Nice room and location but terrible service. Slow internet. Not coming back.

Enjoyed our stay here since it was a new hotel, and the receptionists are very friendly. This area is not downtown, so don't expect many sites close to this hotel. However, it is situated nicely near supermarkets, and good restaurants.

Overall disappointing stay. 1. Because of a blizzard in Boston, the airport was closed and I wasn't able to travel/check in as planned. Although I notified the hotel manager of the issue immediately, the manager still chose to charge me $150 USD + taxes & fees because I didn't notify them of the cancellation 48 hrs in advance. Compounding this frustration was the curt/nasty email from the manager responding to my request not to be charged — — basically saying "too bad". 2. While the hotel is kept very clean, it was bothersome that I had to call and remind them on two separate occasions that they'd missed cleaning my room. I was only there for 4 days. 3. Another colleague who arrived on an early morning international flight to conduct several meetings prior to our conference convening was not permitted to check in early, despite previous request — — the hotel wanted to charge her as if she checked in the day before. 4. The ONE time I ate the hotel's uninspired/uninteresting breakfast buffet, I became violently ill. This was the morning of my evening flight back to Boston. Traveling from Lima back to Boston, doubled over with stomach pains was terrible — — and after 2.5 days, I'm still recuperating.

This is a good mainly business hotel stay at in the Surco area of Lima, so slightly off the beaten track as a tourist hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful & attentive, and the rooms are well equipped & the beds comfortable. The hotel has a good restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Very convenient is the access and yard. An excellent choice for breakfast business…

Comfortable Hotel with good rooms. Lousy attention, they are very stingy and unprofessional. As soon as he opens another fence, I stopped going.

Hotel relatively new, the room I touched was large, very comfortable. Very well maintained and surprising digital automation! Good gesture to leave complimentary water, I sounded weird that the rate paid did not include breakfast, which by the way I tried and I do not think it was to collect what I was charged, dine in the hotel and I found very good food and above all the attention of their staff. Recommended!

Probably the best Hilton room I have stayed at. New modern tech oriented. Staff is great. Rates and value are amazing. Location is excellent. Boulevard with plenty of gyms and restaurants on in one side and plaza for quick food and shopping Mart to the other side. So location is prime for this hotel. The rain shower is amazing. The stand in space is perfect. The designfor the room and the hotel is excellent. I am extremely glad I decided to check it out. Now I know my go to hotel for all my Lima trips. Great breakfast buffet. They have a rooftop terrace that I wished were open to guests and maybe have wine and beer happy hour up there. Front desk told me it was for private events ONLY. There's bar lounge area on 4th floor right next to check in desk. Good gym and rooms have good TV channels, ironing kit and work desk space with comfortable beds. It is perfect, keep it up!

Excellent location, modern and elegant facilities, the attention of the staff very friendly and professional, the best hotel in the area of Surco, very well located near shopping centers, banks and several restaurants.
Varied and delicious buffet breakfast, in addition the restaurant serves a la carte dishes at lunch and dinner.
It has a well equipped gym.

Very very good. Cost and benefit. All the time customer attention. Focus on customer satisfaction. The good and advanced technology of electricity, the breakfast is good. The dinner has very good options. Very clean, changing things and cleaning all days. The hygiene stuff are Neutrogena not blank brand.

Great, Hotel new, everything works. Localização Atenciosos. It has a casino on the ground floor machines swallows coins and the first floor tables.

Highest priced Bed & breakfast. The rooms are new and very modern as far as accessories are concerned. Perfect for the business traveler who needs practicality and good cost. The food is not very good and there is no minibar in the rooms. The Wi-Fi is very good speed … The rooms are quiet (depends on which choose), expands and the gym is just what you need.

Hilton Honors member. Stayed on Hilton's all over the world and this Hilton Garden Inn is added into my list of favorites.

Nice new Hilton. Giving this review since I understand at begining they have CS issues and after few months I can say CS has been improved in all levels. Personnel asking all time how is my stay and if I need something. Keep the good work. For sure, I will come back and recommed it.

Good infrastructure, medium duty.

Fantastic! The rooms are new and large. They have easy to use electronic keypads for controlling everything in the room. Breakfast was wonderful.

Good for travelers and families. The room size is huge even for their single rooms. They provide Neutrogena toiletries and ample towels. Excellent Hotel for business travel and conventions in Lima. Small groups can rent and lease conference rooms on the third floor and there is a casino on the ground floor.

Nice place, it's a very new hotel but need to work with their people to train in customer service.

The living room Orchid is small and cozy. Excellent decoration.

New Hotel. The conference room well. The bathroom is a little small. The chest will break plenty. On the other hand the lobby is interesting but they didn't have variety in drinks but if in liquor.

New, modern, with great customer service. We were greated upon entry and guided to the 4th floor check in lobby. Jose Carlos was very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to see how modern the room was. Electronic panels for lighting, the bathroom had a window to the room with an optional blind to cover. Room had a fridge, water, and an Hd tv. Hotel was very secure as you needed a key card to use the elevator. Great hotel.

Cozy place, spacious, very good customer service, all first. Only I did use the conference room for a meeting with a client, you have the translation service for the people present in the auditorium (with headphones), the auditorium is impeccable. I can not speak for the rest of the facilities because I did not use them.

Very impressed, usually stay at the DoubleTree in Mira Flores but this is a very viable alternative. Rooms are great and staff is very helpful. Must impressive and my largest frustration with the DoubleTree is the checkout process ahead of an early flight — I always budget 10 minutes for all the documents and payments at the DoubleTree to my shock all of my paperwork was done this morning and simply needed to run my CC and sign this morning @ 4AM and I was out the door at the HGI. Also taxi cost is about 1/2 that ad the DoubleTree in Mira Flores. Great find, happy it opened and can say if you have business in Surco this is the best option I've found in years working in Lima.
