Chachapoyas Backpackers Hostal Boutique is a little away from the Plaza de Armas, but still within walking distance.

Awesome place and great value! The owners were lovely and super helpful, providing recommendations and checking in regularly. Located a few blocks from the main square, easily accessible.

Very clean and very friendly in perfect location.
Not sure breakfast arrangement works at nearby cafe but happy overall.

The breakfast was excellent.
The bathroom needs some jobs. The water is not running properly. The door is broken.

Stayed for 2 nights. I arrived early in the morning by bus (CIVA) and was able to walk from the bus station to the hotel.

The hotel is great, you have all what you need, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is great.
We had a cold when we arrived and the personnel offered us Tea, they even brought it to our room.

I spent a month at Hostal Anita working remotely.

Nice hotel in an old Casona (an old colonial building) with an inner patio and a small garden at the back. Rooms are large, a bit cold, because of the huge walls.

We stayed a week and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were basic but spotlessly clean (cleaned daily) with a comfortable bed and excellent shower.

I travelled to Chachapoya last Oct, when I searched accommodation and tours, Kuelap Guest House (I first contacted KG house for tour itinerary) wasn't my first choice.

I loved this place so much, I am writing this review 1 year late! I came to Peru from the US on a daddy-daughter trip with my daughter.

Loved this little hotel! So quite and friendly. But also very clean with a good bed and good bathroom. Definitely recommended.

We stayed more than a week at Yumbilla Lodge and had a great time. The comfort of the rooms is really good, the house with its yard is beautiful, the food is delicious and the family is super nice.
