Pool facilities are great and unique for family getaway just within the city.

Feel good hydro massage! Best massage ever! Try it if you haven't experience it. They also offer sumptous food at their coffee lounge. We've always enjoyed their shabu shabu served by very courteous staffs! Ace is a happy place for us! 🥰

Staff are very accomodating, polite and quick repsonse to inquiries and needs of there clients. Water spa is the best relaxing and fun activities that everyone should try. Best for family bonding.

Been celebrating different occasions here, so relaxing, the place is cool and clean, affordable and yet foods are delicious with reasonable price. Staffs are well mannered as well and attentive yo their customer's needs. We'll be back for sure.

Hotel room, water spa, breakfast buffet, friendly hotel staff.

We had our birthday celebration last Nov 27-28. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. I booked a deluxe 2br suite. I had my mom check us in since I was far from the location. Here’s where all the trouble started 1. They couldnt find my agoda booking. They knew NOTHING about it. This coulve easily been checked in advance if only their social media people checked their messages. I sent my booking weeks in advance, I asked the requirements need but all they gave was incomplete replies or NO REPLIES AT ALL
2. I got in the hotel around 5pm and I had to settle everything from the front desk like security deposit, they took which time we wanted to eat bfast and use the pool, which was ok so foot traffic would be lessened. I got into my room and POOOOOF! It was a connecting deluxe room? I immediately called them and their excuse was “it’s 2 connecting rooms naman po” LOL edi sana 2 deluxe nalang ang binook ko and not a 2br suite? We got into our new room around 5:40pm na to rest
3. Ace is very famous for their water spa that’s why we stayed there in the first place but some of their staff is just plain rude. I had a pwd brother with me and he was 8 yrs old. They wanted him to be separated from me. Him in the men’s room and me in the ladies room? I mean hello? I informed them about the situation and they had their manager approve of him staying with me. My mom went in the pool area to give “bilins” about my brother and the lesbian attendant kept telling my mom “tapos na po kayo?

Kid, family-friendly hotel. Hope you have multiple locations in Metro Manila and countrysides.

Hotel suites are very clean the. Staff are courteous, lots of food to choose what I don't like is they not allowed to take picture at the pool area, for souvenir, and its crowded, but all in all we are satisfied,

We visited this place last may16, 2019 to celebrate my husband's birthday. The room was clean and excellent, foods were great. Il give 5stars on everything except for the fact that they would not allow you to take pictures in the pool area. One of the staff forced me to delete pictures even if its already taken. Will be back there tom to celebrate my bday. Hoping to have a happiest bday this time.

We had a great stay in the hotel, our room was clean and nice. We tried the water spa we are very lucky that its not crowded during our time. Breakfast is great although food is common. Tried the dinner buffet and I like their Laksa, my daughter likes it too. I just hope you improve your lobby, when we were about to check out theres a lot of guests infront of front desk. We were standing already waiting for our turn. Good thing there’s free icetea. Am I the only one suggesting to let guest have their pictures inside the water spa? I hope you allow your guest.

Relaxing spa. Awesome and very friendly staff. Feeling like your staying in a 5 star hotel spacious room. Have an awesome night view and romantic atmosphere when visiting their sky high bar at night.

We stayed overnite for our 25th Wedding Anniv just yesterday and all is great! The food at their ala carte resto offers big servings and tastes very good! AND i'd like to commend the resto staff, they are all service oriented, very courteous and very attentive and responsive to our needs. Check in staff was also commendable courteous and all friendly even the guy who opened the elevator for us. The compli 4 — hr water spa was superb all we really need to be relaxed and to be pampered that day. And when we entered our room we were surprised by the greeting/set up on our bed with compli little cake that tastes really good infer Their Buffet Breakfast is something to look forward too after a good nite rest. Nothing bad to say about our stay all great experience to remember for our 25th Anniversary. Thank you Ace Water Spa &Hotel Suites, it was really a perfect choice! Highly recommended. Surely be back soon!

It was a better experience to check in at Ace Hotel Suites. Since we are attending a 2 day event, my friend & I decided to have a staycation. Check in inclusion of free wine drink, free use of water spa and a buffet breakfast. The room was nice & cozy.

A lovely experience and cozy hotel room at a solid price with nice additions. The lobby area is welcoming but the hotel reception is a bit out of the way. Staff were friendly and courteous. Service was relatively quick and we had our room access with coupons to use the water spa included. The room we got was a Deluxe Queen size. The size was ideal for us with good range of amenities. The bathroom was also of good size and quality with complimentary soaps and lotions. The view from the room was pleasant but nothing special. There was access to the the SkyBar and roof garden which was a nice bonus. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. A great selection of food was available and refilled at a good rate. Western, Asian and Filipino specific options were available. A very fulfilling and enjoyable breakfast. Overall, I was very pleased with this experience and would love to return and try again.

