Overpriced and underserviced. I booked this through trip advisor under the belief I had already paid as there was a pending payment on my credit card. Also booked this in expectation of a quiet room to rest which was my only request. However after checking in tried to call for room service several times but got no response to the point I had to get dressed and travel from the twelth floor to get their attention and I am a disabled person so it was a long trip and when I arrived found the Manger Cindy and her receptionist chatting casually their excuse being that they were busy attending to arrivals even though there we none present. When I finally got my room service dinner by midnight I was okay with the service but no with the long time it took. Furthermore on the Saturday night when I arrived at the hotel I was robbed while security watched without assistance then some people were checking into the rooms next to me at 1:30 Sunday morning and were moving furniture and making a lot of noise destroying my sleep. On Monday night after returning to my room after being out all day I arrived my room had not been cleaned after reporting this the house keeping staff Andreas arrived and entered without knocking while I was changing seeing me naked invading my privacy I reported this but no action was taken by the Shift Manager Raul. Then on Tuesday morning I was woken at 6:00AM by phone and house keeping disturbing my sleep which they claimed was by mistake.

It has basic things but gym is so poor and beds are so hard, uncomfortable. Very professional staff.

Hotel is simple but nice, modern and decorated with very good taste. The warmth of all your employees is your strongest point. The kitchen does not have a letter huge, but if you have enough variety of dishes and all the q I had to try were delicious and excellently presented.
