I arrived in the Philippines yesterday from my 55-days business trip abroad and I was welcomed warmly by Jinjiang Hotel Makati. The driver who picked me up was very courteous and respectful. The food was delicious and they took note of my diet restrictions properly. My room was very spacious, clean and cozy — I was able to sleep 12h straight! I also appreciate their very friendly staffs from Front Desk (Karissa) who answered all my queries happily and politely, and when she called to ask if I have concerns and if I am happy with my room and stay. Thank you to the housekeeping staff who assisted and provided my requests as well. Special thanks to Ms. Jam Puti for arranging my booking ensuring that my quarantine stay and experience is always superb. Thank you for assisting my requests for an air purifier as I was having a bad allergy since I arrived in Manila. You never fail to give the best service to clients! Kudos to Jinjiang Inn.

It's my mom's last day today. She's booked there for the mandatory quarantine as she arrived from Canada. I'm pleased with their friendly and prompt service as well as their COVID-19 protocols. Keep it up ❤

What I adored the most about my 2-night stay in Jinjiang is how it has this neat and tidy feel, along with the cozy "home" ambience. Concierge is A+, and the food is quite tasty. 5/5, would highly recommend. They are also prompt in replying e-mails which was quite helpful for me. If it wasn't for the pandemic, the area is good as well, as it's literally beside one of the Philippines' most prestige malls. Thank you, Jinjiang Inn team!

My 84 years old lola arrived from San Francisco last June 21, 2020 and stayed at Jinjiang Inn – MAKATI.
The hotel staff, Front Office, Housekeeping and Security Department were all knowledgeable about the health and safety procedures on handling quarantine guests. The hotel property is clean, well maintained and sanitized.
The Hotel Manager, Ms. Wesley Ann Go and her team from Front Office, which includes Mr. JR Avla and Ms. Abi ensured that lola’s stay will be stress free, and they were true to their promise. Since lola was not able to go out of her room, they managed to call and talk to my lola over the phone daily, checked on her status/condition, entertained all her inquiries and made sure that she was comfortable and enjoyed her whole stay. Room rate was very reasonable which already included full-board meals and other hotel essentials. Check-in and Check-out were all handled accordingly and it was a breeze! The team were all wearing PPE, and all luggage were disinfected accordingly. They practiced local health guidelines, overall everything were fast and safe!

We stayed at Jinjiang Inn-Makati last July 18, 2019 for the first time and we were so impressed by the location because its so near the food center of Makati and the staff are so solicitous, courteous and quick to respond to our needs. Its a very safe place to stay at.

We have a reservation here today from 3-6pm for 8 persons. Our guests arrived earlier and so did our Corporate Lawyer. When my colleagues and I arrived at 345pm to prepare the documents for our Board of Directors WE WERE SHOCKED TO SEE THE MEETING ROOM WAS NOT PREPARED. Seats were set for 6. The Directors waited for jinjiang personnel to bring in the chairs. All were standing while jinjiang prepared the meeting room at 305pm. The Board meeting was supposed to start at 3pm.
My boss told me to complain about the inefficent handling of the hotel personnel. So I did. And I was so disappointed with the way the hotel supervisor Ms Jasmin Magno handled the situation. Her explanation was bordering on blaming the lawyer for going up to the room earlier. And she even said that our guests went up earlier (which was 5 minutes to 3pm) before they could arrange it at 3pm. WHAT AN EXPLANATION! We will use the meeting room at 3pm and the hotel personnel were supposed to arrange it at 3pm?!?!? Come on Jinjiang personnel common sense! The meeting room should be prepared before 3pm! AND DO NOT BLAME OUR LAWYER THAT SHE WENT UP EARLIER TO CHECK THE ROOM AND PLEASE DO NOT BLAME THE GUESTS FOR GOING UP TO THE ROOM 5 minutes EARLIER. For the record our guests just arrived from overseas and they went straight here for the meeting and will also leave the same day. That is why time is of the essence.
This was not Jinjiang service I have experienced before.

A well managed shelter. Clean room and good service. However, the breakfast failed.

Value for money hotel. Walking distance to most prime malls in Makati.

The place is great. The rooms are clean and spacious, the employees are great and helpful, the clincher for our stay was the breakfast buffet.

Location is central in Makati, Metro Manila. Rooms were clean, but some things not functioning, some lights broken and shower head was broken. However rooms of a high standard. At breakfast there was a good selection. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very good hotel for reasonable price. Super friendly staff. Only Chinese restaurant which why only 4 stars.

Considering the location and the price, Jinjiang Inn offers fairly clean rooms with all the facilities you would need (e. G. Blow dryer, magnifying mirror, towels, toothbrush/toothpaste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, flash light, robes, slippers, etc. ). The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast (compared to what you get from others here), and breakfast was just fine.

Nice hotel in Makati cuty near landmark. Busy area and there are too many eating options nearby but are very expensive. Provision store is available 24/7 near the hotel. 24 hours money exchange is also available near the hotel. Not a big hotel but a decent one.

Nice new rooms and helpful staff. Chinese leaning as the name suggests. Close to malls. Just a little unlucky timing with some noisy kids athletic teams waiting to leave for their flight. I think that's uncommon though.

Best of eight places I have stayed in the Philippines. Generous sized room with good linen, hot water and A/C. Just one block from Greenbelt 3. Decor could be improved, especially in public areas. Lots of choice for breakfast — may be improved vis-a-vis past reviews. Quiet in room despite busy street and window shutters are great for quiet and blocking light.

Awesome price and 2 min walk to makatai malls greenbelt and glorietta.

I like the place. Comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi network. Place is clean and staff will insist of assisting you. Doorman is there to help out. People smiles at you all the time. (sorry too sleepy to create a proper review. More than 24 hrs awake due to delay).

The staff is great. Always greeted me with a smile and often times by name. The doorman always opens the door and will hail a taxi for you while you wait in the lobby. 24 hour Circle K within 30 feet of the front door has hot food and reasonable prices. Walk to Greenbelt in 2 minutes. Money changer 3 doors down. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Food is good here. It was better with the old chef. However I must say it's one of the places you can have Chinese food in the Philippines that's not altered. Very much authentic. We had honey ribs which tasted delicious. Their vegetables was done nicely. My complains was the fish and chicken meat. The fish they used was Dory and it tastes funny. They didn't specify this in the menu. Their chicken tasted overly elastic which I figure must be the preserver they use to keep the meat. Maybe it was an off day. Usually their food is very good.
