It is our second time at the hotel, we love the river view from the rooms and the river view at breakfast time, the attention in very friendly, and the rooms very clean!

All very nice service, rooms. They provided me with cot for my bb all very friendly the delicious breakfast excellent.

Perfect location in Aguas Calientes, minutes away from both the train and the bus station, close to shops and restaurant as well.
The rooms are big and very comfortable. Breakfast is just amazing, with all the food options you could think of, starting very early so that you won't miss it if planning to visit Machu Picchu in the morning. The staff is very polite and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Very clean and modern. Really good breakfast. Only challenge was a strange odor in the bathroom, but was able to manage through it by just closing the door.

Lovely boutique hotel on the banks of the Sacred River, short distance from the train station. Decent rooms with all ammenities one would need. We stayed in a suite with a balcony overlooking the river (small upcharge). Restaurant also overlooked the river. Nice green touches like sensor-activated hall lighting. Best of all was the staff like the bell boy Romeoaldo and the server Mary. We would definitely go back.

Very utilitarian hotel with no charm. It's conveniently located to the train station and about a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to Machu Picchu. Rooms are adequate, but no frills. Shampoo, soap and toilet paper come out of industrial-looking receptacles and the floors in the room are a matt-grey tile, which leads to a lack of cosiness. Buffet breakfast was included in our stay and consisted of a selection of breads, cereal, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, fried rice and aji gallina. Staff are professional and polite without being warm. It's a fine place to stay as a pit stop on the way to Machu Picchu, but keep your expectations low!

Excellent choice of accommodation just in front of the train station and the bus exit to Machupicchu. Simple but comfortable and clean and the breakfast very good.

Great hotel, beutifuly situated by the river, nice rooms, great breakfast. Staff was very friendly. They let us check out very late for a very reasonable charge, so when we came back from Manchu Picchu we still had our room to get a nice shower and rest before the afternoon train ride back to Cusco.

I commend you for the details, in the bathroom there are dispensers for the toiletries, that reduces the carbon footprint of each tourist without diminishing the quality, for me it is very valuable respect to the ecology and health.

The Hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet is very good, the rooms are spacious, just like the bathrooms, I recommend them.

Very nice Hotel a short distance from the small station from which part the little train that leads to that lovely place which is Machu Picchu. Very well maintained, spacious rooms, clean and furnished in colonial style. Very nice atmosphere and characteristic. Good value for the price I got to dine and, again, the level of satisfaction was high. Very nice garden; In the evening the atmosphere is lovely and the look at the sky offers a fantastic view to say the least. In line with the other hotels in the Casa Andina Premium chain. Recommended.

Good location. Be sure to ask for room in back of hotel, overlooking stream. Front faces railroad tracks just across sidewalk — — 10 feet from building. Back is quiet. Good beds, shower, bathroom. Staff are attentive. Good service. Room key cards needed reprogramming a few times.

Nice spacious rooms, very clean and neat. Good location opposite to the train station. It is a 3 min walk from the buses to Machu Pichu. Breakfast is served 4.30h am to 10h am to conveniently serve the needs of those who wants to take an early morning slot to visit MC. ATM available downstairs. Staff service is good. By the way, the views of the higher floors rooms of the river and the mountains are amazing.

I loved the river view from the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice comfortable accommodations and reasonably priced. When we arrived, we were told that the booking was for two people only and it would cost extra for our daughter. Had to show booking details to confirm. Nice restaurant. Helpful folks. Noisy at night as they decided to perform repairs in the middle of the night somewhere in the building.

Got a room facing the train station. Could not sleep. Rude staff.

What can I say. Everything was over the top. The service was outstanding, the restaurant was superb… they even allowed me to extend my checkout for four hours at no additional charge. Very modern and an excellent location to the train station. Highly recommend.

This hotel is sleek and modern, and the views of the river are beautiful. The breakfast of fresh fruit is great. The rooms are so clean and the amenities are state of the art. This 21st century hotel is refreshing after staying in some of Peru's other, not-so modern hotels.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently and were very pleased with their support and service. When we needed medical attention in the wee hours of the morning they assisted us ably and professionally. In addition, the staff was polite and knowledgeable. Gaby, the waitress at morning breakfast, was just plain good at her job — attentive but not intrusive and taking care of details with quiet efficiency. Five Stars!

I was hosted from the 21st to the 23rd of January… first the check in was not good, I was not given the information complete and I received a buttons, and they gave me a room on the second floor with a view towards the rail despite the fact that the hotel did not have a lot of occupation, to imagine that it was very noisy, I could not have the window open for the train that was passing very often, the only thing salvageable was the attention in the restaurant (HILMAR AND IRVING) very attentive and with great provision, thanks for all¡¡¡ and perhaps recommend that regardless of the comment, please send e-mail to see if our stay was good or not, and is not only sent to guests who are 100% happy. After that all the hotel is nice, clean in the public areas, the breakfast very nice.

Nice modern new hotel located close to everything including the train tracks. It's about 5 minutes walk to the bus station to Machu Picchu and across from the train station. We stayed in Aguas Calientes for one extra night after our inca trail trek to Machu Picchu to climb Huayna Picchu the next day. The hotel is new and clean. Staffs were very helpful and friendly with very good English. Our room was comfortable and clean. We thought that being that close to the train tracks would really noisy but it was not too bad. The train stop running after 10 pm and we were not in the room during the day anyhow. Very good free breakfast started at 5.30 am which was really convenience for us because we wanted to catch on of the first bus leaving town at 6.30 am to go to Machu Picchu. You can checked your luggages with the hotel before checking in with the hotel or after checking out so you can go to Machu Picchu or just walking around town. Free Wi-Fi at the lobby or $5/day at your room. Stayed November 2015, traveled as a couple.
