Their rooms are big enough for a family of 4 Spacious parking Good food.

The place is so nice. Very kind staff. And not that expensive for a 5 star hotel. 👌

The service is good. Their staff is so accommodating.

Service was personalized. During the booking process, they asked for the occupants' name, age and vaccination details. I guess that's where they found out about my son's birthday. Upon entering the room, there was a slice of cake and a birthday card for him. 😊

Conveniently located in business centre and near shopping centre and just few minutes from airport Bellevue is one of the best place to stay and relax before flying to your next destination. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious, food buffet is excellent, staff are nice, friendly and helpful.

The amenities are quite fitting for a local 5-star hotel. The two towers combine to form a relatively big ground floor lobby, reminiscent of older hotels in Manila. The hotel's location is convenient, being connected to the international airport and the rest of metro manila via the skyway but still away from the crowded center. The services of the guards and the ground staff can be improved tho. Food is typical hotel-type but reasonably priced.

First off, this hotel is very grand and beautifully done. The pro's are that no matter how many problems happened in our timeline due to family circumstances during our trip, they graciously found solutions. The problem for us was we had to switch our room because they kept telling us we would have water but problems kept happening apparently so the time for water restoration to our wing kept being pushed back. They moved us to a junior suite and gave us a pull away bed for free to cover our missed bed. The only complaint about that suite is that we couldn't see anything at night because there was no overhead lighting, only dim lamps. There is a concierge service with a driver who will take you anywhere you need to go.

Friendly staff and very clean rooms. We stayed at their newer rooms. Check out their pool and dining bar area. The buffet was awesome too. We had a very courteous waiters guiding us with their best foods. Will be coming back here again with my family.

Had an awesome stay. From Front Desk staff to hotel ambiance to the cleanliness of the room, this hotel met our expectations. Kind of pricey but it’s worth it! Buffet breakfast was great. Will definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again.

1. Rooms are beautiful and clean with adequate facilities. 2. Internet speed is good. 3. They have two swimming pools, one in each building. 4. Hotel has facilities like Gym and Spa. Gym is pretty big with varities of equipments. 5. Airport pick-up and drop-off facility is also effective and efficient. 6. Staff is helpful and friendly. 7. Buffet breakfast boasts of a huge menu covering delicacies from multiple countries (mostly non-veg). It also has a separate Indian section where there are two items are served daily. 8. Bar is located on 22nd floor. 9. Place is conveniently located near Festival Mall and you can walk there for leisure, buying things etc. Overall it was an excellent stay, would definitely love to visit again.

Great amenities! With pool, gym, cafe, restaurant, function rooms, comfort rooms, and of course great rooms.

Very nice hotel. Have stayed here many times the past 7 years on business and always had a wonderful stay. Staff are very friendly and courteous.

I haven’t stayed here yet, but we had our company Christmas party here several times, along with various other occasional events (seminars and suchlike). Their staff are courteous and very professional in coordinating with those of us in the event committees. The food is very good.

Very accommodating staff, but the place is always under construction. If you work nights and sleep days, think about that. Good food and amenities but the pools are frequently closed for construction. I have stayed there over 10 times — very nice due to location to call center BPO work, but chose accordingly.

Confortable hotel. Little bit far from animated area. Happily, the bar on top floor has live music to enjoy dîner and night time.

Great hotel, very nice and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast buffet, restaurant as Well. Swimming Pool and Gym ok. A short distance from the shopping centre with shops and restaurants reachable by the Hotel's Shuttle and within 15 min walk.

Our company celebrates our Year End Party here way back 2016 and I could say that the venue is great and classy. Me and my friends checked in as well on their room and they have good accomodation.

Friendly service, good location to the growing business district Filinvest and large and very nice rooms. The breakfast buffet is fantastic offering something for everybody be it European, Asian or local Philippine dishes. Definitely a great way to start a day!

Ive only been to one of the the ballrooms and to the Penthouse event hall and I found both to be awesome venues for parties or dinner/lunch presentations. Lovely hotel in the heart of Alabang.

Horribly inconvenient service with inhospitable staff. Check in was a pain and bell boys had to be told to help the guest carrying many bags. Parking was also unpleasant with an arrogant guard. Overall the staff was slow to respond and provide even acceptable service.

Staff are so polite and friendly. Very high in security. Everyone is very approachable.

The Bellevue Hotel is a very luxurious hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL and ACCOMMODATING and pretty much went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. They have actual security officers on the premises 24 hours and bellhop doormen to assist with your luggage. It was raining the day we checked out. So instead of letting us exit through the main lobby in the rain… the bellhop escorted us to the back entrance to avoid us and our luggage of getting wet! I really that!

The Bellevue is a nice hotel for a weekend getaway. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly, the buffets are good, and they run a shuttle service for the Alabang area. The security is a little lacking and the shuttle giant always pick you up on time.

Husband and I definitely enjoyed our short overnight stay here in celebration of husband's birthday. I find the the location of the hotel very good, a bit out of the way from the maddening crowd, but still not too far from the shopping and dining areas. It is right across F@stBytes, Northgate's dining block, in case you're looking for other dining options and find Alabang Town Center or Festival Mall too far (though I believe the hotel offers shuttle services). We got to stay at a Tower Wing Deluxe Room and it was a great choice. The room was comfortable and complete. Breakfast the next morning at Cafe d'Asie was likewise a delight. One thing we weren't able to do was take a swim at the pool. I guess the room was that comfortable that we didn't want to leave.

My stay at the Bellevue Hotel in Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa, Philippines has been very comfortable, safe, and pleasant. But the most commendable attribute about the Bellevue is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff! The hotel has all of the amenities one would expect from a property of this size and caliber: ballrooms, conference rooms, two pools, high quality restaurants, salons, spas, a boutique bakery, a sky-deck bar and dance club, daily laundry service, socialization events for guests arranged and hosted by the hotel, and grand decor throughout the property. The high point of the property for me has been the warm greeting given by every employee every time they see me — from the hotel manager to the housekeepers and service staff. Each employee seems steeped in the hospitality mantra that the happiness of their guests is the most important element of their business and they will do whatever they can to ensure that goal is achieved. No request that I've made has been denied and the employees have done their best to exceed my expectations. While my room in the hotel could have used a replacement of the carpeting (dingy and worn) the overall condition of the room was serviceable, secure, and functional. I was a guest of the hotel for a full month and each day met my needs for a place to sleep, eat, perform work, relax, and explore metro Manila.
