The ambiance of the hotel is awesome, specially their rooms We actually extend our stay here because we really like the service and how they approach their guests. Room Service ✔️ Hotel amenities ✔️ Free Breakfast (their food is really good) ✔️ I'll give 5 stars for them. Hopefully, the management will maintain their good services. If you're looking for a fresh and nice ambiance. A stress free stay cation, I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is worthy to be recommended. The courteous staff is a plus factor greeted you with a welcoming smile. The highlight of our stay is the perfect view of the Mayon Volcano. The room is spacious which has a very comfortable pillows & bed.
I wish the front desk computer system is more reliable on the booking reservation records via Booking. Com. Though I have provided the print out voucher but took them 25minutes to locate. Definitely needs an improvement of the lead time.

Celebrated my daughter's 18th and everything was good from food, service and venue.

I spent 11 days there … Very nice staff and room decorations … Only major negative was the bed was a hard as the floor… Front desk had two comforters added on top to make it better but it still was miserable to sleep on. Obviously somebody cut a corner and went cheap on the mattress and expensive on the room decorations. Poor planing on light switches and lighting in bathroom poor. Compared to other hotels I stayed locally this is better than the others and host local celebrities and is still has renovations going on.

The location is okay, it would be better to be in a more open area so it would get more attraction from tourists. Rooms are neat and smell fresh. Service is good, and not to shabby either.

This hotel can be included as a five star hotel. Their rooms are so clean specially their rug. Room amenities were great. Located in a mall which is owned by only one person. Also near SM.

I had a great stay Lotus Blu! I am a Bicolana by blood but been away for years. Been to different hotels in Manila due to work, Cebu and others seeing a very comfortable in Legaspi is somewhat I can be proud of. I am overjoyed with the kind of service you had with your guests. I like the ambiance its a combination of modern and native decors promoting products from our own place. I feel like home. Very spacious, clean and staffs are accommodating. Keep it up. I would definitely recommended you to my friends and colleague s. Just one suggestion: to check on the heater before guests would use the rooms.

We had a great time staying with this hotel. Great room, awesome employees and great free breakfast. We even asked them to deliver it in our room. We will definitely be back and recommend it to our friends. We just forgot to turn on the NO DISTURB button. Next time pls dont forget to turn it on so that no one will push the doorbell in your intimate time.

The hotel room is really nice. It has exceeded my expectations. There was just one issue with the shower drain smell on room 303. The staff did their best but the smell keeps coming back after using the shower. All in all our stay was more than satisfactory. The staff are very helpful and polite. I just hoped they fix the issue with the shower drain smell.

I've been travelling to Bicol for more than a decade been checking in hotels, motels, inns and rooms for rent. But by far this has exceeded my expectations.
Upon entering the hotel we were gladly welcomed by the door man (suggestion please put a ramp for the luggages) then was assisted immediately by the front desk manager. We were checked in less than 5 minutes. When ordering the suite we got we were surprised… huge space for the toilet and bath. Floor to ceiling window with a glimpse of the Mayon Volcano and a very very comfortable bed which we always worry about.
When we checked out they even had a service going to the airport which is a plus.
I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Legazpi City. It's near the malls as well.
