Not at all recommend. Very dirty rooms. Service is very poor. If you don't have any another option still not remanded. Try motels or maybe some another hotel nearby.

Worse customer service from reception area. Its like im checking in some cheap motel (better pa service ng ibang motel) masungit ang receptionist and not accommodating maybe because I am wet (coz its raining heavily outside) and she thought I am not some VIP worthy to stay in the hotel. Malamok sa lobby palang. We waited for an hour bago napansin.

Avoid 7E room (corner room, door facing the corridor). The door of the washroom doesn't fully open. You have to climb on the commode towards left to reach the bathtub on right side. Perhaps other rooms were better as overall hotel looked clean.

A solid place to stay, for the price. The amenities remain to be complete, and clean; though the signs of aging of the building itself definitely show. The common areas include a pool, with jacuzzi (occasionally having events and a poolside bar), a sauna, a game room and a gym — — equipped with all basic, necessary and needed gear for your routines. The rooms themselves (I stayed in a residential room) also show signs of aging, but are generally well kept, and the sound.

This hotel is affordable and near at the center of Ortigas. If you have business meeting in Pasig / Ortigas, I recommend this place. From the hotel you can also just walk about 5 minutes to different restaurant nearby and have some drinks in some Korean Bars across the hotel. The hotel room is nice, the air condition is working well, it has internet and shower has hot and cold water.

Their room is comfortable and with nice amenities (pool, gym, game room, sauna). Restaurants and malls are just nearby that you can just walk. They can improve on their check-in service. With the influx of customers for the holidays, they should have set a better system wherein people should not line up wherein people who came in late may be served earlier just because they line up on a faster lane. A registry would have been better so that they can serve the first ones who came in. Also, they need to fix their elevator. Some buttons are not working and one need to hold the floor number so as not to let the elevator to miss the floor. It happened to me 4x. Button lights are dim compared to other buttons (both outside and inside). It will definitely give you a hard time knowing if you pressed the buttons or not.

Good place for staycation. They have gym and pool. We stayed in their 2-br suite and we were able to cook meals.

Still checked in from last night and I can't wait to inform others how this stay with the hotel is making me regret I even chose to book here… There is no water since I woke up this morning! And it's almost time for check-out… The worst experience ever! I have never encountered this with any other hotels I have booked with…

Good price ye good location. This a-pooc used but acetible.

The front desk employees needs more training in terms of customer service. We only stayed for 1 night and had a problem with the check in process which they were too strict and doesn't want to accept my company i. D and even showed the credit card as verification, I also emailed them ahead of time that we are going to check in early but they didn't bother and we waited for 2hrs, I gave them my cp# to text once a room is already available but already 3hrs has passed and they didn't text me. We enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi, but the towels provided in the unit are old and looks dirty, the bathroom is small and the shower was not working at first, we had to call the front desk and then was fixed. The Wi-Fi though was fast.

Expected to a lot more expectations on this hotel taking into account ea of 4 stars. Are little kind to serve the people. The room is well large, but it needs a good reform. Towels are pretty used. I wouldn't come back to stay in this hotel. Never.

The hotel looks nice and staff is very kind. The room looks way better in the pictures. The floor is old and… there were many cockroaches in our room… That made the stay unpleasant. Stayed in 17I. If it was not for the roaches, things would have been better.

Cozy. Clean. It's expensive, yes, but Worth the amount you'll gonna pay. Very close to the shopping mall and transportation services. Plenty of places to check around too like restaurant, pubs, coffee shop and more. The lobby was small and only two elevators to use. Staffs are nice anyway.

You can't beat location for this place. It's right in Ortigas Center a stone's throw away from major office centers. For a business hotel, the rooms have basic furnishings. Not very luxe; but then, it's not meant to be a luxury hotel. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. But responsiveness is quite slow. While the rooms are non-smoking rooms, there are times you can detect the smell of cigarettes in some hallways (clearly by errant guests). Overall, for the convenience and accessibility in Ortigas Center, this is a good value for money place.

Value for money, sauna and pool is nice, location also near SM megamall.

Excellent location — walking distance to lots of great malls and restaurants. Service is excellent (front desk, security, housekeeping). Suite is a decent size and beds are comfortable. Kitchen has stove, fridge, microwave, and cookware. General suite cleanliness could be better. Also our kitchen was stocked with 2 sets of plates, cups, cutlery, when our suite was for 4 (2-bedroom). The elevators are also generally busy, so expect to wait about 3-5 minutes going up or down. They have great facilities including a gym and a nice pool and hot tub.