Lovely hotel! The rates are affordable for a hotel near a business district. Good amenities, especially the gigantic water jet spa that Ace is famous for. Good food, as well!

My family and I got the suites which had plenty of room and decent bed to sleep in. The hotel is located in the center of the city so I wasn't expecting a great view in my room. What exceeded my expectations was their amenities, especially their water spa! I've been up water spa places before but they didn't include so much variety of water Jets/massages as huge as this one. This one is a water spa park! You could try as many and experiment with them as you want. They are very strict, but very clear on their rules and regulations within this facility for good reason. They require that you wear tight fitting outfits usually made out of some percentage lycra so that you can benefit most out of the water massages. Board shorts and loose clothing not permitted due to the high chance that it might get swept off of you by some of the stronger Jets. Their z spa staff and ambiance for different types of massages were great after a busy day in the city. Overall, I felt refreshed and rejuvenated after my two night stay here. I will definitely come back next time I visit the Philippines.

Water spa is fun but be warned… They are very picky about what you can wear for swimming. Had to buy swim trunks at hotel when told what I had was not acceptable. Other than that the hotel is nice. Staff friendly and the rooftop bar had nice views.

Love the family suites with kitchenette. Great for a staycation. Ace water spa downstairs. Breakfast buffet great for the price. Wonderful treatment from the staff too. Highly recommend this place.

Good place to relax and have fun usig their different pools and water devices. Really relaxing place but expect a large amount of crowd during weekends or holidays. They are very strict on the spa dresscode so you should bring your spandex trunks or bathing suit to enter (if you dont have one you can rent or buy at the spa lobby). Also dont forget to bring your dry clothes because they wont let you enter the hotel area if youre not completely dry (or atleast not dripping wet). There are also some cases when the locker they gave you can be opened by someone else so better not store very valuable items and gadget there. Rooms are maintained but there are instances that toilet water pressure and supplies are rather low (the fact that this is a water spa). Some fixtures and furnitures are also damaged like bedroom door locks (not the doors that can be unlocked by the keycards) can be easily unlocked (without using keys! ). Food is good but the grilling station is only available during lunch and dinner time (no free grilled stuff on accomodations). The view on the 21st floor (i think it was called a sky bar) is truly spectacular! A must place to go if you drop by in this area. This is really a fun family place and I really recommend to visit this hotel but don't expect much on the amenities. Just enjoy the pool, the food and the view! If you check in to the hotel, best time to visit the spa is in the morning ^_^, early morning! (No imagre this time.

Its our 2nd time staying in the ace hotel. It was the same good experience. We'll be back for sure. They have affordable rooms and comfy rooms.

Quaint room, fair location, less traffic area at night … water spa facilities is a great treat but unfortunately closed at ten pm. Sad for metro manila traffic environment … 2nd floor stake chouse Resto closed early than published 11pm on a subdY. Fortunately there were resto around the corner to that opens till 11pm. Pity no advert in elevator it room that there is a spa that opens till 11pm. Wished there was a promotional gift coupon fir staying guest to use water spa or Z spa facilities …

We stayed here for 2 nights. Clean room and has a bidet. The dinner buffet was excellent, but when it comes to breakfast buffet, it's quite disappointing. Some of the food were good but there weren't any fresh juice. Oranges didn't taste good, parang left over ng dinner buffet. Cheese tastes like very ordinary cream cheese. Yung toilets nila dun sa may shower rooms at pool not that clean compared sa Q. C.

Ace Hotel is a good deal given the comfortable accomodation, the activities inside the hotel (swimming, sumptous buffet, massage, rooftop dining, etc). The Sky Bar (rooftop) offers the best view of Manila skyline. The location is very near Megamall — one of the biggest mall in the world.

Food is okay. we ate at ala carte area for shabu shabu. right after eating I settled out bill right away but as we were going out a staffer chased us to settle our bill again… very embarrassing… very unprofessional. I hope they train very well their people. sky high bar is a very nice place.

The indoor pool and water spa is awesome. Cost is ok. Service is ok.

We didn't book a room. We went there for a day to relax and have fun in the water spa. We love the pool except that it's too crowded. We tried the lunch buffet, a little pricey but I guess it was okay since the food is delicious and they have a lot of variety. The staff are all courteous and attentive that even it is buffet they will offer you services like to make shabu-shabu for you, to grill pork strips, to get you a drink. And so on… as a result expensive service charge hehe. But we will be back, this time to try to stay for overnight or couple of nights.

