Simple, quite place & clean.

It was great and good ambience.

Worst worst worst! I always stay in this hotel if I come to Manila for business trip. But this time I am really disappointed and I think I will never stay here any more and will not recommend anyone stay here. They are not efficient at all and even can't communicate even u speak in English. They just can't understand how to make things done.
before I checked in they can help frozen my breast milk. This time I come they said their kitchen fridge donot have enough space even for a A4 paper size bag of ice bag and breast milk. What a hell. Then I talk with them from Wednesday I check in till Friday I check out. Again what a hell. Thursday finally they said can but when I check out on Friday they said cannot again. But I insists bcoz it's not fair. Finally they can put in management office fridge. BTW they ask me to sign a waiver documents. I am ok. I am to put my things together with seafood or the things. I packed properly already and I am not asking them give me a special space. Then I checked in again next Monday. When I check out again next Wednesday I? wait around one hour to get my ice bag and milk. Fxxk. How can be so slow. I need to catch flight. I push them many times and I need to scold them then they push. When I get my breast milk all not frozen all spoil. They told me fridge broken. I am really speechless. What a hotel. Are they stupid! they never know how breast milk for a mom and they just stupid and without any service idea. Will never come again!

Wonderful restful, tasteful, clean, and serene place at the heart of bustling Manila City. A haven to come home to after a full packed day of adventure in MY city. Salamat, po, Mercure!

Nice hotel with very nice staff at a good location. Breakfast buffet line is kinda small but every dish tastes great. Definitely would come back.

Good food on the 3rd floor restaurant. There is a smoking area at the hotel. Good place to have lunch meetings.

The hotel is nice, clean and has good staff. Even their restaurant is pretty good. However they have some sewage problem in their basement and the entry lobby of the hotel building stinks. Like literally has very foul smell and it is very uncomfortable going in and out of the hotel. I spoke to the staff who told me they are trying to solve the issue. It's been almost 1 year and the problem is still there. Hope they sort it. It is a fine hotel otherwise.

There’s ample underground parking at the back. Serves really good kare-kare!

Got a free upgrade, very good location, spacious room, very nice toilet and shower, no swimming pool though but the breakfast buffet has great selection of Filipino food. I enjoyed the carrot and orange shot, smoothie and taho!

Very modern, quirky hotel near sm mall and mrt station (ortigas and Shaw avenue). Large rooms with lovely city views. Stayed on the 25th floor and lucky enough to get a gorgeous sunset on the 1st day! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was air conditioning. It continues on low after switching off so can get abit cold. This is mentioned in the room directory so no nasty surprises. Apart from that hotel is great in good safe location and wouldn't hesitate staying again.

I stay here for 4 days in January 2018, yery friendly people, the front desk employees and all the other even the room service. There is only one problem I have to discuss, to inform. I think they have really a problem with their air-conditioned. The first room I booked, was really to cold. ONE Couldn't change the temperature, it's always a cold wind, blowing out. I am asking the receptionist for another room and I got one. But in the second room they was the same problem, I am not able to choose a temperature which I desire, or I can choose another temperature, but still cold air is coming out of the air conditioning. I hope they really can fix this special issue. Without that, the hotel was great.

Clean room, approachable staff, good buffet and I love the pineapple with mint juice. We will definitely stay here again. Because it's new year we still enjoying our complimentary 5hours extention! Nice to stay here.

Mercure Hotel will surely be your home away from home. The great food, warm and genuine personality and professionalism of the staff, especially those you'll encounter and interact with in your daily stay (i. E. F&B, etc. ), and the contemporary rooms will surely make your stay very memorable. They'll treat you like a family, not as a guest. They'll even remember your preference, especially your diet, without even trying to remind them over and over again. One of the unique desserts you'll find here is the "taho" (a must-try and a must-have for breakfast), which is absolutely my first time to spot in a hotel I've stayed at in the past decades, be it a 3-, 4-, or 5-star hotel. Their food, aside from the breakfast, are even more enticing and delightful to eat. So better prepare your tummy for a unique gastronomic experience in Mercure. The Mercure food will definitely be your standards when you go to other hotels within or outside Manila. The rooms and the bathroom (spacious and well-partitioned) are clean and well-maintained. Their complimentary toiletries even come in a well-designed packaging. Something you won't get from other hotels. And oh, the room I stayed at even come with an iperEspresso! Something coffeeholics will surely love. Overall, Mercure is your place to be to have a break from the busy business districts in Manila. This hotel absolutely meets and goes beyond the Accor standards. Great work, Mercure! :) See you again.

Staff are incredible: very helpful and flexible. Rooms are modern with plenty of universal outlets and usb chargers. Get the breakfast buffet when you book-it's well worth it.

I was charge of service charge on the Metro Deal voucher which should be a part of the voucher amount already. After several calls and complains they offered me a 4 Breakfast Buffet and when about to use it they offered me with just 2. Refusing the offer, they just agreed on my refund request amounting to 1500 php and advise me to just visit Kalesa Cafe to get it. Sadly, upon going there last week there was no endorsement and staffs there as well at the lobby were all clueless. What a service. I still have to deal with them even this was charge FEB. Of this year.

I really recommend their restaurant. Great staff, very accomodating. The dinner was amazing. It's nice to have a place like this and escape from the busy streets of the metro. Chill and relax for a while.

It is still very clean as it just opened months ago. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Air-conditioning is not excellent as the coldest is still a bit warm. King-sized beds are only available for specific room types and may only be availed with an additional fee for less superior rooms. 2ND VISIT Reservation wasn't smooth as emails were not answered as quickly. The photo of the room in Mercure Ortigas Manila's Facebook Page for the Php 3, 500 nett promo wasn't the standard room, which makes the advertisement false, if not misleading. Also, the breakfast inclusion does not specifically state that it is only a buffet breakfast for one adult. I have never been to a hotel, which offers free breakfast for only 1 hotel guest until last Thursday-Friday. Normally, for Accor group of hotels, children below 12 years old are free of charge. However, during our stay, my son was charged 50% even if he is only 9 years old. It takes a while for housekeeping staff to provide our needs despite the low occupancy rate of the hotel. We were right beside a building so there was nothing to see. During dinner, I asked the lady server if food is for sharing which she confirmed. When food arrived, it wasn't. It only had 5 thin, chicken strips and a handful of french fries.

My flight to Koror was delayed 15 hours and I decided to stay here instead of the airport. I wish I could have spent more time here. I arrived at about 1am and had to be up at 7. Let me say that I slept for about 4 hours but it was some of the most quality 4 hours I have ever slept, and I have stayed at a lot of hotels all around the world. The price was very reasonable and the staff was excellent. Hotel was very nice and room was impeccable. I am not a fan of Manila but if I find myself there again I will choose to stay here at Mercure.

The people are nice here they treat you great and they have this personal touch that you can not see in some other hotels.

Mercure Hotel is a very good place to be at. I spent time here not for lodging but for a three-day event. It's not that flashy but very good. The staff are hard-working, the interior is great and clean, and the best part of all — it is peaceful.
