Everything was clean, very good prices in. Its menu, very rich the excellent dinner, but, the breakfast I did not like. Time to get to breakfast? there was a lot missing. Finished and not. I'm s. They got back right away, on that side. I don't like it.

Nice American feel. Nice bar downstairs, I would ask for 3 keys since your room key activates power for the whole room. Has a/c upstairs pool and vending machines. Go to front desk for ice. Price very reasonable. At night in the streets seems a little shady but very good police presence so you feel safe. Rooms are very clean.

Really nice, clean, hotel. Great location. Within walking distance of many restaurants, metro station and lots of shops. Not all the receptionists have good costumer services skill. Stay away from Josue at the front desk, terrible attitude, lack of empathy for the guest when question were ask, controversial, and self center. Not good for the costumer.

Its a solid American chain hotel. Clean and withnall the amenities youd expect with a decidedly youthful decor.

Great place and excellent location! Josue a great help. The staff was wonderful at answering all of our questions. They spoke great English as my Spanish is very poor. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here. Rooms were clean, contemporary, and spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The all-you-care to eat breakfast is very good with healthy and traditional options. It is buffet style and not cooked to order. It is better and more affordable than the options within walking 1km. Especially for young males or single guys. Turns in the parking garage will be challenging for every vehicle. 3-pt turns were required for a compact Hyundai Accent! We felt safe walking the entire neighborhood at night for two blocks in all directions. This area is undergoing improvements and there is construction, but that is a good thing for all who follow. The rooms were quiet. The pool and gym we're clean. The elevator, room doors, and cooling system required key cards to operate, but the stairs were easy access to any and all. Ice and drinking water we're in the restaurant. The restaurant's optional coffee bar has a wide selection sure to please. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice experience. Room were clean, pool area was clean. Easy access to the city, Metro, bus service, taxi service, restaurant and other shopping areas. There is also a restaurant at the hotel where breakfast and dinner was available. Not sure about lunch. Also the prices were affordable. Bang for your buck.

A good stay but the restaurant food left me a lot to be desired. I thought that simple dishes such as chicken wings, a burger + a lemonade would be able to make them well is for this reason I will lower 1 of the 5 stars.

Very nice hotel, very good service. The best breakfast I got in Panama. The rooms are large, cool and clean. So far I had only baths in Panama where the shower didn't work well. Here is finally everything according to European standard.

Great hotel — they have a nice pool, gym and sauna area. Rooms are nice and are clean. Not located in the old City center, but a short taxi drive away. :)

Though it's not an expensive hotel, I don't really like it. Their towels are very old. More important is that the hotel smell very strong swimming pool.

I booked a night's stay at this hotel in November 2017 for a group of 9 but when we got to the hotel I was informed that room is not available and we would not be able to stay at the hotel. I was told that they would accommodate us at the the Wyndham Garden and that this hotel is better than TRYP. It took us 2 trips to get to the Wyndham Garden since they only had one taxi. We were also told the hotel was only 5 minutes away. I took the second trip and had to wait nearly a half hour for the taxi to return. When I finally got to the hotel it was nowhere near to the level of TRYP based on the photos I saw of TRYP. It was barely better than a motel and the location was in a deserted part of the city with not much going on. We had to walk maybe 20 mins to find something to eat and a couple bars to have beers. TRYP treated us terribly and no discount or anything was offered. Definitely would not try to stay here again. Because I never made it the first time.

For its facilities, excellent staff and services. Breakfast, promotion for lunch and in the evenings very good dishes for dinner. The swimming pool with excellent views from the terrace. We were already at 2016, 2017 and now 2018. It's our place in Panama. Whenever we are around these sides we will return to this hotel.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Very good location, there are many restaurants and shops around. Spacious and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds. Maybe They should leave some drinks in the minibar. The Reception service is agile and efficient. There Are Taxis at the door available and with chauffeurs who also make guides that can take you to the most important places in the city.

This is one of our favorite hotels in Panama City because it offers a centralized location and a great value. From here you are walking distance to nightlife, restaurants, the coast, the metro, and shopping. The hotel itself offers recently renovated rooms that are comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast buffet is good and the rooftop pool is a cool place to relax with a drink at the end of a hot day in PTY.

The staff was incredibly nice everywhere we went, from the front desk, the cleaning lady and the servers at the restaurant. The breakfast was really good with plenty of variety of real food. The rooms were exactly as advertised and they had good mattresses and bedding. It suited all our needs to perfection.

A very nice hotel with very helpful staff. The roof top pool is small but cosy. Avoid the hotel taxi service, it is quite expensive and regular taxis frequent the nearby streets.

Conveniently located downtown, walking distance to the casino and nightlife. The hotel is clean, and I got a suite for about $130. Great bargain!

Loved, loved, love this place… Very conveniently located on the Centro in Panama. Easy walk from the hotel around the city, night bars, restaurants, cafes. I love that it was just right there in the middle of everything. Must say, really clean hotel, the breakfast was amazing, really good food, one of my most looked forward to when staying at tryp. Checked out as was planned after a couple days (hotel hopping) and boii I couldn't wait to get back. Pool wasn't the cleanest so I didn't use it, but before I left they were cleaning it so I'm supposing it will be in good condition for whoever wants to stay. Definitely recommend staying here, my boyfriend and i, we weren't disappointed.

Nice, quiet with clean rooms and good breakfast buffet. What else would you need as a base for city exploring… hmm… yes… rooftop pool, small but clean…

The hotel provided basic amenities. Watch out for mosquitos in the front lobby. I had dinner in the Restaurant located on the lobby level. Food was ok but not too fun getting itchy ankles with mosquitos around. The parking garage is also not for the faint of heart. Gust rooms were clean. Surrounding area is walkable and offers plenty of activities.

Great place and friendly staff. The hot water is more lukewarm, the toilets don't flush great, and the room service is very slow. Otherwise great place. Awesome pool and sauna!

It is a good hotel, rooms are comfortable and they have the necessary.
The breakfast is quite complete in the lobby of the hotel.
Wi-Fi is slow, the only thing that takes away points.

I come to Panama once or twice a year, and I've always tried to pick a different hotel to find the best rooms for the best price. I would say that so far (out of 10 in the cangrejo area), Tryp has been my best stay. New rooms, good location, great price. Includes a decent breakfast too. It even has a spa on the roof if you want a sauna or turkish bath (And a pool and hot tub). Biggest complaint would be the water in the bathroom, it slow to get hot, and no mini bar. (not big complaints at all)

Great rooms great prices great location. That same suite in a major American city would be 3-$400 anight it cost me $79 a night. Its a Wyndham Hotel and It was awesome and the service was 1st class. TRYP by Wyndham is a sleeper.