Great rooms. 2B and 2 bathrooms. Strict sanitation before using the spa/pool so their facilities are clean Strict rules in attire Great hydrotherapy, hot spa, and sauna. Although there are no time limit for each massage, they must facilitate the people overusing it. Good food and service. Average accomodation, the line for the water spa isn't separated for hotel guests. We have to queue with the walk-in guests and it was taking too long because they were still paying, but we already paid with the hotel.

Location wise, its very accessible. Room Accomodation is kind of expensive but it's worth the money tho Clean and the room is super comfy. Restaurants inside the hotel are affordable too. Staffs are just hmm, "okay". They weren't accomodating at all (except for those that were not assigned in the lobby). We even saw some guests complaining about a misleading info that a staff told her etc. I understand they must be tired because of the high volume of guests that time (This happened on a weekend. There's just too many people around, long lines, very noisy and it felt like we're at a marketplace), but they should still smile and make the guests feel welcome; since they're also the frontliners (but it's the other way around). Well, not all of them are like that though. Kudos to those folks in Skygarden lounge for the free wine and for serving us the buffet breakfast. Hands down to their service, I can't thank you enough ❤️ Anyways, overall this place is good, and I'd still recommend this to those families that are looking for a great place to spend the weekend over or for those that are just planning a quick escapade.

We stayed here for 2 nights and I must say that it was awesome. I will give 5 stars for the room and staff however on the spa pool I will give a negative 1. The lines are so long and you have to wait for 45 minutes for your turn on the reception. I understand it's your policy that a required outfit must be worn while inside the spa area and I like it. But would like to suggest that to allow your guest/s to bring their camera / phone inside to take pictures or videos. Having a memory of what the customer had experienced on the spa area will give them the best moment while staying there.

Loved the delicious buffet here with pretty wide range of choices. The pools here are here are very interesting with therapeutic jets (its like being massage) and it is also inclusive with a 4 hot jacuzzi with different temperature and aroma. It also includes a steam room and sauna. Really enjoyed staying at this place.

Normal hotel. Not provided taxi which I can pay at counter in one bill with credit card. Run out of cash. Is family hotel not business hotel. Waiting my grab for 30min.

Make sure to keep your keys, as much as possible keep an eye on it. Visited ace last new year, was able to open my locker and place my keys on the bench. To my display cant find it. So no choice I have to pay 200. I smell so. Ething fishy. Hmmmmm watchout.!

The hotel is modest and seems to always be troubled by construction noise. They do their best to take great care. The buffet is ok, not the best for vegetarians. Spa is fantastic.

A somewhat cool place to have a weekend getaway with the kids. Its not a good place for smokers, all suites and room are strictly nonsmokinh room. Food is okay but a little pricey.

I decided to throw a suprise birthday celebration for my babe and I don’t regret choosing Ace Hotel & Suites. We were so fortunate because it was timely as it’s their 5th year Anniversary where we enjoyed great deals and discounts! The room was clean, calming and classic, we enjoyed the buffet at Ace Coffee Lounge because we loved everything on our plate, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and sweet, and the spa provided us the much needed relaxation. At first, I was sad for not being able to book a perfect place through Airbnb but thanks to Agoda for suggesting Ace! This is the first time I am writing a review because our stay is worth every penny. We even got ourselves an Ace VIP card because we will definitely go back!

Staff are not so accommodating probably because it was a weekend and there were bunch of people. The TV in the hotel room does not have all the channels listed on their channel list. We called houskeeping and they could not fix it, said we should wait for maintenance staff but none came. as hotel guests, I was expecting that my parents and I will be given priority for the use of the water spa but we had to wait in line along with the walk-in guests which took us 40min because they were taking time enlisting guests. We were able to use the water spa for less than an hour because we had to check out soon. The staff in water spa area are a bit rude to me and my mother. Wont recommend to friends.

Service needs to be improved. The 2 elevators were packed and needed to wait for at least 20 minutes before we were able to go up because there were bus loads of students who checked in.

Love this place! Great place to relax and chill while having a water spa! After all the busy, stressful traffic and a bustling city… Definitely one of the best finale for your long day!

Hotel is nice and warm. Facilities are in good condition. Staff are attentive and will give you a hand to take that perfect shot. Lol! Parking is free.

I love our hotel room here because they had kitchen stuff. So we just cooked our dinner beside a nice view of Mandaluyong. You guys should try it!