The service was great, granting my request for early check in is nice but when we entered the room is not ready yet. The pool is dirty it smells like pee, when they served buffet. I felt that they're trying to limit me, i'm hungry and that is what I've payed for and limiting my food is not a "Buffet Service" we thought that we had a great saturday brunch. Sobrang disappointed lang talaga kami.

I had a 1-night staycation at this place and the experience was rather unique. Firstly, I wasn't expecting five star treatment as this is obviously not that type of hotel, but the shortcomings were becoming more apparent the longer we stayed here. The room was good, except that there weren't a lot of basic should-be complementary items. The pool area was satisfactory and they even have a sauna, only it has the smoking area and it closes with the entire recreation area. The service was not that much needed, but when we asked for it, it was rather disappointing. If I'd come back here, it would be because of the very affordable rates.

Staff are friendly and professional. The premier room we were billeted in is spacious, with cooking and eating utensils provided. Electric kettle with instant coffee, creamer and sugar, and tea close by. Excellent view. Good provision for toiletries. Perfect for family bonding with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, game room, and children's playground. The gym has a view of the Meralco flyover. Absence of hot water for shower. Door knob needs maintenance. Cable channel locked on CNN Ph with erratic reception (I don't know why these establishments keep on patronizing SkyCable when this provider has never shown to give good service).

Booked an overnight stay since I had to pick up my partner from the airport. The building is just a few blocks away from my office building so it is very convenient. Went to book after my shift. This is a condo-hotel located in Ortigas area. The cheapest room had no oven, fridge etc. We were given a room around 10th floor. The room looks nice and decent. Beddings are okay but the noise from outside is not. You can hear vehicles from outside since the building is in the corner and beside the flyover. Thank the hotel's location — it's near malls (Ayala and Megamall) and Metrowalk where you can hang around, find restaurants and get a drink. Cheers!

Convenient location. Good sized rooms. Only two elevators for a lot of people. Breakfast has limited selection.

Room is not that spacious. The bathroom is small, it's kind of hard to move around inside. They don't even have a small dining table where you could place your meal, there's just a work table at the side near the window. The pool area is not that big. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The Exchange Regency is a nice hotel located close to the Ayala Mall @ The 30th. Getting here is a bit difficult with the taxi drivers. If you needed to get here, say it's near the Marco Polo and head south on Meralco Ave. The rooms are spacious and have working Air Conditioners that keep the room nice and cool. The workers at the front desk are nice and courteous. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Good location wt Family Mart, Cafe shop, restaurant next door, no need to go far, friendly staff… but very bad condition of room, swimming pool, gym. Cheap price is the only one advantage of this hotel. Save money.

A mixed use building with hotel rooms, long stay apartments. Some basic amenities like restaurant, coffee joint, mini mart, as well as massage joint, and gym. Rooms are decent for the price but toilets are really cramped and poorly designed.

I live here. I don't usually like it when people check in. Well it's a condo tel so its alright. This means staff is helpful and courteous. 24/7 support. Amenities are kept clean. The only drawback is the elevators. There are only 3 which can be insufficient during weekends when there is an influx of guests.

The first room that I checked into smelled terrible, but they quickly moved me to a different floor when I complained, to one didn't smell. The rooms are really small, and I kept bumping into various parts of the room. I left the Exchange with more bruises than if I had been in a fight. The receptionist was really friendly, but the security kept escorting me back to the elevator when I tried to explore the hotel. It claims that it has a ton of additional businesses, but it's really just the hotel. They only have two elevators, and a hotel this size really should have four. So, getting to your room won't ever be quick. But, overall it's a decent hotel.

Large, comfortable room (toilet was tiny). Slightly old/dirty looking (especially the toilet). Toothbrush/paste not provided. Hairdryer not provided. Elevator service was horrible, took an average 20 minutes every morning to get down to lobby from 10th floor. Front desk/concierge especially Pat was very polite and helpful.

Room rates are reasonably priced and the staff provided good customer service. Just dont avail of the buffet breakfast, you will be disappointed if you do.

Okay for a quick stay or those looking for a relatively quiet getaway. The pool area needs serious work. AC was kind of weak.

I stayed at this hotel last May 2015 with my relatives and friends. I booked a 2 Bedroom Apartment and it was good and comfortable. The room was not spacious though but with the price is pay, I am very happy. The hotel is located in the heart of Ortigas centre close to shopping malls, shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and hospitable always willing to help. Will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next vacation.

Nice inexpensive but luxurious.

Awful place to stay, non stop noise, Wi-Fi always going down, breakfast served in a local cafe! The leisure facilities are under constant construction, the gym has a couple of machines, most dont work — those that do are dirty. The snooker/pool room is a hangout for the staff that arent working. Worst of all are the rude and aggressive security staff on the front door — when searching my female friend — she felt they touched her several times intimately around the groin.
