My first hostel experience and it was epic the owner of the hotel was so helpful the rooms were clean, but the owner went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable including going to another town and buying me a bus ticket because they didn’t have them here.

We stayed at Gonzalo’s Hostel for 2 nights. At the evening we arrived, he also organized a tour to visit the Uros Island the next morning.
We loved the breakfast with fresh avocado, juice and eggs (many more things), he made every morning for his guests.
There’s also a chance to wash your clothes.
Another tip is to watch the sunset from the rooftop of the Hostel.

Had a wonderful stay here! Lovely welcome, great Wi-Fi, and a comfortable room. As soon as we arrived, they made us Coca Tea as I was feeling a bit off from the altitude. At night, we asked for a portable heater because our room was a bit chilly and we were given one right away, as well as, an extra wool blanket. We slept very comfortably. Not to mention, we were so delighted have a hot shower. We went on a home stay excursion to Lake Titicaca and they held our luggage safely overnight. We woke up late for the home stay and the staff were incredibly kind, helping us have breakfast and store our bags very quickly and letting us pay when we got back. They also let us sit in the lobby and use the toilet and Wi-Fi while we waited for our bus to Cusco free of charge.
Our every need was provided for with efficiency and kindness. Excellent service.
