. Come lunch, they served iced tea; they did not refill my glass of water. I went outside at the buffet area, still no water. I asked the staff for water and he asked me back if there was no water inside (like what?! ). When it was almost an hour already and there was still no water, I had to go find and ask water from the event next to ours. In total, I drank only three (3) glasses of water at Fairmont the entire day (but I mentioned "water" 11 times here).

The best hotel I have ever stayed at hands down. Very friendly and professional staff. Super clean rooms and by far the best bed I have ever slept in. The facilities are top notch in every single way and the only hotel in the Philippines with an awesome air conditioning, kept a nice temperature in the whole room and soundless. Very comfortable and modern. Will come back for sure.

Some staff are excellent; in-room dining, Concierge, front desk, others are terrible specifically : security on 4th floor or the people standing around who are the least helpful. Managers are even worst — especially when you ask for a place to work like a table instead they don't accommodate. Will never go back.

I'm surprised I'm only giving this 3 stars. First off, service was exceptional and my hats off to the staff. It was mainly the issue of the amount of issues with an aging hotel. On our first stay, much construction and repairs were going on, which required us to repack and move rooms throughout our stay (mind you, we were compensated with access to the lounge which was appreciated). This was a bit of a hassle and ended up with a smaller, cramped room. We went back for a second visit (mainly because the of the excellent service from the staff). We were put on the top floor, but with the age of the building, the ceiling had a leak with flooded the hallway carpet. While staff quickly put up cones to prevent others from soaking their shoes (like we did), again, maintenance and cleanup was occuring. The noise and musky smell wasn't ideal. Great service, but aging hotel is what's setting it back.

I love relaxing at the Willowstream Spa. The Spa attendants are all so friendly.

Stayed here on a business trip. Excellent customer service as expected of a 5-star hotel. Good amenities, outdoor pool not heated but isn't too cold for Manila weather. Strategic location as it is walking distance to various shopping malls (Greenbelt, Glorietta). Highly recommended for a short stay in Manila.

My absolute favorite hotel in Metro Manila. The rooms and amenities are luxurious and the staff are the friendliest I've ever encountered. The breakfast staff at the Spectrum cafe even remember my name and regular order. Amazing.

I had 21hr flight, came to this hotel with a very warm welcome. Very clean room, courteous and accomodating staff. And I would like to give a special mention who cleaned our room 826, 8/6 around 10:00am-12:00pm, a very honest man.

Probably the best hotel experience I've ever had… though for full disclosure, I had paid for Gold Business. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, even to the point of insisting they accompany me when I tried to locate our local office and had very little idea where I was going. The Gold Lounge service was outstanding, with a range of complimentary food and drink. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else next time I'm in Manila.

A wonderful hotel with a really good service. The place is 24/24 kept by gards with dogs, situated in a very safe area you can stay in Makati and enjoy the swimming pool at te fourth floor. Very good cocktails not too expensive (350-380 PHP).

I stayed at this property during their grand opening and I was very impressed. Part of the hotel was still under construction but they did a fantastic job at highlighting what was available. The front lobby staff was very friendly and eager to help. A lot of new employees to fairmont but they were very well trained on procedures, hotel and local knowledge. Great recommendations for local shopping and hotel activities. The Spa and pool facilities were really peaceful. The security presence at the doors made the hotel experience feel very safe.
