The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean. There are two points I need to discuss: 1. The chlorine in their indoor pool is high. I stayed dor about an hour only and I reeked with chlorine when I went back ro my room. 2. My grand daughter had an allergy in her eyes when she swam in the pool (possiblly due to high chlorine content) and we took her to the clinic, but no one is on board nor even a nurse. Hoping you can improve on the points I stated. Thank you.

I stayed there in Richmond for I think 3 to 4 months last year due to the quarantine. Sir Jorold was very courteous, humble and respectful. I was not aware that he is the General Manager. He helped me multiple times with my baggages, delivered water and toiletries to my room and openes the elevator for me whenever he sees that I'm carrying alot of groceries. Just want you guys to share my experience with your higher management. Often times we complain about our negative experiences, I think It's just right to also commend people when they did great. I am also a manager, and I am so happy to experience a servant leader like him! God bless you all!

We stayed at this hotel for our Mandatory Quarantine after arriving from abroad. Coordination by their staff from booking to checking in and to getting us settled in our room was very efficient. Staff are very helpful and well prepared for handling quarantine guests. They even provided us with kits for our stay. Highly recommended if you are searching for a place to stay in while waiting for your test results.

We have a problem with ur valet parking.
our car got dented. They said that we to wait for the valet attendant and they will review their cctv. After waiting for days they called just to say that they dont have cctv and they cant do anything abt the dent in our car. Now still waiting for updates.

Stayed there over the weekend frm July27-29, our stay was good. The people are good. But I've left some cloth in the bathroom over the bathtub where they put the new towels when we checked out yesterday. I was waiting for them to call me to inform me that I've left something but NOT even a single text received from them. It was our 2nd time staying at Richmond, it was all good except for that incident. I don't intend to get those cloths anymore but at least they've informed me that I've left something. This is the hotel that gives you an amazing amount back for the modest price of the room. Five star breakfast buffet live band with happy hour and the service is outstanding. Checking in is short and hassle free. No red tape and very comfortable. Plush decor when you enter the lobby.

We just had our business group's mid-year assessment in two of their conference/activity rooms. The rooms were dated. Unlike in Ace Hotel where electric sockets are integrated in the tables, we had to use extension cords that were quite bothersome, because one has to be careful to not have them tripped over; and the floor was a mess with all the cords we had to use for the lot of laptops we had to use. The servers were polite. The food we had was served buffet style, and tasty. Am trying to be vegan, so the food choices for me was limited, but enough to have me full. On one day, I took a bread stick which I was told was for display purposes only, and only on the next day, the container for them was labeled as such. On one day, we were seated near the comfort rooms. I swear I can smell them from where I was seated. Would I recommend the hotel? Considering the bread and comfort rooms incidents, no, because I need a hotel which I trust to take care of me with enough foresight, and basic sanitary practice.

The place was kind of old style but the hotel is very neat and very warm (in a welcoming way). The room has a rustic feel to it. The fridge is empty for you to put in your own snacks but there is also room service available. There's regular hot water as well in the bathroom. There's an indoor pool and a gym that you can access in the building. The breakfast buffet is also good but there is a dress code to be followed (wear smart casual to be safe, don't look like you just got out of bed. Act like a morning person hahahahaha). But not to worry! The staff are very nice and very accomodating. You might want to get coupons at metrodeal to have quality rooms and service at relatively cheaper prices.

Rooms are not as per my liking. Very old, needs some renovation. Very few sockets (all hidden behind tables, very cumbersome to find and connect to one). Food is good, nice fitness area.

Stayed there for long term (60+ days). Room with kitchenette was a compact unit with all necessary stuffs. Furnitures were little old style but good enough. Indoor pool was good. Breakfast had good spread.

We came at the hotel at 2pm and we were given a room by 4pm. The room is well ventilated and the comfort room is clean. The pool indoor pool is warm and the kids love it. The food (breakfast buffet) is also delicious. All in all, the experience was just good.

Good place and courteous staff. But I don't think they understand that do not disturb means that no phone calls too. They kept checking if the room make up is required on the phone.

