Pros: + Good location + Excellent staff + Fairly good rooms + Very good shower + Included Wi-Fi Cons: — Noisy. Rooms facing inwards to the quadrangle are very noisy up until 2300, and become noisy again at 0530 when breakfast starts. — Breakfast. Very basic. — No air conditioning. Unable to open the window as noise becomes unbearable.

Very nice close to the Plaza but not close to have all the nice.

Centrally located on the main avenue. Decent rooms with all ammenties, even though on the small side. Recommend a room away from the street if sensitive to noise. Super staff. Restuarant is average but many excellent restuarants close by.

Lack of central heating, poor breakfast.

Small but very cozy place. All the collaborators are kind enough. Breakfast is rich. The rooms have what it takes to rest deeply.

Very good service. With all the warmth of the Cuzco people.

All the staff are really nice and helpful. Free coca tea doesn’t yet either. The complementary breakfast is standard but nothing special. The first room we stayed in smelled like fresh paint. The walls are also pretty thin so you can hear guests in the hallway.

Hotel 10 minutes from the main square walking. The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Details that can be improved perhaps is to create a smoking area and the breakfast make it more varied.

This hotel is located right opposite Qorikancha. That puts it at a less than 10 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. Clean rooms, friendly and courteous staff, and a good restaurant. The bathrooms could do with a better exhaust, but otherwise, we had a very comfortable stay here.

The room a little small eats well and arencion good and fast.

It was for our 20 year anniversary. We did not get the room we reserved. They gave us a room with two twin beds after waiting 30 minutes to get the room. Every time they did the room we had to call for our towels since they forgot to put new ones. They charged us S120 for late check out since our flight was at 7 pm. Finally we were quoted two different prices for a taxi ride to the airport by to two different front desk employees. Both prices were higher than the regular fare to the airport. On the positive side, most regular staff members were nice and helpful. Richard.

Fantastic service, a luxury.

In general the hotel is way above average Peruvian standards. However, we had trouble during check-in (didn't find reservation from booking), the two bathrooms smelled of fresh paint for all three days and the service was not good enough (almost no English, not forthcoming, waiters seemingly ignoring us at breakfast). Would only come here at special rates (90$ or less)

Horrible experience! I would not recommend it for nothing, they waited until the last day of our trip to let us know that the travel agent had not done well the cancellation of services… and that guilt had we? we retained a half-hour needlessly, we nearly lost the plane trip, and what is worse, I suffered an accident in the hurry that I had to have it, I slip and I suffered a strong blow… The lady is charged with is not anything professional, it seems that I did everything at the last minute, you don't mind the tourist, or the impression, a shame really because it promised to be a trip totally good, except for this terrible episode.
