What a wonderful experience since you arrive and know all the facilities, the food too rich and above all the super friendly attention and willing to help in case of any doubt, I definitely recommend it especially to enjoy the delicious snacks on the side of the pool: that rich tacachito with jerky that until now I remember 😋👌 A1.

Lousy service, there are fans but NO light, no Wi-Fi, no signal of Movistar and don't say it in the information before you go, the receptionist gives no solutions and no option to speak with a supervisor, and then said she was the supervisor, we wanted to make the change to a cabin (without ventilation and with a spout ill-fated) for a full day by (because we couldn't be descomunicados and without being able to charge our phones), and the receptionist at the beginning I said that I would make the change, and then told me that they were not going to do, finally just spent 20 minutes at the site and leave our suitcases in the cabin those 20 minutes, charged us 600 soles without any minimum return. I do not recommend it, the staff only laughed while we made the claim in the book and claimed to be the supervisor without giving us any solution. 👎 🏻 👎 🏻 don't go.