We are here now 2/17/2018 and its 4:30pm already and we still dont have a room! My partner decided to reserve a room here for my birthday to relax which is today and guess what? This is not the type of relaxion we are looking for! We arrived at 2:30 to be fashionably late to avoid traffic in the reception area. Their check in time is 2:00pm and again it's 4:41pm already! Still waiting… Naaada! Ohhh and mind you people are piled up in the lobby because of this situation. Found out that 3 of the guests who booked including me is celebrating our birthdays today. In the lobby with no seats (as I mentioned its literally full! ) The other lady who is a celebrant too is actually holding a party near the hotel and starts at 5pm. And hey. She's sitting right next to me and still waiting for a room. So Richmonde Hotel… Thank you for ruining our birthday! As I mentioned to the reception lady, I think the reason for the promotional ad you had is to entice and encourage people to visit your hotel. But what you did just simply showed us how you not value guests. Again, thanks for ruining my birthday! I hope you employ a competent marketing staff that knows if they could cater a number of guests before making a promotional ad.

I like the food that was being served at the buffet and the crew and staff are very accomodating. It is not my first but it was my third time. That's why I keep on eating at the richmonde buffet with my love ones. Thank you all guys.

We stayed there last night and the experience was great. My son and I slept well since the bed was comfortable and the airconditioning in the room was nice. The food at the buffet breakfast was also great along with comfortable seats and complete amenities. My son enjoyed the heated pool along with my partner and I specifically enjoyed the steam and sauna. The staff are all accomodating and all smiles. Although the check in and check out process took longer than expected. It would be really nice if there’s a bidet and guests can go to the buffet breakfast (2nd floor) without being asked to follow a dresscode. My son was wearing the bedroom slippers and we were asked (politely) to have him change so we had to go back to our room (19th floor). Overall, although the hotel is old, our stay is great given the considerable rates, complete amenities and good customer service. Kudos to everyone! ❤️

Great place to stay. Hotel Staffs are nice and very accommodating. They also has heated indoor pool which makes it more enjoyable. Well maintained gym with bathrooms and lockers. Buffet breakfast was terrific. Food is fresh, yummy, and well cooked. Finally, the room that we stayed in was neat and tidy. It's a bit old but it's still very comfy and relaxing. Complete in everything like Refrigerator, Kettle, Tea cups with Tea or Coffee, Hair drayer. The bathroom has a hot and cold shower, and a bath tub. The only thing that I noticed was the bathroom didn't have a bidet. They should consider installing it. However, The hotel is wonderful. I had a superb stay. This is an Awesome hotel!

Rooms were satisfactory and served their purpose which is to relax the tired body after an eventful day outside. What I liked about the stay was the complimentary breakfast buffet with delectable choices. They also offered gym services and the pool, I heard, is available for use but we didn't have enough time to try all facilities. Overall, a good stay.

Stayed at Room 1114. It could use a change of stove. But I give 5 stars to their customer service. I couldn't remember where I left my tumbler. Some minutes after, they returned it to me. They said I left it at the restaurant. Thank you very much!

Needs an upgrade. Comfort rooms and facilities are a little old, some are defective. But the food was great especially their desserts! You will love their bibingka cheesecake, heavenly! Out of this world! I will go back just for the food, thumbs up to their baker.

A landmark most accessible to transportation, malls, restaurant, educational institutions, church, etc. It is with a scenic view of the metro. It has a gym, sauna, and several function rooms. One night here includes a buffet with numerous selection for breakfast. The food here is as first class as its rooms and amenities. The only thing that did not get the complete 5 star is the pool. It was a small indoor pool which did not have much depth and crowded. But that is the only thing that might not be great here. The other areas were great. Always look forward to a promo online for a discount in this place.

Below expectation for a 4-star hotel. The flooring in the 1919's rest room is not designed well to drain excess water from the bath tub. Air conditioning unit is not good. Breakfast is good though. Elevator is super fast. Indoor pool is not child-friendly. The staff are nice. Still not enough for a 4-star hotel.

