Trip Inn Legazpi City near Airport

The location is very convenient because it was located in the city center. Room is clean but the shower handle is broken. Overall our stay is great. The staff are welcoming.

If there were an option for zero stars, I would definitely choose it. The pillowcases and bed sheets were dirty and had stains. The room had a bad smell, the faucet was broken, and the cold water wasn’t working. Very disappointing experience.

Steam bath is broken.
No slippers for guest.
No toothbrush and toothpaste. Small room for couple. U get what u paid for. Room is just USD21.
Room is not soundproof. I suggest u get a room far from the lobby. Because at night or even in the morning, you can hear staffs taliking to each other.

Dirty linens and pillows. Faulty faucets and showers. Non-functioning water heater.

The location is very good but the hotel was neglected, it was dirty, the sheets and towels were stained and torn, the door locks were broken, the bathroom have a lot of issues. The Wi-Fi not working properly in the room. There was a lot of noise from the street (there is no sound proofing windows). It is not cheap, you can find better options in the same price.

The room is not clean. Dirty floor, dirty linens and with not pleasing smell. No elevator and rooms were on the third floor. Key cards not functioning and even the telecom.
Just really tired for the day and no energy to look for another hotel.
Lines have stains. And smells bad.
Bed frame curtain is so dirty.
Floor tiles were for outdoor use so dirt fills the spaces. Need to clean with brushes.
Walls were also dirty. No base board so it totally looks dirty.
No cabinet only head board drawers. Good to have small vault in place.
The set up was nice and neat though. Only if you get to check it in detail.

"I stayed at Trip Inn for my two-day exam, and I must say they served as a suitable place to stay during that period. Their location is superb, being close to malls and the city center, just a 10-15 minute walk from my exam center. They were also very responsive in texts, making the reservation process hassle-free.
However, I have a few comments:
1. Their staff didn't assist me in carrying my luggage and backpack from the ground floor to the third floor. They only helped when ushering me to my room, which was a short distance from the reception desk. (5-8 steps away)
2. My room, being near the lobby, was very noisy, with staff talking and laughing day and night.
3. During check-out, again, the staff didn't help me carry my things downstairs, making me feel undervalued as a guest.
4. The bathroom sinks had black dirty stuff and were not well-maintained or cleaned. The faucets and showers had loose ends, resulting in leakages during showers. They also didn't provide bathroom kits, so I was grateful that I brought my own.
5. The TV had issues reading my hard drive, unlike the next day when I stayed at a different hotel, and the TV had no trouble reading my media files. "
