Great staff and property!

Hotel staffs are very professional and accommodating. Kudos to Sam, Lyn and other staffs we forgot the names. Very responsive and easy to deal with. Thank you from Brad Tours Cebu! We will surely book again if we need hotel services in Tagbilaran.

I would highly recommend Belian Hotel bec they were able to deliver our Adapter charger left in the room. Aside from that, their staff were very accommodating and the cleanliness of the room was good. We had an excellent dining experienced and the food was really great!

Belian hotel is near the Tagbilaran Port. Its a giod hotel if you stay a night before going to Panglao and as tour staging point for countryside tour. Breakfast is good. Staff are courteous. Transportation (tricycle is accessible outside the hotel). Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. The staff/employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very delicious specially their champorado! But if you're not used to eating filipino foods so you might not appreciate it. Rooms were also clean, they changed our linens EVERYDAY! The only downside is there's no windows in the room. It is also near the pier and airport and to panglao island.

Value for money hotel strategically located near the port. Breakfast although it’s free is so so and some room doesn’t have windows.

Booked at this hotel because of it's proximity to the port and the malls. Booked through their website and paid through Paypal. The hotel can be clearly seen from the Tagbilaran port. You can take a tricycle from the port to the hotel. It's about 5 minute ride. Upon check-in, you'll be asked for a 1000 peso deposit which can be claimed upon check-out. Be sure to keep the claim stub for this. The room (standard room) is small, enough for a good sized bed, a few cabinets and the bathroom. There was just 1 outlet on the other side of the bed to charge my phones. The room was very clean though the toilet was leaking and also the shower head was leaking. But was able to have the leaking toilet fixed right away by their maintenance. Overall, this is hotel is okay. The room I got was small but I like it's location and proximity to the port. Outside the hotel, there's the STK Seafood restaurant by the corner. And on the other side of that corner is a convenience store. Lite Port Center Mall is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. While BQ Mall and Alturas Mall is a 15 minute ride from the hotel. Although it is a bit hard getting tricycles at this area.

The room is clean and the furnishings are new & updated but the air-conditioned is really small that it's enough to make the whole room real cold. The free breakfast buffet is okay. Staff are friendly enough. The biggest draw for this hotel is its proximity to the port and it is within the city so everything is in walking distance. Price is a bit stiff though and they don't have any swimming pool or rooftop deck.

Bad advertising on a booking website. The rooms were quite tight, the free Wi-Fi was descent but sometimes slow, the TV channels have bad reception/low signal but can still be watched, the shower was average but the water heater was not functioning, leaving me with ice cold water. Overall, not worth it.

The room is tiny but overall is quite good. We arrived the hotel early and rented a motobike for 600 pesos a day, the motobike took long wait to come but they serve free drinks while waiting. The motobike owner didn't bring bike with helmats, and it'll take more time for him to get them for us. As for safty concerns, he should bring them not telling us its fine not to wear it here. The toilet flush doesnt work sometimes. Good location, very close to port, and located at a convenient area that is close to BQ mall for money exchange, few massage places. The best of this hotel is the buffet for breakfast which is included in room price. The service is alright.

Upon walk-in, they told me all standard rooms are full, so I paid 2.300 Pesos for the superior room. It was 1.30pm. After paying, they told me, check in is strictly 2pm, so I had to wait. While waiting, some local people arrived and inquired for a standard room and were given one. Since it was 2pm meanwhile, they could move into their standard rooms right away. Then it's 2.30pm — they still let me wait, since my Superior Room I paid already in full is still being cleaned. Upon complaining, front desk lady turns around and ignores me for another 10 minutes. What shameful upselling tactics and deplorable customer service! Also, the hot water in the CR is not really hot. Breakfast supposed to start at 6am, but no hot coffee until 6.20am, I asked for fried eggs, which came 20 minutes later half raw. Buffet is less good than last time, now mostly greasy or fried things. It was my 3rd stay here, but obviously my last.

I couldn't get there due to a Typhoon over Cebu-bohol — Palawan (flights and ferrys were cancel) so I tried to cancel my reservation (I called and email to the hotel to explain the situation), but they didnt care at all and charge the full price for the room anyways, like I could manage the wheather…

Amazing sunset view of the port from the 6th floor terrace. You can order a drink from the restaurant on the ground floor. Mojito (P130) lacked the 3 main ingredients and was more like iced tea, so maybe try something else.

Very clean and modern hotel with great staff.

The food was delicious specially Fillet Mignon, my favorite but I ordered Peruvian, a little bit hard ang meat pero okey ra. The sauce was fine. The place was nice and the staff were kind. I can say, I will go again to eat someday.

Best breakfast we had, stuff very accommodative and hospitable. Also, we got a free ride to the ferry. The only thing is a room with no windows and aged bathroom.

Location is perfect, because it's near restaurants and 1 minute walk from the port for the boats. Room looks nice and clean and the beds get cleaned everyday. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning is very noisy and it can only cool on maximum power, to stop it you need to pull the power cable. The Wi-Fi is weak and you can only have Wi-Fi if the TV is on, which is very inconvenient. The shower is bad, sometimes hot and sometimes cold and the showerhead is half broken.

Very near the seaport, they have free pick up and drop off service and hotel is quite new. Good for people who go to Bohol for business. Room rate includes free breakfast.

Rooms are ok nothing special staff is very friendly and accomodating.

Nothing to say BAD in this hotel. Everything is PERFECT. Everything that I need is here. Everyone in the hotel is warm and happy. Highly recommended.

At first I really thought I would leave the hotel after my two nights stay but they were able to find me another room instead. I could always find another hotel if I could but I fell in love with the place. Again I have to transfer due to heavy booking and finally I was able to stay straight for another 4 days… a total of 8 days in this hotel of which my only complaint is the excessive charge for laundry. The accolades of having a friendly staff or even security guards are true, the food is great in the restaurant, the rooms are nice and clean with brand new air conditioning. I have been to a lot of hotels here in Tagbilaran so far Belian tops it all. I would definitely be back and recommend this place to friends and connections in the States!

Place is still new. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My room is a little bit small. No cabinets. Wifi is on SmartTV so you need to always turn on the TV. Food is average.

Nearby Tagbilaran pier. Clear and simple room and everything working well. — There is towels, toathbrushes, etc. Very good buffet brakfast. Price and quality is good.

We stayed here when our PAL flight was canceled. It is decent basic hotel with friendly staff. Internet speed was surprisingly fast. Food was not so good so only 3 stars.
