The food is spectacular, the common areas also wonderful! The staff is very friendly and attentive… It has been a beautiful experience… Thanks a lot.

Maximum good atmosphere great karaoke.

It is an old-fashioned hotel but it does not lose its charm we loved the drinks and karaoke and the heated pool.

Some workers well but others were not attentive but the worst thing was that there was a pericote in the elevator was notified to reception and for them it was very normal that, please smoke that is dangerous and more if there are children outside of that I was charged 100 dollars for violating one of their rules! 100 dollars! They never told me anything or warned we went for my husband's birthday and the truth did not meet our expectations we will not return nor recommend.

The excellent service they provide, thanks to the young restaurants, totally recommended…

Food wasn’t good. Only the waiter was good. The receptionist made a mistake when charging me and made me go downstairs twice to correct it. Lousy.

A real 4 * hotel, first class facilities, great rooms with very good mattress, bathtub with Bujburas, … Staff very helpful, only few speak English well, which is a problem for tourists.

The Peru with all the tourism potential that it has, we should already be the forefront of hospitality and tourism at the global level and make this industry without chimneys the main development that needs our beautiful Peru, I hope you continue to contribute with the height of our image thank you @Inkari Luxury Hotel, have been a part of my big dream a hug.

Hotel very close to downtown. The attention is great. Large pieces with exquisite whirlpool tub. It has a very nice Spa. It only needs to modernize the common spaces.

Amazing Hotel, spacious rooms, great food and really friendly staff!

Got out of the taxi to find that no one had change for 50 soles in all of the hotel… I honestly find that difficult to believe. The staff either just didn’t want to help or didn’t care. Regardless, I walked away before checking in. So many other wonderful options in Lima, and for a lot less, so why choose a place that doesn’t appreciate their customers?

Would never recommend anyone to stay here. Service is horrible, smell is overbearing, food sub par (this is Peru food is supposed to be amazing). If your looking for a place in the same area that is a million times better. Check out Radisson decapolis about same price, closer to ocean, modern bars on roof and near lobby, better food, more in tune with guests and friendlier staff. There is an apartment suite hotel next to inkari called Mariel hotel and apartments smaller place but much better on all the above you can get a whole apartment suite there for almost the same price as one room at inkari. If you want to take it one step closer to home life AirBNB there are tons of options. I’m in Lima every 4 months for weeks on end. I know Miraflores like the back of my hand. This hotel failed. I even met the owners these people were garbage no class and they Do not have you as a guest in mind first.

Excellent! All very attentive. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice.

Very quirky hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were big as was the bed. A little dated but that was part of its charm. Great indoor pool upstairs with views of the city!

The hotel is OK, although the rooms reminded me a bit of a "boudoir" staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

Great place to relax eat and unwind whilst being in the centre of Mirafloras.

Lovely hotel, located centrally in Miraflores. The location is great, a couple blocks from Kennedy Park and a short walk to the Metro bus lines. Large, decently priced rooms — the junior suite features a king bed, outdoor terrace and spa bath. Breakfast is included and is pretty standard.

Amazing hotel, gym is huge and super well equipped, pool is great, breakfast is good, rooms are super spacious… loved it!

Great Rooms, Amazing service.

Very nice hotel, love the pool and gym area with turkish steam bath and sauna. It has a game area too where you can play pool, chess and other games. Also the breakfast buffet is nice. Bed is supercomfy and the bath with led light and jacuzzi mode is awesome.

NOT 4 Stars. Carpet in room not clean. Dated and not properly maintained. Will stay elsewhere next time in Lima. Staff was friendly and good service but facilities left much to desired.

I arrived 3 hours early for my check-in and it was impossible to get any kind of help form the people at the front desk. They were inflexible in regards to hotel policies ("you have to pay US30 for early check-in", I was told) even though I explained I didn't get enough sleep the day after fue to a long flight, and that I was just coming out of a flu. I had to stay in the reception for three hours, coughing, trying to get some sleep… I was not offered even a glass of water ; they even told me there were no rooms available at that hour but I guess that for US30 extra they have plenty. Bad experience.
