Very clean. Kind staff. Stayed only one night. Did not explore the surroundings.

We stayed here for only 2 nights. We were so amazed at how clean and nice the place was. The place is like brand new and the rooms are very beautifully decorated. Very very nice place. The breakfast was also nice. Everything you'd expect. The area is of course in Miraflores next to everything you'll need. Food, shopping, and also the Huacapucllana ruins. It's a very nice place to stay. And the staff are very helpful and polite! We'd definitely consider staying there again, it's a very very good value for your money!

Nice hotel but the location is a problem you can't pick up or dropp off people easely. There is not a special place to parking.

I stayed 1 night at the hotel with my boyfriend and it was a real mess. The plumbing of the hotel is collapsed, the toilet did not come down nor the water. We made the complaint to reception and brought a potato to the room for us to use and uncover the toilet. As the problem was the plumbing and not the toilet, logically we could not fix it. An employee offered to uncover it and couldn't solve it either. We asked for room change and the answer was that the hotel was complete, we could not use the bathroom to do our needs, something basic in the operation of the hotel. I asked to get my money back or at least part of it since I was not given any solution, no room or hotel change, the answer was that the manager was going to get close in the morning before leaving. Nobody showed up, nobody took over, nobody gave us a solution. In short they are scammers because if one breaks something in the room they make you sign that they are entitled to Cobrártelo reteniéndote credit card data, now they do not offer the basic service to a customer and disappear?. In addition to this, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired, hair balls and fluff on the floor of the room and a hair at breakfast. Pay 90, 000 for one night in a room without being able to use the bathroom, and having to flush a toilet. A disgrace!

I travel to lima 1-2 times a year, I've been staying at this hidden hotel for the past 3 years, I got to say that I've enjoyed it every time I'm here, the rooms are clean and we'll maintained, the breakfast is wonderful with a variety changing every day so you don't get bored, the staff is very friendly and helpful, also what I love about this hotel is the rates and it's in a very quiet zone of mira flores, very conveniently located 5mins from Kennedy park, and surquillo, I would recommend this hotel.

Clean, attended by very friendly people. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. It has handicrafts in steps, restaurants, commerce, metropolitan and everything a tourist might need, nearby. Breakfast is plentiful although the service in the morning is a bit chaotic but is forgiven.

Tiene una bar Wi-Fi en todas las areas incluidas habitaciones. Podria hacer cambios en los equipos de climatizacion de las habitaciones, son bastante viejos y a veces no funcionan bien.

Comfortable Hotel, friendly staff, very concerned about the well-being of the guest. They helped me with taxis, reservations and so forth.
Full breakfast, varied, friendly waiters even when the whole restaurant was full, maybe some more space would help them.
There is a construction next door that annoys a bit, but it is so warm and careful the attention they provide at the hotel that make you forget the annoying noise.
I would recommend it without a doubt.

Erika and I have arrived at the beautiful Mariel Hotel yesterday. From our arrival at the airport, the attention of the taxi sent by the Hotel to being of first, excellent attention by the driver (Don Miguel). Upon arriving at the hotel all the staff from Beto (the bellboy), Andy from receptionist and the person who attended us at the hotel Restaurant, have made our visit to Lima a beautiful experience. Shower is weak, no pressure and no temperature control. Breakfast was good.

Very very noisy. Not very clean, lots of black hairs in bathroom. However very nice staff!

Rooms are modern and clean. But theres building work going on next door so from 7am you will be woken up, and the street is pretty loud. Reception was pretty rude and the Wi-Fi is the slowest I have ever had in a hotel anywhere in the world!

Very neat and tidy, but the Wi-Fi was very unstable. I had a early flight and the "up n go" breakfast was a joke. Only toast, butter, jam and coffee was available.

Nice and friendly hotel close to the highlights of Lima.
