Dorms with AC for 35 soles. Clean. Cold showers with good pressure but can use a upgrade. Simple hostel that does the job.

My girlfriend and I got the private room, number 1. It had its own AC unit, private bathroom with hot water and a gorgeous view of the river overlooking the pier that goes along the river.

This is a great economical hostel close to Plaza De Armas. This place carries a family vibe. Good place to practice Spanish. Everyone is open and friendly.

For Peru its a fairly good hotel. Stayed in 2024 and 2025. Easy to check in. Noise is not so bad inside. The pool area does play music at night which you can hear probably from all the rooms.

We come for the wonderful oasis and big plates. The steaks are terrific and the grilled chicken is tasty. The thin crust pizza is also great.

Really great spot for a tour or a stay. Cesar, the tour guide has been doing this his entire life and takes much more hands on approach to finding wildlife then you'll find on most tours.
