➜ The owner Rojer is very attentive, The new hotel is small with very personalized attention but has the best view of the Area of Cocachimba towards the Gocta Falls.
Very friendly treatment, facilitate mobility from Chachapoyas or Jaén airport to Cocachimba and vice versa.
I went with my family and we were very well taken care of.
The rooms have terraces with sun loungers to relax.
And it's economical, it has wi fi, and there's no TV in the rooms, total rest!
I'd always go back there.

We stayed at another hotel that did not serve food due to the pandemic. So we had dinner at Balcon de Gocta. It was a very good surprise : the friendly lady cooked fresh food for us, including vegetarian options, nicely seasoned with herbs, with salad on the side, and everything tasted nice and fresh. High quality food for the price of basic "arroz con pollo"!
