I believe this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Understated elegance sums it up. Spacious rooms with marble floors in the hallway and bath. Impeccable service.

The Hotel has a warm feel to it. The concierge and hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The room was comfortable, roomy, clean and spacious. The Wi-Fi was decent. And the neighborhood isn’t bad.

I haven't stayed here as of yet, but I've had several meetings at this hotel and it seems to be a beautiful place. Staff is always very friendly and inviting and restaurant is great as well. This hotel has a very posh atmosphere too.

Very nice hotel located in the financial district. Helpful and efficient staff. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous with delicious coffee served. The dining room is lovely with great background music.

Elegance, Quality, Well maintained, usually a warm and friendly staff, great spa, great central location, Rooms are very comfortable, clean, stylish and spacious. Every time I book elsewhere, I regret it. Immediately leave… and come back here. Top notch!

Unbelievable top shelf Hotel in the middle of a bustling City. I could go there and stay in the hotel for a week and not need to go anywhere. The rooms are luxurious and huge with plenty of furniture. The bathroom was all marble and the best I've ever seen. The gym facility was professional, large and staffed. My wife had one of the best massages followed by a rooftop swim. The food was absolutely amazing and the buffet breakfast had everything you could think of. Don't miss the craft beer selection in the extremely well decorated bar. The staff take exceptionally good care of you.

For me, the best hotel in Panama! Right in the heart of the business district and just 2 blocks away from the city bay. One of the best restaurants and great bars on the lower floor. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. I will go back again for sure.

Overall, I thought this was a great hotel for the price — really, just no negatives IMO. All the staff were very professional and pleasant. Our room (a corner room) was quite spacious and we'll appointed. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Panama City.

Bristol is located in the city centre, near a number of large shopping mall) just more than 10 minutes walk to the seaside park, a fingerprint of various designer buildings, just 10 minutes by car to the old town. Very convenient.!

Very clean hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Great location, decent free breakfast. The Wi-Fi is horrible. However, ALL the staff at the reception desk are amazing, especially Alvin.

Very slow internet — 0, 3MB/s download speed isnt enough for Youtube in our times. I hope they fix it soon.

Our concierge, Nora, was incredibly helpful. We were in Panama City for the day due to Hurricane Irma. My wife and I struggled to contact Copa Airline to check into our over booked flight. (Copa's desk at the Multiplaza mall was useless) We later went backed to the hotel and asked Nora if she could help us, she moved heaven and earth to make sure we were on the next flight to Orlando, FL.
I really recommend this hotel, the staff is very kind and attentive, and the accommodation are stupendous.

Not a 5* Hotel for Sure I booked the Hotel as it came up as a five star, I think it is more like a 3.5*. The hotel is good, but it lacks things, I had to call to get my coffee replenished more than once… Coffee cups had to be called for more that once. The AC does not cool as effective… Most off all I had signed up for the Buffet Breakfast. NOTE: It was the Same thing for 7 Days straight. I asked the staff and they say it does not change.

Nice, cozy place in the heart of the city. Easy to grab a taxi or an uber. Friendly, English speaking staff and a very good breakfast, definitely worth opting in ahead of time for the buffet breakfast. Would return.

First, let me say that I only give 5-star reviews if an establishment has something unique to itself. I can't say that about The Bristol Panama City, but I can say that one is unlikely to find better customer service anywhere, and any traveler can attest to how important that is. The staff was competent, courteous, and enjoyed being helpful. Highly professional. They answered my every request. The free breakfast has many choices for hearty appetites, including vegans. The rooms are large and quiet, beds comfortable, and bathroom has choice of standalone shower or deep tub. One caveat is that bath towels were not on par with rest of hotel and need upgrading. Not bad, but have room for improvement. A giant workout area with a plethora of workout equipment. I think anyone could find the machine they prefer or free weights. A lap pool is adjacent to the workout area, as is the spa. I didn't forget you smokers. The 5th floor lounge has a deck where you can puff away. Closes ~11 pm. For those who want to see the sites, the staff arranges or recommends guides and transportation at reasonable prices. I highly recommend The Bristol.

Comfortable bed and close to metro station. Liked that bathroom had a big tub as well as shower. Wi-fi intenet needs improvement. Construction going on currently of a restaurant on fifth floor.

I am a well seasoned… Every continent type of traveler… I experienced quiet and comfort… excellent foods… excellent service… this is a five star hotel as much as say the Houstonian in Houston or say New World Hotel Beijing… Book this hotel and ENJOY. Oh and not that you need or have to leave the hotel for food … As you do not… There are ample wonderful restaurants close by … Like Beirut (Lebanese)
