One of the best budget hotels I've ever been!
room is so clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Price is very affordable.

Great place to stay for the price… clean and new in appearance… shower was fine… excellent Wi-Fi and TV… friendly staff… We had the Deluxe Room and it was only $2 different than standard room…

Comfortable, clean, no bugs, everything works, staff friendly efficient and non intrusive. Attractive facilities, quiet convenient location and reasonable rates.

Stayed here for one night before leaving Bohol, could not of asked for a more clean and tidy room.

For a budgeted accomodatio I give it a 4 star because this place is nice, comfy, clean and the Wi-Fi is good. The airconditioning too is great.

I love the newly built room it is also very accessable to the center of Tagbilaran, the room prices are pretty cheap as I didn't expected how beautiful it was.

Worst hotel experience ever.
1. The shower water hardly comes out, it’s like poking holes on a water bottle cap and flipping it upside down over the sink. And there’s only two temperatures for the water, cold or hot, no in between.
2. There have been ants in our room all three nights and four days that we have been here. After the first night we had asked them to spray, which we shouldn’t of had to since the room should’ve been checked and ready for us, and they calmed they sprayed but ants were still here when we came back.
3. The Wi-Fi connection kept going in and out and when I asked for help with the connection they just said sorry and they didn’t try anything else.
4. The TV stopped working the second night because “the wind was so bad”.
5. The room service was a terrible job. It never looked like they came in to replace the towels or anything after we left.
6. Not only have ants been in our room, but a geiko and a cockroach.
For all the money that we payed for this place, they could’ve at least done a better job at making us comfortable. After all, days of exploring, its hard to come back and try to relax to a crappy room. I wouldn’t even Star this hotel but unfortunately Facebook forced me to.

This hotel is perfect for the price. It cost me 21 CAD per night and it's located in one of the busiest parts of Tagbilaran. Big plus is that it's a stone throw away from the ferry and the airport. The rooms are very clean, but if you are scared of tiny little ants, you might want to avoid (just like any hotel at ground level). Oh, they also sell purified water for 25 pisos a liter, which I love.

Strategic location near the port and the airport Dayview Tourist Home is an anonymous little pearl located just in between the Tagbilaran Ferry Terminal and the airport. Just a few minutes ride with tricycle from both which makes Dayview ideal as a starting point for Bohol. The best internet ever so far! Dayview Tourist Home is not a fancy place, there is no beach, no pool and neither a fantastic view. But the place is new, fresh and very clean. The bed was equipped with a spring mattress. Our room had both AC and fan. Breakfast was not included but it didn't matter because you have the Cogon market around the corner where you could buy whatever you want. And last but definitely not least, according to my experience they had the best internet connection so far in the whole of Philippines! Yes you heard right. A stable and powerful connection where you could upload and download heavy files. For some that doesn't matter but if you are working online that's worth its weight in gold. Conclusion If you are looking for a fresh and very clean budget accommodation with a central location with good Wi-Fi and if you don't mind taking the motorcycle going to the beach and other attractions this is the place for you. If you like to have the beach just outside the door, near to restaurants, bars and discos this is not the place for you.

Great place, cheap and cheerful. Staff were friendly and it's close enough to town, easy to find. Would stay again.

Been there the place was clean and near the airport.

Good location, 10 minutes to the Tagbilaran Pier, 5 minutes to the shopping mall. Extremely friendly and helpful personel, they helped us to arrange the transport from the hotel to our next destination. When we left a small backpack at the reception while check-out, one of the hotel's staff caught us at the bus terminal and drove us our lost. Good Wi-Fi connection in the room.

Cozy, relaxing place to stay. Its more of a big house than an inn. Friendly staff.

Great cheap place to stay. Very friendly staff, the rooms were very clean and bright. Good for a long weekend type stay to explore Bohol.

The Guesthouse is very conveniently located. Walk 7 minutes from the airport. Easily accessible by bike to all the attractions on Bohol and Panglao. Nice rooms, great staff. To help remove the bike or tell me how to get on the bus. Near market and Mall.

Value for money. Basic aircon room with hot shower in the city center and good when you have your own transportation (far away from white sand beaches and nice restaurants). Very frienfly and helpful staff.
