Very good experience, good attention, clean facilities recently renovated and tastefully… good restaurant.

Friendly staff all my need and question was resolve in a heart beat. A rental car company wanted me to send a copy of my rental contract before I got reimburse the hotel office scan the papers and email to the car rental company with ease.

Cambiar a español Thieves, avoid staying in this hotel. We request to store some suitcases while we took a trip to a nearby place and when we claim the suitcases, one was missing. No one has responded for this theft, management itself is complice. Avoid staying in this hotel unless you want to be a victim of a robbery too.

They stole a suitcase. We ask that we keep the luggage of the group while traveling to another city outside, today we return and we do not have one of the suitcases, and no one gives us response to this situation because they say that no losses have been reported. My friend had personal and delicate information in that suitcase, which fraud and disrespect!

Very nice, it has in fact been remodeled, It took away the musty smell, and gave him a look much more modern. Excellent place to have breakfast all the time.

Loved this hotel so much, although we stayed only 3 nights, we wished we could've stayed more. Planning our next trip back & will be booking this hotel again. Gym is exactly what we had been looking for our whole time of travel, the pool side is very pleasant and peaceful & right in the centre of everything (shops, restaurants, public transport). We also booked a tour that left at 5am in the morning & since we weren't going to be back till dinner and we would've missed breakfast, they also organised us a nice *old school lunch bag* for us to take with us, including fruit, sandwiches and orange juice. Highly highly truly highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Family, friends, couples.

Located in the financial area of Panama City and in a strategic corner, this 12-story Hotel plus a terrace, provides a very good tourist attention.
On the first floor there is a nice swimming pool. It also has a gym and, on the ground floor there is a small and cosy restaurant.
The rooms of the hotel are spacious, having two main rooms: the first one to receive visits and the second to rest. The bathroom is elegant. Inside one of the closets there is a small safe where you can keep what you want.

Had the best experience in this hotel. The staff was great the breakfast Buffet was very good.

The changes you've made are very nice. Breakfast included very good only that there are many restrictions in the pool area and close it early even for adults.

Nice! Comfortable and I'd definitely stay again. My favorite parts were the private balcony and the shower! But the free breakfast was a close runner up. Nice helpful staff.

Very nice hotel, clean, nice facilities,,, do not give the 5 star because they take a lot of attention in the restaurant, the rest very good.

It has always been very good but lately it is not well taken care of, there is a total lack of leadership in the person who is in charge if there is anyone.
They take a long time to clean the tables x what the waiting time is absurd having free tables q can not be used because they leave them dirty for up to 40 minutes without passing to the customers, when finally they feel you do not serve you water, they do not give you menu and when finally you get what and they take you long to bring the food.
The food is good but the experience does not and make customers have a hard time hungry.
The other and very important is that the glasses, plates and cutlery must be washed in hot water, sitting at the bar we could realize how the waiters removed the lipstick of the glasses with napkins and reused them and the other employees of the bar saw it and com or if nothing, apparently a normal practice between them. EYE hygiene is the most important thing.
I hope that you will take urgent action and put in a responsible supervisor who knows what you are doing, especially very clean.

Undoubtedly a quiet central comfortable place and good food and good prices.

I'll just talk about the restaurant. Going to the place for the first time on a Saturday at 10:00pm, everything was going bad to worse. The lousy attention, it takes 20 minutes to attend, dirty tables and to bring you the food, about 45 minutes. Asking for water is an odyssey, the main waiter with a rude tone tells us "that they are going to bring it". Anyway, the food is terrible; Eggs that tasted like water and everything, unflavored sausages. The only thing rich was the ice cream and it was because they didn't. I never come back.

It is very good place only that with the remodeling lost a little feeling of host that gave you no longer feel so cozy now it feels more commercial but I think with the time can get to improve the service is still keeping pretty good and the food also E S excellent.

I haven't stayed at this hotel, however, I have gone for breakfast on a couple of occasions. They really have a great breakfast menu and good value with good service. No complaints at all!

Hosted at the Executive Hotel, in the city of Panama, Panama.

Between the friendly staff and proximity to just about everything, this hotel was an excellent choice for our stay in Panama City! The food in the cafe was super yummy and breakfast was included in the cost of our room! We really enjoyed the clean, updated hotel room and were happy that the hotel was easily recognized by locals and tourists alike making giving and receiving directions a breeze.

It is across the street from the Bristol hotel in the banking area near the university. Good central safe location, nice rooms for a decent price. Restauraunt open 24/7, and serves breakfast all day.