Checked in last May 12-14, 2017. Deluxe Room at the 14th floor. The room is quite small. Not enough space. Better if you have small kitchen in your deluxe rooms and a simple table with chair too. We dont know where to eat so we ended up eating in our bed. Breakfast is good. Variety of food. Delicious. Staffs are helpful. Gym, I love it. Pool, better if you have kiddie pool. Our kids stayed only in the pools stairs. And the pool cant accommodate more people. Location, walking distance to malls and restos. Easy access for transpo.

My co-workers always go to this hotel when they're in Manila and I cant blame them. — The location is just perfect — not as busy and as noisy as EDSA but you can immediately get a cab if you need to. Plus its just a walk away from our head office. :-) — The staff are friendly and helpful — you get a VIP treatment which one should expect in hotels like these — The rooms and hallways are elegant and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable so be careful not to oversleep and miss your schedule for the next day. :-) — You can choose from a great variety of dishes for your breakfast. In fact you can try everything in the buffet — The Internet Connection is fast and reliable — The only con is that it is always fully booked and you'll be forced to stay at the lesser hotels in the area. Of course with the amenities they have and the services they offer, all the guests will definitely be coming back so book early. :-)

I availed the Easter Escape Promo for two nights stay with my husband. The location is very convenient to everything. The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The interior designed is so classic, that makes you feel comfortable and homey. The Deluxe Room is not that big but I love the icy cold room air condition. The bed is very comfortable to sleep, they also provide free Wi-Fi internet but just for two devices. But I was wondering why there is no switch to turn on/off the lights. The bathroom is nice with good toiletries but no hair conditioner provided though they said the shampoo has a conditioner already, still a little bit sad because I can't live without separate hair conditioner, bathroom has a bathtub though it so small. I like the strong shower except that there is no bidet. The hotel staffs are nice, courteous and so prompt on attending my requests except that they don't provide free laundry bag and did not grant my request for late check out The breakfast buffet are very good, there is an ample choices and I love their pastries something to look forward to, its really good. Ohh, I love the bonus promo included, the afternoon tea snacks for two days. I definitely enjoyed the gym, the heated indoor pool plus the steam and sauna. At first I thought the heated pool is a seasalt water because it taste salty, funny but its not, well the hotel is fullybooked, so too many guests are using the pool.

The hotel room smelled a bit like my grandmother's closet as it had a deep musty smell. However, it is a decent hotel for the price where it is possible to get a good night's rest.

It's not newest hotel for sure — the Richmond has been around for awhile and the furniture is outdated, but beds are wonderful! My boyfriend travels a lot and he absolutely loved the beds here! I also like their pillows. The breakfast buffet is worth the cost. Tje suite rooms are not expensive. My 4 stars is due to the bathroom: the temperature of the hot showers arent really that great and showers in the tub are a bad idea because it is prone to slipping. Overall, I'd stay in this hotel even if I can afford to stay elsewhere!

I really had a great time during my stay here… the company employees were so perfectly doing their jobs. The Space is so perfectly nice, and it is also closed by a lots of different places like the Mega Mall and so forth. So if I ever return to Philippines I would like to stay here. We stay in this Richmonde Hotel Ortigas but I was very disappoint on many ways. The bathroom is not that clean the toilet bowl was dirty and the seat had not been lifted to clean under the rim. And the dust in the light bulb is very thick. Along with the and damage bathmat and bath towels sheets were dingy grey, even when changed. On the night before I sleep I notice a BIG BLOOD STAIN that is visible in bed sheet I remove the mattress protector and I was shock to see back to back of the linen it has a blood stain and I check the other bed and its almost the same. I report it to duty manager on that night hi just say they will just change the linen. I told him I need an explanation but until we check out time they just ignore me. Its looks like its normal to this hotel to see a blood stain on the linen. After check out housekeeping manager call me saying that new room attendant is the one who clean the room and it was not inspected of the supervisor on the random checking. We request for refunds or any complementary I was already go back to Dubai but until now there is no letter of apology from hotel on that incident.

Thoroughly enjoyed our over night stay. Excellent breakfast buffet menu esp for the kids. Will return even just for the breakfast buffet.
