Lovely hotel. Well positioned in the heart of lima… oh. Be careful any snack laid out is considered "mini bar". Let's just say I learnt the hard way. Lolll.

Excellent service. The staff is very friendly since you entered the hotel. In addition to having rooms for different types of events. Located in a great area so it is easy to get to, plus access is quick.

Just an open space lobby with lots of natural light flooding the main dining-room where the food is properly awe-inspiring (typical Peru, ya know! ). The sites around the place are brilliant, and the cityscapes are so comforting. There are little restaurants, hidden parks, pètit streets, and big-city orchestrated noises literally everywhere.

What a wonderful place! Well-kept, excellent customer service, friendly and highly efficient personnel, good food, the neighborhood is beautiful and no noise from traffic … when in Lima, stay at the Hotel Los Delfines!

My opinion for the event area. It is a good hotel, good infrastructure, good facilities. Parking is very confusing with its notices. They have several exit signs that confuse.

The hotel Los Delfines is located in the residential district of San Isidro, therefore it is a very nice area. The hotel is 5 stars and has all the amenities you may need. The staff is very friendly, in the morning there is breakfast buffet which the truth is quite good. Conferences that I have attended previously are also held at the hotel and there are no complaints in this service either.

Reservations placed me on hold for over 40 minutes when asking for a rate. Finally hung up on me. Whoever oversees that department should have a serious training session with their employees.

Really nice hotel, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Good restaurant and lounge. Free shuttle is available which comes in handy. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Pretty hotel but they will try to make you pay extra. They charged us taxes (impuestos) twice. Normal exchange rate is 3.25 and their exchange rate is 3.55. They will put somethings in soles and some things in dollars then to exchange rate tricks to make you pay more. Other than that there is terrible service and there was no internet all weekend.

Yes The service is very good, the food is spectacular from the view on the plate, its desserts so delicate, very nice to taste, the exact point in sweet and good for my part congratulate your chef. Return to Trujillo happy and recommend it, the deluxe rooms are worth going to give you a taste to make you feel like a Queen.

It's a nice hotel, it has a bar, pool, business room, restaurants and a casino.
The rooms are comfortable, well lit and have a good internet, the TVs are modern and smart, you can watch local TV, Netflix, YouTube and even Fox. (You can access with your account)
The food is not very good, it eats better in other places and the service of the waiters leaves a lot to be desired, wait more than 15 minutes so that they will bring me a coffee and the place was not crowded, you have to ask the waiters several times to take the things.
If I would go back to the hotel, but I wouldn't eat there.

My review is to the convention halls. There are no complaints of spaces, they are spacious and appropriate, but with regard to the habit that the hotel has to place aromas or fragrances in the air conditioning system. At every event I visit the hotel and convention center, I can't wait to retire from breathing discomfort, even asthma attacks. We exist a population of allergic patients that although we will not be a majority we are a significant group. There is nothing better than pure air without essences or fragrances and properly filtered with hepa or other methods to be able to properly enjoy the facilities of your rooms or auditoriums. Thank you.

Friendly place and very good attention.

A very special place for a special celebration. Nice buffet and attention. The buffet is varied and caters from 5pm to 8pm from Monday to Friday. It is better to call before to secure and reserve a space if they are going to be a baby shower, birthday, even for 2 people. It's all with reservation. They will spend a beautiful time, tasting varied and delicious food and listening to musical melodies with a good pianist.

It is an excellent place, either to stay as to eat something. It has ample environments to carry out meetings or trainings. It also has a casino. The area where it is located is very nice which gives a nice atmosphere to the place.

Great hotel, competitive pricing. The in-house restaurant is top notch and the nightclub/bar certainly holds its own. If it has been years since your last visit, be wary, as they NO LONGER have actual dolphins in the pool.

The Sunday buffet is little changed. Attention is not very good. The ensemble that played live music had the volume too high, making conversation difficult. It was not a good experience.

Tea time buffet : The food and drinks are delicious, but some stands are really boring because they lack of variety (random e. G. Bread and ham, bread and another type of ham, bread and a 3rd type of ham. And they all use the same type of bread). The buffet was different the 3 times I went there so you never know (or maybe it's actually a day of week thing) when you will get a bad main selection or a bad appetizer, which makes it kind of a hit or miss buffet.

The hotel staff is friendly and has a smile on their face. During breakfast they were a little forgetful in terms of bringing the requested tea and eggs. The breakfast has enough choice like cereal, fresh fruit, warm food like scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes etc. Fresh orange juice, pineapple juice, detox drink and fruit flavoured water for drinks and you can order hot drinks. Next to the breakfast area is the old bassin for the dolphins, who are not in the bassin anymore. The pool is small and in this time of year you have sun until 15.00. The rooms are basic and Wi-Fi is quite slow when everybody is waking up. You can sleep with 2 persons in the bed, but it is a little cramped. There is a TV and DVD player in the room and air-conditioning works great. Not too cold and works like it should. The bathroom has a low bath and a big showerhead. Temperature of the water is good. I did order food at the swimming pool but without cheese, but unfortunately it was still on the salad. My colleague ate a wrap, but the fries were cold and the wrap was OK. The location of the hotel is in a safe area, but you do need a taxi to go to other places. There is a nice country club opposite the hotel where you can have a drink and eat something.

Of all the hotels I have visited of far the who has thought more about my. The robes are of poor quality, until now I want to buy one.

The Hotel is very nice. Staff does not have the slightest idea of what is customer, everyone from front desk to housekeeping, the treatment you get is very uncomfortable, frankly I don't think back.

Mediocre service and mediocre food. Plus they have these poor dolphins swimming around and around in a pathetically small swimming pool. It´s depressing. Those animals should not be there. Didn´t enjoy being there at all.
