➜ I was staying at H. LosPortales in Cusco this past week, from July 18-23, 2022. My stay was fabulous, the room with good space, clean and super comfortable beds and bathroom. With fridge in the room, which was very useful to me.
Breakfast included buffet super good, highly recommended. And if you order a la carte dish, very delicious.
At the reception, excellent attention and always in good spirits.
I congratulate the hotel and its workers for my super experience with them.

Very disapointing: We did not get the room we booked, the stuff damaged our car while parking it, the bar was closed, the breakfeast poor. Because all restaurants in town wre closed on sunday night, we had to go for a pizza. That was the only fun we had.
