Very good customer service rooms spacious and comfortable, the excellent care.

Basic room, free breakfast and parking. 24 hour eating places nearby. Nice fruit infused ice water in lobby. Only complaint was air conditioning was not very cold, even after we complained to front desk. Good value.

The pool was a little decieving. Small, dirty and the chairs were broken. Breakfast was very good, big choice of food and fresh.

Love every second I spent there. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very clean and modern. The staff are exceptional; very professional and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Very central location. Great to take a quick Uber ride or train to the Malls. Lots of small restaurants around and a safe zone at night. The hotel offers a nice breakfast and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is big and clean. The pool on the roof and the gym are a bit small but good enough for a soak and a quick workout.

Nice hotel good location for those the like the city, costumer service very friendly and reliable if you need something.

When we arrived we were met with friendly, helpful staff. We had to wait a while as there was a problem with our room but we were upgraded to a suite instead with a pretty good view of Panama City. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was good as was the dinner in the restaurant. The pool is a little small and the gym is basic but overall very happy with our stay.

Located in a strategic place of the city of Panama as it is relatively close to stores for shopping, places to eat or if you want to desplasarte to any of the two oceans to enjoy the beach.

Average hotel. Probably would not choose this one for my private trips. Staff is nice and helpful, rooms and common areas are clean, but not airconditioned to any sognificant degree. The aircon in my worked, but only on full speed, making it impossible to sleep with it on. If you switch it of then it is to hot to sleep. Bed and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast could need some improvements, was not followed up when things were running low. Homebaked bread would be a great improvment. Perfect for a night in the city, but for extended stays I would choose a different one.

The hotel is simple rather cute, nothing else I have visited their conference rooms and terrace area and have never had any complaints about it.

The staff is helpful, kind. The rooms are large and clean. The electronic keys are not reliable, especially in the lift. It lacks a numbering that highlights the various plans.

I am staying for work since yesterday, March 1, 2018, and the air conditioner does not work. Make the complaint from 7 am today, March 2, but no one does anything. Talk to a Miss Giselle about it, so ask to speak with the manager, however they have no complaint book. You want to know more details, if you're thinking of staying at this hotel, just write to me. Worst hotel ever, the room. Was like falling apart when we arrive you got a reservation but there is no rooms really poor breakfast pool area is abandoned.

Excellent price-quality ratio. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They let Us keep our luggage at no extra charge for two days. The rooms are spacious and quite cozy.

The location is great. For one night that I need the hotel was fine. This hotel is not 4 stars, is more 3 stars. The air conditioner of my room was to loud and it turned off 3 times in the whole night. The halls are dark and a little lonely. The breakfast was OK. They just offer scrambled eggs, if you want fried or boiled you have to pay a fee for that. It's perfect for one night if you have a great deal or if you are looking just for a place to sleep, otherwise if you're going on vacation or relax they are better options in Panama.

I chose it by central and good tried and today I got bad no availability.

Most TV channels are behind pay wall, even CNN! Wifi is real slow, can't use it for Skype. Breakfast was nice.

Noisy AC and I got a leaking toilet. The rest was OK and the rates were cheap. The pool is small but ok for refreshing yourself with the panama skyline. Did not try the food. Attention was good. Location is OK, close to the metro and with good access to other areas although panama downtown is not the best area to stay.

Excellent! I was with my family in step only for a night and it is very good, I am sorry to have not fallen more time to enjoy more amenities, everything perfect, super recommended!

We stayed for one night and had a very nice and clean room. There is an outside pool on the rooftop which gives an amazing view over Panama City (9th floor). Unfortunately both cross trainers in the gym didn't work (one didn't turn on and one was broken) and there was no running water in the whole hotel the morning we woke up (no bad feelings — shit happens. ) Other than that it was a pleasant stay. p. S. Make sure to check out the restaurant 'Riesen' down the street. It is absolutely exceptional if you are willing to pay a bit more for great service and quality!
