Very unique hotel with open air concept, wild birds walking about and lunch menu.

I really liked this place! Great view and comfortable sleeping units. Also there is a peacock on the top floor lol.

Hotel Museum with a surprising style, parrot and peacock live there freely. A small oasis ideally placed near the center.
On the other hand, it's a bit noisy, the breakfast is not exceptional (but it goes anyway) and especially not included in the price of the night.

Ask yesterday at the reception how much does it cost to stay and the receptionist told me that only makes booking on the Internet, I was amazed, that is very wrong, additional just went to visit my friend abroad and she said to me that it was only with your things and treat you normally, where are we? Among peruvians can't do that, very bad.

Warm place, with a European touch.

Good location The facilities are not luxurious but it is very clean and very good attention.

Very picturesque place. It is an old house full of paintings and sculptures where you look located in the historical center of Lima. I recommend spending at least one night, the price is accessible and the place deserves it.

It's okay if you don't wait too long. The hotel is located in the historic centre of Lima. The rooms were clean and there was hot water. The Wi-Fi did not work during the 5 days we stayed and there were several animals that at times interrupted the rest, especially a peacock.

Very classic old hotel, slightly old, but can see the fenghua of the year.
The top floor is very leisurely with peacock birds … Luggage can be sent here so that our trip to South America doesn't have to carry too many things.

The stairs are complicated to climb with very large suitcases, outside of that very good service and facilities.

Old place with the perception of dirt, no elevator, only accept cash, adequate bathroom, comfort enough for a single night. Half a block from the catacombs and two from the Plaza de Armas. Safe until relatively late. Full day reservation.

A quiet location in the center of Lima, the staff very friendly and attentive. The decor is a bit baroque.

Good price comfortable but I do not recommend the breakfast there, leave the hotel, there are better options.

The architecture of the building is of colonial style, it has wide lanes, is a good place to stay.

There is No lift, lack of toilet in the hotel in general there are some rooms that do not have a TV and charge the same. You do not have To/A. Only accepts cash payments.

Does not have a lift, do not have a helper for the luggage, the stairs are girls, there are some rooms that do not get it the Wifi, it says that they have cable but only see 2 national channels and there are rooms that don't even have TV and charge the same price, they are just rooms for sleeping and ready. The rooms are clean however one can observe spider webs and sites in dirty and dusty in the building.

My only regret is that I can't give it ZERO stars. This is a case of, " you get what you pay for". We read the reviews, and after a long bus ride we arrived. We should have turned around and left immediately. We only had 2 nights in Lima and didn't want to spend them looking for another place. We thought we would make the best of it. Don't do what we did. Just don't book here. On check in, (we had reservations) we had to… Make our own bed. Clean the bathroom so we could use it. Take out the trash that was left in the sheets. There are openings in the walls above the door to your room. That's right OPENINGS. Plural. Oddly one had handprints. We thought, eh. Probably the workers did something a while ago. Wake up in the morning… They blocked us in with scaffolding and a ladder in front of our door… And a guy STANDING on the ladder in front of our door. Able to not only LOOK right in, he could CRAWL right in through the openings. More on that later. The reviews and photos show a cute, funky old hotel, with kitchsy artworks and statues. Let me tell you. These people are insane. They have HUNDREDS of reproductions of local artwork laying around, in expensive frames. They have new $400 LCD tvs in the rooms, but have rooms that aren't sealed off or clean. The towels, the sheets… Everything is old. They keep spending money on weird things because people keep coming here to see them. Stop. As travelers, we owe it to each other to NOT support these kinds of businesses.
