We loved everything here. The garden is beautiful with a nice view of the mountains, the rooms are nice and clean and the food and drinks are delicious. Very friendly and welcoming host!

We loved staying here after our trek. I especially appreciated the picnic blanket and invitation to relax in the garden all day.

Stayed here in June 2025. Georgous location, excellent rooms and catering. The views of the mountain are amazing and the isolated location make it a great getaway from all the noise of central Huaraz.

Had a great stay here for 1 night after doing the Lake Churup hike earlier in the day. Given it’s off peak we were the only guests which was very relaxing.

Very calm & cozy lodge, great to relax and walk around. I suggest to do some grocery at central market and cook from time to time.

Excellent place! Hot water, clean rooms and bathrooms, great breakfast. The communal kitchen has all necessary items to cook by yourself.

Best showers and cleanest rooms we have found in peru! The staff are nice and the location is super convenient (lavanderia right out front). Breakfast was fine, and the Wi-Fi worked great.

Nice staff and clean sheets. This is a very cheap hostel given its standards. Not the most social, but that was not what we were after. Highly recommend!

Chill place to stay. I paid 100 soles for 4 nights in a room with 4 beds (two twin-sized bunk beds) but only had 1 roommate and I think we were the only two staying there.

Love coming here, it is my 3rd year. The rooms with private bathrooms are clean. And the family running the hotel are very helpful and knowledgeable with any question you may have. Breakfast included.

Humberto has a wealth of knowledge about about Huaraz and the surrounding areas. He helped us plan a cycling route through the Huayhuash and provided us with a shuttle.

Real Hotel Huascarán is without a doubt one of the best hotels in Huaraz, offering spacious, spotless, and very comfortable rooms.

Clean comfortable and kind people. Although there is no kitchen they gave me hot water to eat some instant soup since I was too tired to go eat at a restaurant after traveling for 20 hours. :)

Staying there was the best we could do during our stay in Huaraz. The location is calm and with an amazing view of some of the mountain of the cordillera (including the huascaran).

Lhotse Hostel has a great rooftop with indoor and outdoor seating. Very strong Wi-Fi — my partner and I work remotely and we were able to use the internet the entire time without any issue.

I can't imagine this can be beaten for a budget stay. Great value for an ensuite room with a hot shower.

Superb place. Located slightly outside the centre, but I love walking and I finally found the location to be ideal.

My partner and I stayed at the Atusparia Guest House for 5 days and 4 nights, and booked 5 different tours with them.

Extremely friendly and warm personal and owner. Very nice to talk with everybody, and we had very interesting conversations and advice with the owner on hiking.

We had the most memorable stay of our 3 month trip at Aldos. He welcomed us with open arms, informing us of the many hikes and extensive climbing available in Huaraz and surrounding areas.

The rooms aren't big and the bathroom is pretty small aswell. Other than that our stay here was awesome. Lot's of other travellers to socialize with at the rooftop kitchen/terrace.

Lovely hotel with a friendly owner. Large double room, Wi-Fi, hot shower, kitchen. Great and secure parking for our motorcycles and well located too. You can also park your car in there.

Good price, really nice staff! Stayed there almost two weeks and had nothing to complain about! If I would go back to hiaraz, I'm definitely saying there again!

Everything is super new: beds, sheets, towels. So new that it smells new.
Location is a bit far from the city center but it was super close to the bus station.

I wanted to stay in the El Jacal hotel but came here instead by mistake.
I had a private room with shared bath for S40 which is great value.

We stayed here at the start of a cycle tour of the Huascaran loop. We loved it here. The chalets are extremely cosy and the views towards the mountains are beautiful.

An amazing little paradise and absolutely nothing to moan about!
